This morning, Rodney, the owner of this small business decided to end the 8+ year relationship I've had with them, and it's important that existing and future customers understand what happened. Since 2016 I have taken my car to Pro Wash once a year to get it professionally detailed, until 2023. I have ONLY taken it to Pro Wash, because they are the people I trusted. During my 2023 detailing, a piece of metal foil trim on an interior toggle was ripped. I always do a thorough walk through of my vehicle when the detailing is done, because I'm particular (can't imagine anyone spending the kind of $ it costs for professional detailing to not be particular), and if anything happens I want to make sure there is no disputing it or delay in reporting. This is the ONLY damage that I have noticed or has happened to my car at Pro Wash. The detailer acknowledged the problem, took pictures, and said he would notify the owner. Shortly thereafter, I got a text message asking me for a VIN # so they could evaluate how much the part would cost to replace. I sent them my VIN # in January of 2024 and never heard back. I wasn't worried, because I had no reason believe they wouldn't make things right. I trusted them, and figured I would address it with them when I went to schedule my next detailing appointment. Also, it was not a functional issue with the vehicle, it was just a button and the trim on it... In the grand scheme of things, not anywhere near my top priority to deal with. Life got immensely busy for me for in 2024, and I finally got around to wanting my detailing a week or so ago. I reached out, reminded them of this issue, and asked that we make a plan to resolve this before or with my detailing appointment. I told them I had an estimate from my dealer on fixing it. I sent the estimate over, and had a voicemail from the owner to call him when I had a chance. I called the owner this morning, he asked me what was going on, and when I began to tell him, he interrupted me and told me it's been 2 years, why am I now bringing this to him? He also "wasn't buying" that I was too busy for a whole year to address this, saying that he manages 10 properties and this business, so why couldn't I find time for this. He said "anything could have happened in 2 years", which is true, but the only option to fix what happened was to replace the button. The foil trim peeling could have gotten worse over the last (actually 16) months, but the remedy would still be the same to fix it as it was in 2023, and adds no cost to it. He also attacked me for being difficult and accusing them of scraping the bottom of the front of my car. He said "this should have ended a long time ago", while nobody there has ever been anything but pleasant and happy to see me when I'm there. I never accuse them of scraping it, I always ask them to be careful, because the ramp into their detailing bay is very steep and my car is very low. I always check to make sure nothing happened when I get the car back. Never have they scraped it; either because they're careful on their own or because I mention it, but I don't see harm in mentioning it. I have recommended Pro Wash to more people than I can count, for their attention to detail and their customer service. I was expecting a conciliatory conversation this morning with Rodney, but I could not have been more wrong. Current customers take note: This is how the owner actually views his customers regardless of how jovial he is to your face. It's an act; everything is fine until something goes wrong, then you're the bad guy. It's disappointing, because they actually do a fantastic job detailing. But not responding to me for over a year after they had my VIN #, then accusing me of being the problem or asking them to pay for things that weren't broken by them, proves that I can't trust them to follow up and make things right. In an uncertain economy where money isn't going as far as it used to, and job security isn't what it used to be, we all should spend our money somewhere other than Pro Wash. read more

Amazing, kind group. Did a wonderful job getting my car clean, even of the dog hair. Would definitely return here when I want more detail cleaning. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and it's worth it when you want a truly clean car. The only complaint I would have is the same I have for all car washes. Doesn't matter how much detail you get, they always miss the little bit of window that goes up into the car frame. As all dog-owners know, you will lower the window down for them to enjoy the smells, and they will leave snot all over the window edge. If you notice someone has a dog, you should always check the whole window and every window to make sure you get that dried slime off. I promise you, the increase in overall satisfaction and tips from pet-owners would be significant. Still, a great place and I will return again in the future. read more

We recently had a Full Detail of our car completed at our home, it had been too long since we'd last had it cleaned inside. The car has spent time in fields and on dirt roads so a fair bit of filth makes it's way inside, we have deep well floor maps to combat this and capture snow and water that is tracked in. I could complain about the odor of the cleaning products or how our dog doesn't car for how they make the vinyl slick, but Pro Wash has no control of those. We were very happy to discover that the cleaning team found a umbrella and water bottle we had 'lost' a while ago. The level of clean, conditioning and polish were much more than we expected and significantly better than what we've received from what should have been similar services from other vendors. The team that worked on the car was very professional, working through the rain without complaint even placing their own pop-up canopy to protect the exposed interior although I suspect it did little to protect them. It's a shame that we can so easily see the scuffs and stains that our ruff use of the vehicle had caused. My wife and I are both pleased and impressed with how the car looks now. It would be more convenient if Pro Wash was able to use PayPal for the final payment and tip and not just for the deposit, I'd also prefer to have the invoice saved in my PayPal history as there doesn't seem to be a way to save the receipt from Clover. read more

I've gone to this place twice. The first time I went was back in November and it was AMAZING! Everything was clean, even my trunk and glove compartment. This time I went was horrible. I did the normal full service wash (cost is $40, which is reasonable.) it took around and hour, which seemed really fast to me since last time I went it was almost 2 hours. When I got to my car I noticed it was not remotely clean to what I expected it. It hadn't been clean in the middle compartment, or the side doors designated for drinks. I noticed that the rear view mirrors where also still dirty. My screen in the front wasn't cleaned down. The reason I'm giving it two stars is the lack of communication and the cleaning service I received. Not only did I not get called to say my car was scratched on the trunk but i never got told anything happened when I went to pick it up. Didn't even notice till I was home. I understand accidents happen, but not being told your car was severely scratched ... it's disappointing. Will not be returning back to this place. I wish management would have at least reached out to pay for the damage, or apologized for the accident. read more

I'll start out by giving a back story: Imagine driving from El Paso, Texas to Denver, Colorado to Baltimore, Maryland in 2.5 days..... yeah..... Needless to say, our Jeep Grand Cherokee was beyond filthy inside and out. We had to ship the vehicle to Germany the following day after our car wash appointment and fly out the day after that. So it had to be spotless for shipping so that it would not be turned away. Let me tell y'all. Pro Wash and that team did an amazing job! (My concern should have been the 30 minutes I had to drive out a little fuel so that it right at 1/4 tank, not it's cleanliness, LOL. Wish was solely on me ‍). Called another place closer to my home and they were really overcharging. All I wanted was some tint on my car. I called Pro Wash and they quoted me a much cheaper price. I drove 45 minutes to come here and I am glad I made the trip. My car looks so much better. I went with the legal tint this time lol! But it still looks good and its tinted enough for me. They washed and detailed my car as well. My baby looked so different when she was parked out front :-) Did I mention I was only there for like a hour and a half! And it was on a Friday. So fast! After finding ProWash on Groupon I decided to visit the shop and talk to them in person. As other yelp reviews have mentioned the Groupon price seems to be a base price and usually what you want will cost more. Groupon states window tinting for a full car is $107 but the two front windows for my truck cost $175, go figure. I was able to make an appointment for the same week I spoke with the shop. The two windows took about an hour to finish. After they were finished the employees brought me in the back to checkout the tints. There was a imperfection I pointed out which I was assured would disappear after 10 days and if it didn't they told me to bring it back. I waited 10 days and the imperfection reduced in size but was still visible. I called prowash and let them know. They made me an appointment to have it fixed and said they would only do so if I had kept the warranty paperwork, which I had. I brought it in and at first they couldn't see the imperfections but after I pointed them out they replaced the tint. I have two issues with prowash's service. 1. After the initial tint application and I pointed out the imperfections, they told me if they didn't go away to bring it back. They didn't mention that I would need to have read more

Haven't even gotten our car back. We dropped it off at 8:20 AM, being told on the phone it would take until 10:30. We walked in at 10:30 and checked in, the girl at the front desk didn't even know what car we had and told us it would be a couple of minutes. It's been almost an hour and she has not moved from her desk or checked in with anyone. I won't bring any of our cars in again or recommend this place. I don't care how clean our car is; honesty and transparency goes a long way; if we would have known our car would take 3 hours instead of 2, we would have adjusted our schedule accordingly. Instead, we made plans based on the phone appointment we made earlier in the week and now we have to scramble last minute. Customer service fail.
