Today marks the third time that I've scheduled a mobile detailing for my Jeep Gladiator with Your Detail - Mobile Car Detailing, and I've been very satisfied both times. When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future. read more

Super work at a reasonable price. My husband thought I was crazy for getting my "barn truck" detailed, but even he admits that it is wonderful to have it returned to new condition. There was significant mud and grime that the detailer had to contend with. read more

This is apparently the second time I've used them for detailing and I just forgot. They did an amazing job with my car!!! It looks like my kids were never even in there, but I'm sure my kids will fix that in about a week or so. I telework and didn't have time to go drive to a detailing business, but after the rainy weather this past weekend my kids had mud all over my floor and it made my dirty car look even worse. I saw a coupon online for first time clients, which I didn't qualify for, but they gave me another discount and at either rate it was a reasonable price for such a thorough job. My only warning is make sure you remove any paper items you don't want trashed, that's on me, I forgot to double-check this. Would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

Mark did an absolutely fantastic job on my Q7. It has been neglected for over a year and now it looks showroom ready. Your Detail is very professional and they keep you up to date on your appointment. Unfortunately, it started to rain and Mark couldn't finish. They had a tight schedule the next day but fit me in to make sure my car was completed. Will definitely use them again and on a regular basis. read more

My experience with "Your Detail" was better than I expected from a mobile car cleaning service. First, the scheduling option online was very convenient. This was followed up by a text confirmation with information regarding an expected arrival time of my detailer, Martin L. Martin arrived in the alloted appointment window and we reviewed the service I requested as well as any specific areas that I wanted addressed. Martin completed the classroom in less time than I anticipated and exceeded my expectations. The interior (I only requested interior detailing) of my vehicle has never looked so good. I am very pleased with not only Martin's work, but also with the scheduling and communication process of the company. And, I didn't have to drop off my car, pay for an Uber or arrange for multiple trips getting to and from the detailing provider, out worse yet, kill 3 hours waiting in a lobby. I am very pleased with this entire evolution. read more

I highly recommend Your Detail! Such an amazing experience from start to finish. They were super easy to communicate with to get a date/time slot locked in. They reached out to me a few days before to confirm my appointment and again the morning of to get me an updated ETA for my detailer. I've had this car for 5 years and recently did a cross country road trip in it and Jamal made this thing look BRAND NEW!!! I am so happy with the results and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get their car right. Thank you Jamal + Your Detail!!! read more

I love the ease of the online booking! My car had become so dirty from kids and people eating in my car that I was embarrassed to give people a ride. I was overdue for a detail and I'm so glad that I did it because with the amount of time that I spend in my car, a clean vehicle just makes me feel happy. The detailer arrived in the time frame that I scheduled and he was very professional. My car looks and smells brand new. I am so satisfied with the service and I highly recommend this business. read more

Fantastic car detailing company! I recently had Your Detail come to detail my car after my son unfortunately threw up in the back seat. We also had marks on the interior and exterior of the car that we had not been able to remove ourselves or using another car washing company. Your Detail and the team completely blew me away! M attention to detail is unmatched. Every single nook and cranny was spotless, the seats look and feel brand new, and the exterior paint has a deep, mirror-like gloss that looks incredible. They managed to remove marks I thought I was stuck with forever. Not only is their work top-tier, but their customer service is also exceptional. They were transparent about pricing, finished right on schedule, and were responsive to all my questions. If you care about your vehicle and want a true professional who takes pride in their work, look no further. I will definitely be a customer for life! 10/10 service--worth every single penny! read more

I haven't had my car cleaned in 10 years, but Jeremy made it look fantastic! We booked a superior sedan service. First thought when looking at the pricing online: This seems a bit pricey First thought after seeing seeing the vehicle when the work was completed: This was a STEAL! Seriously, Terrance spent what felt like ALL day (in the heat and smoke) thoroughly detailing a vehicle that for the past 7+ years has been abused by my 7 and 5 year olds. I wish I'd taken a before picture because the result of Terrances work were almost too good to be true. He was somehow able to extract Cheerios and car seat merks, make the leather look fresh and new, and restore a lusture that I thought was long gone. It honestly feels like a new car. Just know that if your vehicle has been neglected for as long as ours had, it's gonna take a minute to get it cleaned up, but the time and cost are WELL worth it. read more

Second time using Your Detail Mobile Auto Detailing, and I'm just as impressed as the first. This time, I gave them what felt like an impossible job, a car that had been sitting under a dense tree canopy, exposed to buildup, grime, and the elements. Somehow, they brought it back to life. Truly, get your sunglasses ready, this car is gleaming. Jeremy was fantastic, communicative, courteous, respectful of our property, and clearly takes pride in his work. The level of care and attention was outstanding. I booked a basic detail, and the value far exceeded expectations. We'll absolutely be back for a third time. Highly recommend. read more

The customer service representative, Elvis, was promptly on time on the scheduled day of service for detailing my car. He was very pleasant & explained that it would take several hours to complete. His company truck was fully equipped with ALL the necessary equipment to do the job. He worked extremely hard to have my car looking like new again. I was very pleased & satisfied with the results, & when a thunderstorm came up suddenly, he immediately scheduled to return to rewax & polish one small patch on the roof that was compromised by the heavy rain. This was my first time having my car detailed, & I was very well satisfied with their service & Elvis, & with the lady in the office that helped me with scheduling everything. I would definitely use them again. read more

Jeremy came during the arrival window and did a phenomenal job on our car. He event managed to reverse damage we thought was user error but turned out we hadn't cleaned it well enough! He got a few use stains out AND did it all with a smile. Also parked perfectly in our one-car driveway so both cars fit and didn't even affect the flow of traffic.... 10/10. Cyril from Your Detail-Mobile Car Detailing did an excellent job detailing my car! I needed to take photos of my car for resale and Saturday was the first good weather day in a while. I messaged and submitted an appt request online for another detailing company on Yelp that was referred to me by a friend, and I did not get a response. I was able to make an appt online and confirm a date/time immediately. I got a confirmation text and email with an arrival window. Not only was I put at ease with the confirmation, Cyril called when he got to my condo parking lot and immediately started working. He was done in exactly 2.5 hrs and I had a new car just like that. There are 3 tiers and I went with the Basic Essential Larger for an SUV for $210. Great value on so many levels-the ease of scheduling and confirming the appt, the fact Cyril drives to where I am and takes no footprint in my condos open parking lot and is done before I knew it. I highly recommend Your Detail-Mobile Car Detailing and highly recommend you request Cyril. It meant a lot to me to be able to schedule a Saturday morning last minute appt. Thank you, Cyril! read more

I booked the Deluxe service with Your Detail for my 2009 Honda Civic, and I wish I had taken "before" pictures so you could fully appreciate the transformation. After more than a decade of daily use (and the wear-and-tear that comes with having a 10-year-old passenger) my car was in serious need of attention. Thomas did an outstanding job. He was thorough, took his time, and restored my Civic to a condition I didn't think was possible. Every surface, nook, and cranny was spotless by the time he finished. The communication from Your Detail was excellent from start to finish, with timely text updates and quick responses to my questions. I'm extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend their services, especially if your car is overdue for some professional care. read more

Your Detail was fantastic -- I booked the basic package for a Mazda CX-30 compact SUV and Jeremy went above and beyond. I was amazed at how clean the car looks afterwards, inside and out. He even removed and cleaned thoroughly a rodents' nest on the car battery under the hood that had accumulated during the past weeks' weather storms. This was our first cleaning for this car and he really did an incredible job. Jeremy was super kind and professional, he arrived on time with a fully equipped van, and even navigated challenges from the remaining snow. We will definitely use Your Detail again, and will recommend around. read more

I purchased an interior clean package for my daughter in DC -- I am in Seattle. I scheduled online, which was super easy, plenty of date/time options, and I was able to pay in full ahead of time. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of what her car looked like before, but all y'all dads know when you just look at that mess and just give a big ole SMH. Jamal called me to ask if it was okay he show up early, which was great; he did, and according to my daughter, he was super nice, quick, and did an amazing job with the interior. She said, "like a brand new car!" Would highly recommend! read more
