It was on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon. I had replaced a door plate striker on the main front door to the house and when I attempted to look it, the lock got stuck in the hold and I could open the door. I can't help but feel beaten on the price and rate. I sent a video to give an idea of the issue with the door latch of my kwikset lock. Literally a 60 second swap for longer screws costed me $180. Installed my new bathroom door locks butt backwards, then tried to tell me they were cheap because I told him that he installed them upside down. He then asked me to send him the photo and I did from Amazon and I was correct. He then turned the picture upside down and sent it back to me and tried to tell me it was installed correctly and tried to argue with me about it instead of just fixing the concern.
