I just moved into a house in Herndon in April 2025. While there are 3 doors and a shed in the back yard, yet the previous owners left 7 different keys! Doug, who is also the owner of the company, came out promptly, replaced the locks and consolidated all my keys down to just 2 right there on the spot! He also installed a new key pad lock for my front door that works by simply typing in a code chosen by me in which I can change at any time. The key pad locks work great, so now i rarely even use a key to enter my new home! He also did work on my sliding glass door from the 1980's by adding a new lock and securing the gasket that holds the window in place. all this done at a very fair price!
