I have only had problems with this company. First time I tried to use their service they cancelled on me the day of service because an employee had called in sick. I was willing to work around it. They were flexible at first and willing to work around my busy schedule by letting me make an appointment on a weekend. When they showed up for my rescheduled appointment they were there less than 30 minutes before the cleaner gave me an excuse on why they couldn't clean my car that day and packed their things and left. I would not recommend this service, although they seemed to try and help at first it was all a façade and a waste of over two weeks of my time. read more

Y'all, I can't even. My car was dirty. How dirty? So dirty that due to all the crap my kids leave in the car I ended having to pay $1k in maintenance fees when all their shit got sucked into the inner working of the car (yes, it's embarrassing to admit that, but I want y'all to get an idea of just how bad it was in there). Whole ecosystems had sprung up under the seats. Tiny microbe militias were waging a war between the driver seat empire and the shotgun republic. Y'all get the idea. It was BAD. I had told my parents I didn't want "stuff" for Christmas and would prefer experiences. My dad, knowing how bad the car got, offered this service. Holy shit y'all. Just had Ian from Sharp at our house to detail both our SUV and sedan. This was our second detailing. Michael came the first time. Ian and Michael both did a great job. They were meticulous - cleaned every inch of the cars, including the interior of glove compartments, consoles and interiors of gas compartments. Both cars look brand new now! They were courteous and delightful to work with. It is especially hard duty during the cold months. While trying to avoid an accident a gallon of latex paint spilled all over the interior of our Van. We tried to clean it up but only made it worse. I have a 2004 Toyota and Sharp Detail has helped me keep my baby looking new. Folks can't believe my car is 17 years old when they see it, and part of that is due to the folks at Sharp. They vacuum, shampoo and clean every nook and cranny on the interior and do a great job treating the leather. I get the Clay Bar treatment for the exterior, which also comes with 3 coats of paint sealant, so my car beads up like it just rolled off the show room floor. Excellent interior and exterior cleaning service, restoring our vehicle to great condition. My parents were kind enough to lend me their vehicle for a couple of weeks so I thought -- what better way to repay them than get it cleaned professionally? The SUV hadn't been deep cleaned since it was purchased in 2013, so it had seven years of grime buildup. I booked a "full" package which included both interior and exterior cleaning. The guy -- unfortunately I Didn't catch his name -- arrived early and started immediately, working for around five hours nonstop, spending most of his time on the interior -- vacuuming, scrubbing, everything. The guy did a great job cleaning the van including the mildew stains on the carpet. Overall it's satisfactory. But there are a few areas they can still improve on. For auto detailing, I would imagine paying attention to all the details like vacuuming out the leaves between the front window shield and the hood cover is not too much to ask. The car exterior has some tree sap, I guess it's not included after paying $264 for the detail. read more

I have been a regular customer of Sharp Detail in Fairfax for three years now, taking my car to them twice a year. My first experience with them was so spectacular that I also wrote a review. After then, it had always been the same detailer that I asked for whenever I called my car to them for another detailing job. Last week, though, I had sort of an emergency. Although my car is regularly detailed, my usual problem had always been that because I always have my Dalmatian in it when I go for a drive, there's pet hair everywhere. There's also the stench that undeniably came from the dog. The problem was, I was going to pick up my mother to spend the weekend with us, and she was allergic to pet hair, and the stench was surely going to annoy her. I called up and asked for my regular, but he was apparently on vacation. They suggested another detailer. I was hesitant at first, But since it was an emergency, I decided to go for it anyway. I was surprised though by the consistency of the quality of the service they give. Just like before, they had everything taken care of! The hair that had been all over from the seats, carpets, floor mats, were gone. The stench too was gotten rid of! This other detailer was just as friendly too, having small talk with me the entire time while working on my car. He even gave me tips on how to clean up my car to get rid of pet hair, and what cleaning product to use to get rid of such stench. These guys rock! You should really check them out. read more

Daniel was on time, and ahead to let me know when he was going to arrive and even recommended what service I should go with based on my car condition and garage. He did an excellent and through job. The Ford Focus that I drive now is my third car. I am by no means a car expert, but one important thing that I learned since getting my first car a few years ago is that if you want to keep your car in its best shape, a car wash is not enough. Have it detailed at least twice a year. I'm lucky I had a car detailing shop that I trusted back when I was still living in Cleveland. But when moved to Fairfax, VA half a year ago, I knew I had to find one here too. It was not until last week that I finally had to take my car back to one, and that's when I started asking around. My coworker mentioned Sharp Detail, and since I had not known anything about them, I looked them up and gave them a call. I had a detailer on my driveway the next day. He was really prompt. He looked at my car and knew right away that I regularly had it detailed. The job only took two hours. His work on the exteriors was flawless. The muds from the wheels were all gone, and the paintwork was washed so well from top to bottom. The interiors were even better. The seats and the upholstery looked like they were new. It all smelled like the way it did the first time I drove it. To top it all, they gave me an invoice for $200 - that's a lot less that what I would pay previously. I had a very pleasant experience with Sharp Detail. I am glad I have found a shop to take my car to every six months here in Fairfax. The detailer gets a 5/5 for being good at what he does and for being such a professional. Sharp Detail gets a 5/5 too. They're clearly the best in town. read more
