Completely just ripped off my $600+ dash cam setup from the windshield and rear window- and broke parts of it. Pricing is a scam, I wish I would've compared pricing to other shops before just going in with this rip-off. If you care about your car and the tinting process. Choose another spot- tints also came out with bubbling on the driver window and left-over scruff marks from the squeegee on the windshield. read more

I walked in and was greeted immediately by Doug, before I knew that he was the owner/operator, I thought "wow what I great representative for the business." I was unaware of what to get for my truck, and I only needed the front two windows done, he was very accommodating and didn't try to push more work than needed to be done. As we spoke, I inquired about the front windshield, I was apprehensive to tint it based on night driving. Doug mentioned the legal amount was easy to drive with and even showed me his personal car as an example of what to expect. I should mention I walked in, I had no appointment and though he was straightening up and reorganizing his shop, he took time out of his day in between jobs to squeeze me in. Under an hour later the tint looks amazing, he matched the already existing tint and it looks seamless. This place is great! I got a stereo installed in my crappy Saturn Vue last weekend and everything went great. Dropped off car at 10am and it was ready at 1. James gave me a quote and the service cost was exactly the same as the quote, no hidden fees. They also fixed my hazard button and gave me a new basket (the cubby hole under the stereo) at no additional charge! Also, the guy who showed me the ins/outs of the stereo was super knowledgeable and friendly. If you need something from these guys, pull the trigger, they are good and affordable! read more

This business was not initially on my radar when I first set out to upgrade my car's stereo system. In fact, I only found out about them when the second place I contacted recommended them to me. That second place, DSI Mobile Electronics, was unfortunately going out of business. Although, I am still saddened by that situation, it ended up working out wonderfully for me because Doug and Mike are a great pair of individuals. They listened very carefully to what I was trying to accomplish and installed a fantastic sounding, yet very discrete system. The crazy part is that you may not realize what a jewel this business is unless you talk to them because there is nothing particularly showy about the building where it is located or even the facility's showroom. I did not realize until recently that some shops charge more for equipment when it is brought in, but given their relationship with DSI and just being good guys, they treated the equipment as if I bought it there. The fact that they are a licensed retailer of many mid- to high-end brands (including the stuff I got) didn't hurt either. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for auto customization, whether it is audio or one of their other services, check these guys out. I am confident you will not regret it! read more

The waiting room let's you see into the shop, and watch you car being worked on. Pricing is good, paid 200 for all windows except the windshield. By far the best place I've gone to have work done on my 4Runner. Nicest guys that know what they're doing and explained everything with my remote starter install to me. When the setup wasn't quite working with the features on my truck, instead of just telling me that's how it's gonna be they got on the phone with the manufacturer to figure out how to make it work with what I wanted. I'm 25 and my dad has been using fresh designs for custom audio/tinting since he was in his 20's. They are unparalleled in customer service and installation quality. Had my Subaru fitted with six new speakers and a subwoofer they cut me a fresh box and wired the whole thing perfectly. They can literally get you anything you want and install it, or install parts you already have. The owner does tons of the work himself and oversees the entire shop. After the auto dealer disconnected my stereo and blaming the "after market" stereo for draining my battery, Fresh Designs reconnected my components and re-tuned my stereo.
