Using their mobile detail service (where they come to you), we went with the Ultimate Detail which was a full deep clean inside and out. The two-person team did a fantastic job at getting my car clean! They arrived within their 1-hour window and finished in under 3 hours. I thought the price was fair compared to other companies that I looked at with similar services. I tipped the team both directly via Venmo. After filling out their online inquiry form, I was contacted within a few hours and was able to coordinate via text, to include a reschedule due to rain. The quality of detailing work itself was excellent. The mobile option was super convenient and it's definitely worth checking out.

With a hectic work schedule, I was stuck driving around with the windows down just to tolerate the smell. Fortunately, I found these guys. I initially set an appointment but was called into work and had to cancel. James was completely understanding. What really stood out came next. I explained that I couldn't make their standard appointment times because I don't finish work until later in the afternoon. Instead of shutting it down, James worked with me and told me to reach out once I was off so we could figure something out. That level of flexibility and professionalism is what earns repeat business. They took care of the issue, and now I can drive around in 18° weather with the windows up. Big thanks to the team, I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the truck cleaned up.

Recently i was in a car accident and out of work so my dumbass tried to save a few bucks and took my car elsewhere. Long story short my truck sounded like shit. So I did the only thing I knew to do. I called Tony at Platinum. He looked into it and found out alot of things were done wrong. He took the tine to speak to me about options giving ne a max price which he did not go over. He spent several days wrapping our wires that were wired wrong re installing everything properly. Then gave me advice on how to build the perfect system. And steps to take to get it done.
