Arrived around 7:20am with a 7am-9am arrival time and did a great job in about 3 hours. Everything needed was brought in a regular truck and they didnt take up much space unlike some other mobile detailers I have used. My only gripe was that my items in the trunk were placed on the damp/dewy ground during the cleaning. Would suggest using a tarp/blanket moving forward, but no issues other than that. If you choose to schedule your appointment at an address where more than one person who resides at that address has an appointment, it may be worth noting it or letting them know so that they only send one person. When done, definitely check all the spots that you wanted cleaned. I wish I didn't do an overall check but checked specific things I cared about instead because I found a spot where a bottle of hand sanitizer had spilled in a side door pocket, and it was still sticky. So, I was disappointed because it was quite obvious despite the spill being clear. I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 rating because if you look very carefully, you'll find spots that are missed/are still dusty/dirty. I expected that for selecting the Premium detail package, those spots would be gone/addressed. They did take care of a shoe stain on the back of a seat that really bugged me, and it looked brand new in the end though. read more
