Jake was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. There was a slight issue for the rear window tint and they informed me why. I was out of town and could not come back for a touch up. Jake was so kind to offer to stop by and attempt a touch up before my early flight. In the end i went back when i returned from my trip and they re-did the rear window. I called this place on Sunday afternoon, and since apparently they make a point of never picking up their phones, I got a phone call back around 9 PM the next evening. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning - and was told someone would come between 9-9:30. 9:30 rolls around, no one is there. I call. Then I call again. 30 minutes later, I finally get a call back from Albert, who has clearly forgotten that he made an appointment with me (although he said something about a meeting - if you in fact had a meeting, you may have considered calling me before to cancel). He tells me he will send someone else out immediately. So, I waited. By 11, still no one had arrived, and I really had to get to work. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. I would have preferred that to wasting four hours this week sitting home waiting for you guys to show up.
