I should start by sharing that my review is of my initial contact and their pricing only. I did not use them. I have a Honda Pilot and I called for a quote. They advised me to look at their website and see the packages because they couldn't really answer what a standard interior and exterior detail would cost. Unfortunately the packages listed on the website include many services which are not necessary or typically included for a standard detail. If you want those extras, you may like this place, it sounds like they do a good job. However, for me, over $500 for my not-that-dirty SUV to be detailed is out of the question. read more

I went to Rise & Shine Detailing, had one of the detailing packages carried out along with paint film and tint. My Porsche looked great when it left the dealer lot, and while skeptical that I needed to get every service offered, I decided that I was going to splurge. Now whenever stopped at a gas station people ask if I just had the car painted, if I just bought it, or even just wondering what I do for a living. This was a show quality level job that was carried out professionally with reputable products. After phoning a friend that knows detailing better than I do, he advised that the quality and reputation of the company justifies the work that got carried out. He was right. I did not go to the Lamborghini dealership expecting VW prices. The people leaving 1* reviews are mentally defective. To complain about pricing having never handed over a dollar nor had a service done is the state of our country, when people have not worked hard enough to get a service they complain on the internet like children that they can't afford it and expect someone else to make it happen for them. Pathetic would be a compliment. The level of service was easily in line with the price and the next new vehicle I purchase will be getting the same treatment. If you want a gas station car wash then go get it, this is something completely different. Joey is an absolute pro, and my follow up appointment for a first wash had me introduced to a few other professionals that were there attending a training course, he fit me into his schedule when it was wrapping up. Joey has been an excellent communicator, and champion of Customer Service which is paramount to us utilizing his services as an "add on" to our customers. I have heard only good things from each & every person who has had their vehicle serviced by him. The pricing is fair and he is always willing to go the extra mile. Don't really ever feel motivated to write reviews but Rise and Shine detailing is an extremely reputable small business. The owner is extremely flexible with schedules and is up-to-date on the latest and greatest products which keeps your car not only looking shiny, but smelling good, and keeping life in all the paint, leather, plastics, and rubbers on the car. I've gotten my car detailed and washed several times and each with amazing results. The owner maintains my CQuartz Finest coating and uses products which enhance the life of the coating. For people who've ever coated their cars, they know this is an expensive process so getting the most out of the coating is a true benefit to you. Lastly, I can just tell the owner has passion for perfection. He's seen my bad microfibers and some of the AutoZone instant detail spray I was using and even gave me a professional microfiber and a small sample bottle of detail spray to use! If you want a serious detail (not just a wash like most "detail" shops disguise as details), Rise & Shine offers an array of different tiers to make even the most particular people (like myself) satisfied. read more

One of those mom and pop honest, trustworthy, down to earth operations, that you can rely on without fail in the fact that they will always do a top notch quality job on your car, and at a completely fair/reasonable price, and with consummate, genuine, warm customer service. (similar to like hitting the jackpot on actually finding an excellent, honest, hospitable mechanic, but for car washing and detailing). I've had my car detailed a couple times before by other companies, and it was ok but wasn't completely satisfied so I decided to try Rise & Shine. This was a much better experience all around. Joey showed up on time ready to roll and was very professional. He literally just finished and I had to share my experience because I've never had a better detail job done on my car. Everything is spotless and shiny and looks and smells like I just drove it off the lot. You can't really ask for more. No streaky windows, no dust/dirt left anywhere. I'd like to start with the part of me having a very expensive black car. So when I was shopping around for a proper detail/paint correction and ceramic coat for my car I was doing a very intense research to find out where I can get the most professional detail and also not hurting my pocket. (even though I believe that you got to pay to get a good results and good service). Joey was the 3rd detailer I was talking to in regarding of detailing my car, which is black and very difficult to keep clean or keep it "unscratched". The way he explain things was very comforting and when he showed me in front of my eyes an example of what is going to happen to my car I was already very interested and then he told me the price and with what products he is going to perform the detail, I realized that he's charging about 30-40% less than anyone in the area (D.C, MD, VA) I was sold. No regrets what so ever! and the results are taking by themselves. Super happy and recommending you all! read more
