What was even more frustrating is that they removed the door panels and only then discovered they couldn't complete the tint installation. Unfortunately there were no walk in spots available so I made my appointment for Monday afternoon. Arrived at my scheduled time, but there were still cars being worked on. I believe they started about 30 minute after my scheduled time. I got tint on the rear of my car only. I am sure if you are getting full tint then your wait time will be longer. They said it would be about an hour and it was. I got the ceramic tint and it was astonishing how effective it was. My son got his car tinted and I drove over separately to the location so we could get lunch while we waited. Today the thermometer on my car read 100°. When I got into my untainted car, I felt every bit of the hundred degree heat. His car after the tint install was dramatically cooler. Very thorough, and while their price is high it's in line with the area. The issue I had was with their tint jobs. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.
