Precision Tint has worked on several of my cars, and every time the result is the same: windows so cleanly tinted I half expect a NASA sticker on the door. When I've had questions, they've answered fast and honestly. I did have one window issue, but they're still batting in the high .900s. They swapped the tint under warranty, no drama, no eye roll, just "swing by and we'll fix it." I recommend them to anyone who asks where to get tint done. Wrapping? Looks awesome from what I've seen in the shop, but I haven't gone that route (none of my cars have been wrapped... yet). My only "complaint," which is really a compliment in disguise: their time estimates tend to drift by about 30 to 45 minutes. That's because they refuse to rush your car off the line. Every vehicle gets meticulous attention, and they hand it back like they're genuinely proud of the work. I'll trade an extra half hour for that kind of quality any day. Five stars. I just got a '26 BMW iX ceramic coated and all the window glass coated. Melissa answered all of my questions beforehand and accommodated my request to coat the side view mirror glass, and the price was good. I like that the cost just goes into the coating, not any other bundled-on detailing services. I wasn't familiar with the product they use (Gyeon) but it appears to be geared to give longevity which is what I'm looking for. The car looks great, and we finally got some rain and the results were what I wanted - the windows shed water as I was driving and the car was dry and glistening after the rain stopped. I took my brand-new 2025 BMW X5 to Precision Tint for a chrome delete and full wrap, and the results were extremely disappointing. The wrap is bubbling and peeling, which clearly reflects poor workmanship. I pursued legal action against the company, won the court case, and was awarded a settlement--yet they have failed to make any payment and have since blocked me on social media. Please do your research before dealing with this company. It is owned by Lance Jarman, who has proven to be incredibly shady and unprofessional. If you value your vehicle and expect quality service, I strongly advise against doing business with this company. read more

My dad has been on the hunt for window tints for his car, and he's been turned away from other establishments because apparently the E class Mercedes' is a challenge to do. I reached out through Instagram and Melissa was so patient and knowledgeable about what would be required with the coupe E class my dad has. He would be traveling from Silver Spring to Annapolis so he wanted to make sure they would be able to tint the car would be worked on. Scheduling was a breeze. We got a calendar invite and a reminder call the morning of to make sure that we were still coming. It was supposed to take three hours but Lance got it done in two and it looks amazing. Not a bubble in sight! I couldn't recommend this enough, and it was well worth the drive to Annapolis. I took my 2023 Hyundai Tucson in for a partial wrap job. Had the side view mirrors, side pillars and reaminder of roof behind the pano sunroof and the spoiler wrapped gloss black. Dropped my vehicle off when they opened in the morning and came back after work and it was done. Great job and gives my Tucson a good two tone look. I decided to leave the chrome trim as is and not wrap that for a unique look. Very satisfied. Precision also was great with communication throughout the process. Next and final project will be to get my wheels painted black and calipers orange or red. read more

Once I arrived two other customers were there and one guy was telling the other that this company has tinted all of his cars and he drives from Waldorf MD. They were friendly courteous and professional. I had a decal that I wanted to go on my back window and asked if they could put it on, they applied the sign (in memory of my mom) and didn't charge. Last week, I took my 2021 RAV4 Prime to Precision to have the front windows and sunroof tinted to try to reduce heat in the car on hot, sunny days. I needed to have my windows tinted in my car! It had been over a year and I was not sure what I was waiting for! I received. Suggestion from my bestie Rae M. to check this place out! I requested a quote through Yelp and received a very fast response from the business. Lance J. Contacted me and gave me a very fast, yet affordable quote for my two front windows! He informed that it would take about an hour to be completed and provided me the business phone number to make an appointment if I chose to go with their quote! I quickly made an appointment to have the Windows done! I also received a confirmation appointment the day before. I arrived at the address which was a very small shop in an automotive park. There were other businesses there which confused me in where to park the car! When I say that area is tight, it is tight! However, once parked, I was greeted by a very nice young lady who offered me water while I waited! It was the beginning of August, so it was very hot outside and there was no AC in the waiting area! They did have a fan which was blowing hot air, but I oddly didn't mind! My car was ready in less than an hour and it looked awesome! I paid the original price quoted and the guys who did the work did an awesome job! They pulled my car up and I was in my way with explicit care instructions for the following 24 hours! My son and I walked into this establishment today (12/2/20 around 2pm) in order to get an estimate on getting his car windows tinted. We were the only two people in the small customer area as we stood at the window counter waiting for the young lady sitting right on the other side of the counter to acknowledge us. 1-2 minutes go by, she doesn't even so much as look up as she fidgets with a side view mirror cover and listens to a comedy routine by Kevin Hart cranked up to 10. Another couple of minutes go by. My son and I stand there looking at this young lady seated 2-3 feet in front of us and wonder out loud if anyone else works there. Still no acknowledgement that we're even there as she continues to fidget with the mirror cover. I say to my son "Let's give her another 30 seconds to acknowledge us." Nothing. My son and I ultimately decide to leave after 5 minutes of waiting for the employee to greet us or ask what she could help us with. We get into his car and start Googling other options for automotive window tinting services. Next thing we know the same young lady is knocking on my son's window. She asks us if we needed something. I answer "Not anymore." She asks if we're sure and claims she never saw the two of us standing right in front of her. Now, if you've ever been in this place of business and stood at their customer service window with someone seated directly on the other side you'd realize what a ridiculous claim that is. These guys may be good at what they do but their customer service needs a lot of work. Perhaps the first step should be training their staff to greet potential customers interested in supporting their business because they lost mine before anyone even asked me why I was there. read more

I stopped bye the morning of the 28th of Dec. to get a Quote to tint the windows of my 2019 Ram 1500 with ceramic heat reduction. I also had a couple of vinyl stickers that I asked about having installed on my hood. After giving me a quote for all my windows and checking my hood decals which Lance said he could do they asked me if I could leave my truck. A few hours later I received a call that my truck was ready. I picked it up and I couldn't be happier Every thing was done and looked great.
