I believe they started about 30 minute after my scheduled time. I got tint on the rear of my car only. I am sure if you are getting full tint then your wait time will be longer. Very thorough, and while their price is high it's in line with the area. The issue I had was with their tint jobs. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.

They put my service sticker back exactly where it was in the top left corner, and they even reinstalled my dash cam in the same position. If I didn't know the windshield had been replaced, I wouldn't have noticed at all. That level of care definitely doesn't go unnoticed.
