I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 to this car wash/detailing place after a passenger vomited in my vehicle while I was driving for Uber. The mess was only inside the car and required interior cleaning only. They charged me $495 just for interior cleaning, which is completely unreasonable and far above normal market prices for this type of service. I feel like they took advantage of the situation and overcharged me simply because I needed urgent cleaning to continue working. I strongly believe this is not honest business practice and feels like a scam. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially rideshare drivers who are already losing income when situations like this happen. Vacuumed well but the seats were not touched although I paid $250 for interior cleaning (excluding outside). The seats were not shampooed or steamed. Still had the stains. Not happy at all. I have to pay another detailed to get the seats cleaned again. It so not the nature of my car. I have no pets and no kids and my car wasn't that dirty. So I found this amazing service via my search on the basis of 5 stars review. I contacted the owner Noah, he replied right away via yelp message. I explained to him that I'm mostly looking for removal of tree sap that I got all over my car. He sent me his website info and asked me to pick the service. I chose one and we decided on day and time and he was extremely understanding and flexible for the time I need it get done. He arrived promptly on time and saw my car gave me the quote. One thing I want to mention here that he was extremely nice to communicate and explains everything that he will going to do on my car. The great thing about everything is that he came to my place in his van and did service right in my parking lot. He took good three plus hours on my car and when I saw my car after it was done I just couldn't believe it. It looked brand new, so shiny and super clean. I couldn't be more happier with his respectfulness and his service. I already referred him to my friends on Facebook. I will definitely be taking his service again. PS.
