They said it would be about an hour and it was. I got the ceramic tint and it was astonishing how effective it was. My son got his car tinted and I drove over separately to the location so we could get lunch while we waited. Today the thermometer on my car read 100°. When I got into my untainted car, I felt every bit of the hundred degree heat. His car after the tint install was dramatically cooler. Erik, the owner, was quick at responding and easy to talk and coordinate with. The date I ended up picking was about 2.5 weeks from when I first reached out which was good with me. I showed up day of to select the tint that I wanted, dropped my car off, and was told it'd be ready for pickup in an hour. The quality of the tint was top notch, and I've had zero issues with it warping, discoloring, or peeling a month later. It reduces the interior temperature of my car during these hot days. Very thorough, and while their price is high it's in line with the area. The issue I had was with their tint jobs. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.
