He was able to repair the lock on my front door which had a couple of issues and it is working nicely, but it is pretty old so I will likely replace it at some point. My other lock on the door leading to the garage was a bigger problem as it would always stick and was not lined up well with the door. Zee showed me where parts of the lock were bent and recommended replacing the lock which made perfect sense since he was also able to rekey the new lock to my existing key. He also took the extra time to really figure out what was out of alignment between my door and the lock and did some repositioning that completely resolved a problem I have been dealing with for years - extremely pleased!

While the work was good and kindness goes a long way- I am not in for surprises. I was even told that something was wrong with one of the doors and he fixed it for a cheaper price than it would usually cost- didn't ask for that service. I would rate the work a 5 but the surprises a 1- lets go mid here at a 3.
