Big mistake. I showed up on time, and they immediately told me it would be a 30-minute wait. That turned into 45 minutes with zero updates. No apology, no communication, nothing. To make it worse, the only "waiting area" was a single old car seat in direct sunlight. They might match prices, but they definitely don't value customers' time or comfort. Next time, I'd rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this level of service.

I called the business and I loved that you didn't have to have appointment to be seen. So you could just be driving in the area and be like "hmmm I want darker tint" stop by and they got you. I've always wanted to get darker tint and my tint has been on my car for 11-years so it was time. So I pulled up and I'm not sure if he was the owner or manager but he told me to go inside and he would be right with me. He was outside talking to a customer. He came in and got me about 15 minutes later to see what I wanted. So we walked over to my car and I said I wanted the 5% all over and the top of the windshield done. So because I had to get my old tint taken off he gave me a pretty good deal. Instead of charging I believe $90 for the take off she charged me $80 and threw in the windshield for free. For a 4- door coupe it starts at $140. So my total was $220 for everything which I think was a really good price. I and brand inside and they have some nice music on and a vending machine if you want a drink and a snack while you waited. They took about an 1 hour to get me in and out which was great because I had a couple more stops to make. And it's a lifetime warranty I believe besides if your window is broken out. So if y'all in the area stop by and give them a try. I will be back because they also offer car detailing and Mr. Black really need to get that done! I'll add pictures at a later date.

The owner is super friendly, very attentive, and gets an A+ for great customer service. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. When I went the first time, I needed my tint to be removed to pass state safety inspection. That experience was great! They are very professional and very quick. I then returned to get my windows tinted again and of course, they did a wonderful job again! I only needed the front windows tinted so they did an amazing job of matching the tint of the back windows. The lobby is nice and clean and has great air conditioning for hot days. I had a pleasant encounter with every single staff member that I saw. I 100% recommend and would definitely return if I ever need tint services again!
