I got a car wash a week after the election it was very busy day.it was a long wait prior to going in then much longer wet while waiting to complete the cleaning at the parking lot.I always get a premium 30.00.i was disappointed in my last two cat washes I am more disappointed this times because the dirt was on the body it obviously visible before my disappointed was incomplete vacuuming. I don't understand the businesses stablishment they cut down the quality of the services and focusing on the money alone. I always get the Premium service for inside and outside of my car. They do an amazing job which is why it is always my go to for car care. This past week however they went above and beyond! I sent my son to get his car cleaned and he lost his $100 bill. Called to explain the situation and how upset he was about losing his money. They looked through the vacuum that had been used and found his $100 bill. Gave me a call to pick up! WOW! is all that I can say, SO appreciate it and now they really have cemented my idea that they are the BEST in the business! Definitely won't go anywhere else! read more

I haven't been to this car wash in many years so I am assuming it may have changed ownership (like its been at least 10+ years). My husband really likes this place and had gotten his car washed here several times. I wanted to check it out as a newer car wash company that has bought out other chains is taking over and I wasn't super crazy about them for a few reasons. I was impressed while it was around $30 to get the wash and basic interior cleaning they did a great job despite being a little busy and I went on a weekday. I would definitely get my car washed again, but I'll try and avoid the weekends. read more

This is best value car wash I've ever experienced. You'll be amazed at how well they clean your car. They'll even detail it inside and out for less than $100!!!. When was the last time you ever had your door jambs and inside trunk lid cleaned with a regular wash? You get that here. Check out the photos if you don't believe me. Decided to give this car wash a try and this happened.... I saw the guy turn my steering wheel hard as he pulled it in the car wash track and heard my wheel grind in the track. By the time I got home my tire was almost flat .... Took the wheel off to find a chunk of the tire missing. Don't recommend this place if you have a nice car- they are not careful. read more

Went there to get my car hand washed. Lady said we do hand washes but it was too cold. It was mid 40's. This place stinks.

I took my audi here and thought they did a pretty good job. So I brought my sister's car here because it really needed a car wash.. but.. ummm I did the armor all? And they put some sort of oil or lubricant or something on all of the interior surfaces and now my psoriasis is flaming up.. it smells really bad... and it's a blotchy.. like if you are going to put something on you should do so it's not blotchy. You should also explain what armor all entails.. like the employee at the entrance of the car wash said it was cleaning the front and the interior nothing about an oil application.. it's getting on my hands yuck!! The exterior.. um they missed quite a lot of spots.. I guess I'm not coming here again.. read more

This is not a quick wash, but rest assured that by the end of the process you will have a well cleaned and shiny car. This place is awesome! There is always a line but it's completely worth it. For $28, your car is first emptied of trash, vacuumed, and blown with a pneumatic dust blower to get rid of even the smallest particle. Your car is then taken through the automatic car wash after which a team descends on upon it to towel dry it. For an additional $15, the team will wipe down the entire interior with Armor All. Amazing customer service! Great value! They did an awesome job on my Mercedes GLE 450, inside and out! I feel like I have a new car! No water spots/runs and the very difficult-to-clean wheels are bright and shiny. The inside was thoroughly vacuumed and the floor mats scrubbed. Super hard workers and they went way above and beyond my expectations. I usually go to another car wash in the Herndon/Great Falls area that is much more expensive and not nearly as good. I decided to try 7 Car Wash after seeing it during a Chick Fil A stop for my daughter. It's not easy to see from Route 7 but is so worth it once you do! I was unclear with the prices (price was missing for regular car wash) so I asked an employee and they just wanted to have me go through the car wash. I said I would prefer to go inside and ask about the prices. After finding a place to park, I went inside and waited a few minutes and no one was at the cash register. I am currently at this car wash as I write this review and am about ready to just take my car and leave without getting it completely washed. These employees have no sense of urgency. They literally look at you while they slowly make their way around the car they are cleaning. They have 5 employees doing the insides, which doesn't count the two guys at the beginning who "vacuumed" it. And yet they are still 9 cars deep and I've been here 20 minutes. By the time they get to fully drying your car, it's already dried with spots all over it because it's been sitting out in the sun for so long. I should have just done the cleaning myself. read more

But like some of the other reviewers said, it really seemed to slip this past year, where I had a couple of rough experiences over the summer in terms of quality and wait time, so when I went today to redeem my loyalty card for a free wash, I was fully expecting it to be my last visit. But that was not the case, because these guys are back in business and at least as good, probably better even, than they used to be . I was hesitant to bring my brand new SUV here after reading some of the reviews. I refuse to go to the large chain car wash that is buying out all of the local ones, so I went for it. This is my new favorite that I will be frequenting. Each time I've been, my car was completely covered in salt from snow storms and traveling north. It came out looking brand new-usually a wash never gets all of the salt off and I usually have to do extra work at home. The employees are so hard working and do a great job, working in a crew of about 4 on the inside and out at the same time. It takes a while, as they are generally busy, but I don't mind the wait since they are so thorough. read more

Don't judge a book by it's cover! Place shows it's age, but the staff works very hard. Excellent post-wash interior clean and finish!

Be careful. They don't replace their rags with clean ones when they're drying off your car. They use the same rags for the tires, as they do for the body -- in my case, they dried the rims first, grabbed a rock, and nicely scratched the paint. Don't bother calling, or emailing, they don't respond and their voicemail is full. Won't be back. read more

This car wash came highly recommended and I called and specifically asked about pet hair removal before I made the drive. They were busy as expected for a Saturday but I was assured I could still be taken care of and even with the line being pretty long they were moving cars through very quickly. When I got to the front I again made it clear my biggest concern was getting most of the pet hair out and she said they'd do their best and even though on their ticket it offers pet hair removal she claimed they didn't do it. When I got my car back both the interior dash and doors and exterior looked very good as first glance but it looks like they barely tried to vacuum any seat other than the drivers. I can brush hair and crumbs off my passenger and back row with just my hand which lets me know they barely touched the interior with the vacuum which was what I mainly was requesting and for $40 I find that unacceptable. I only drove out the parking lot and to the corner so that I wasn't holding up traffic before called to see if I could bring it back. The woman that answered seemed pleasant but didn't understand what I was asking her and began to sound very annoyed before she told me to hold on and the call "dropped". This is a real gem located behind a car dealership, church and dozens of tiny unrelated stores in a strip mall. They really dig in and clean out the nooks and crannies. They use fresh color-coded towels for various types of cleaning. Mats are removed and thoroughly washed! The carpets below are thoroughly vacuumed. They even clean and dry in and around the weather strips and door frames. read more

If you want to go to a car wash near by and get your moneys worth come here. I was impressed with the time they take to try to get your car as clean as they can. Don't waste my our money with flag ship they're not as detailed and way too over priced. I paid for extra cleaning and the One thing I will say is they didn't clean the dog hair off my floors as I would like them to. Lady told me I would need detailing. An old fashion car wash dating from the 60s the kind where you have to get out of the car and look at your car through the window. The best part is the detailed wiping at the end. Interior and exterior cleaning was ok. Found bit of dirt in the trunk and not fully cleaned out. The driver side door was still dirty and 7 Car Wash charged extra $10 to clean the remaining dirt in the drive side door. Interior shampoo wash is around $140 for SUV and other car wash businesses in Ashburn charge cheaper (around $80). More than most likely will not give my business again to 7 Car Wash. read more
