Jordan was an excellent locksmith. He provided same day service and arrived at the eta he gave me. He was very polite and professional and knowledgeable of the locksmith trade. I was impressed with his skill set. He was honest and charged a fare price to install one deadbolt (they supplied), and a second lock set that I supplied. He made sure everything was working properly before his departure. I will definitely use this company again in the future should the need arises. read more

Three lock sets. $189. The final striker plate was hard. He blamed me, however he kept chiseling and eating out more of the jam. Too much, making it uneven. His anger frustration got the better of him. I overlooked his blaming me. But being disrespectful I was done. I spoke to him calmly and respectfully, but he thought I wasn't going to pay him. That's not who I am. If you want to get paid especially as a man don't treat a woman, a client more and more degradingly. Every request, he intentionally did the opposite. I spoke in polite calm sentences, saying please. He said "Not until you say (the words) I am calm". Over and over he said that? I said I'm no dog to listen to your command! I asked politely and said please. I had to call 911. I wanted him to leave my home, so I could lock the door 1) try the front door that he never tested the key 2) get his money, and pay him. I have rare heart failure because of the Adrenaline I literally couldn't breathe, the dispatcher asked if I needed EMT's. I paid Jordan, he was leaving. I did not want him to face any trouble. She saId they would not stop him. I was so upset, instead of paying him $200 (189), I paid him $300. Jordan and I discussed that in contracting you don't know what job you will find. Jordan doesn't have Vocational training or enough tools. Having to enlarge an existing hole is not uncommon. Obviously he needs more training, to learn respect and personal maturity. Character is how you handle tough spots. I have never called 911 ever! Never use if single-older female, or retro fit. And he got paid 150% I can live with that. read more

TEN STARS ALL THE WAY. Jay is SUPER professional, quick, perfectly on time, and literally the nicest and easiest person to chat with. We needed a new front door lock installed, and Jay was absolutely wonderful to work with. We scheduled everything by texting him and sent pictures back and forth - we showed Jay what we had, and in turn, he gave us quite a few options from which to choose our replacement. He was in and out VERY quickly with absolutely no hassle. We even followed up with him detailing our Honda CRV - again, stellar work and very easy to schedule. I wish we had known about Jay years ago when we moved in! read more

I had a great experience with Cherub Locksmith. We lost the extra key fob for our car and needed a new one cut and programmed. The dealership quoted us an outrageous rate. Jay did it for a fraction of the price. On top of the great service and reasonable price, Jay was really easy to work with. He responded promptly to our request for an estimate, clearly communicated about when he would show up, and was friendly and professional.
