I put out a request on Yelp for re-keying my locks as my husband and I just moved into our brand new home. We were concerned because the master key had been used my the construction Project manager and likely many of his crew. The Q24/7 Owner contacted us in less than an hour. When HAY came to service me, he charged me $130 to literally break my lock in half, no replacement, and he was rude and aggressive. He left me with no lock on my door AT ALL. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I contacted Q 24/7 through yelp messaging while looking for an auto locksmith to repair a vehicle lock that worked with a key, but would not open from the outside once unlocked. They promptly responded to the message, and I called them back at their request (although the person I spoke with did not identify the company when they answered.). I was trying to get a ballpark figure/estimate based on what they thought, and they insisted on getting m address as distance could be a factor. That made some sense, so I gave it to them. Then, when I asked for the estimate, they wanted to get my name and number, which they were not getting without an estimate. The representative did not give one, and asked for my name/number again, and I told them they would not be here without an estimate. I tried twice to get an estimate, did not get one, and disconnected the call. And then they messaged me via Yelp to say they don't do car door repair... despite my original yelp message stating the issue was lock repair, and telling the phone rep it was lock repair...
