Flagship has let me down so many times I think this is it for me I need to find a new car wash that will do interior and exterior I pay $75 for the car wash and Tier Xterior these people didn't even touch the spray bottle to touch the seats to touch the console even my steering wheel I still see the same stuff on it when I took the car to them I have to go back and tell them hey come clean the car cuz the car is not clean They already came out a second time After the thing went through the inside where they didn't clean the car I am over this And this is not even enough to be detailed this is basic spray and white with tile when the guy seen the other side he started cleaning the driver's side even heat commented that they didn't do it this is just terrible don't do not go to Flagship I would not advise getting the membership because you will be wasting your money read more

The car wash does not clean your car very well. Not worth your time or money. The only reason i went through it, is it is the few in my area that offers under undercarriage wash. I went through it and something in the car wash cut my valve stem off, the cut was up near the tire. Flagship was more worried to find a way to claim it was not their fault. Am a member of the unlimited wash service and will be stopping the service because the last time I allowed them to clean inside the car, they scratched the 14 inch display with whatever towels/clothes they use. I didn't notice immediately (only a few minutes after I left) but I know they did it because I have not cleaned it myself. Very disappointing that now I get to see these for the rest of this car's life. If I could go to zero on the rating, I would. Also, they make the cancellation process difficult. Overall, very good. The equipment seems to work as well as Flagship of Route 29 in Gainesville. However, at Gainesville, I feel they appreciate me a little more. The first time I went to South Riding and got an exterior wash, I turned left and went through the interior cleaning area. The guy seemed upset even though there were no directions posted. The second time, I turned the correct direction and got the exterior wiped down. However, they didn't apply the tire shine. I had to ask them to do it. This is possibly the worst car wash service I've been. Poor services, vacuum wasn't done property.

We needed the car to be detailed in preparation for installing a car seat. Our wonderful furry family member - made sure that a simple vacuum from Royal Farms did not suffice. So I found myself researching places online and ultimately pulling into Flagship CarWash Center for inside and outside detailing. The process is super simple, you pull up to the booth and select from the menu options of what you would like. We did the highest one - I believe it was ultimate Flagship Car Wash. Then you pay and pull forward. We first drove thru a very colorful car wash that locked our wheel and guided us thru in neutral. There were employees thru out the car wash section ensuring the machines were hitting your car just right and spraying or adjusting as necessary. We then pulled out and went thru the turn around - where you exit your car and they put it on a conveyer belt. The manager notice we had no clue what we were doing, lol - and came out to direct us. He let us know we could watch the car go thru if we go inside the waiting area. So we did. It looked like a pit stop team going thru the car. Had to be 4-6 people with various vacuums, window cleaners, tire cleaner, etc - just going at the car as it carried on down the conveyer belt. When it was done - they take it around to either get vacuum a bit more or to return it to the owners. It was a wonderful experience! Normally we wash and detail the car ourselves at home. But this was such a nice luxury experience at an affordable and reasonable price - I will def add this to our quarterly budget to be able to just relax a few weekends out of the year. Had a car part fall off during a car wash and despite the best effort of the manager there (Alex) to try and find it, it was to no avail. Alex apologized saying they should have taped it before entering the car wash. I filed a claim several weeks ago and called the management office several times but I have not heard back. I am going to have to file a small claims suit to get their attention and keep writing bad reviews. The part cost $400 and my family easily pays $600 to $700 per month there for a five car household. I hope it was worth us finding another car wash and going to court. read more

This Flagship is one of a family of Northern Virginia carwashes. While a bit smaller than Herndon, due to acquisition and rebranding of an old car wash, this has been updated and has the same great quality. All three of our vehicles are on one of the plans that allow for up to daily visits for personal vehicles but we go twice a month or every 3 weeks and the plan pays for itself once every 2-3 weeks. The car wash is also set up to be eco friendly and they will tell you about it if you ask the manager. However, they have a team that really enjoys cleaning your car and making sure you are happy with the service. They have a little tip box and my kids enjoy tipping the team for a job well done. read more

My 2019 Subaru outback's passenger side rubber mat was forcibly pulled that the anchors came out and broke the piece that held the mats in place . This wasn't disclosed till I found out a day after the wash. I should go back and complain but I am not because they would deny any wrong doing. I was really happy with this place until today. I have a convertible that is professionally detailed and is in immaculate shape. Today I ran through the wash and once I got to where I was going I noticed marks and swirls all down the middle of my hood and trunk. I brought the car back only to be told by the assistant manager I brought the car to them like this and my "clear coat" went bad. He told me point blank this was my problem and they did nothing wrong. They offered to try to buff this out only after I became extremely angry. So now it will have to go to my detailer to be completely corrected. I definitely do not recommend this place. I've noticed recently bad reviews so I should have used my better judgement and stopped coming here. * manager tries to claim scratches were there prior to entering car wash... there were swirls/haze directly down middle of car. The car in front of me had them take their car back through the wash because their car was also still dirty. My car came out with scratches and dirt on the hood, but I had to leave for an appointment and couldn't wait around for another round through the car wash. Super frustrating. This was my first and my last time here. So disappointed with the quality of interior cleaning. $44 for what? A wipe down? My mats were wet but not clean, my center console wasn't even touched, spots and dust still around the shift gear. My car wasn't even that dirty. I keep it pretty tidy but with this pollen, I needed a full clean due to my allergies acting up. I expected a fresh feeling but left very sad that I wasted my money. Been here fairly often, but not since prices went up. I was surprised it wasn't busier, but perhaps price isn't the only thing that changed. The first guy lightly waved me in and gave the front bumper a cursory spray, all without leaving the comfort of his chair. Of course, that's the prep for bug removal, and when my car was finished it was behind two other cars whose owners were both complaining to the manager about the bugs that had not been cleaned off. The manager was insisting that they had done the best job they could, and offered no remedy. I actually worked in a car wash as a kid, and while my car turned out fine this time, I'm insulted by the laziness of the management and crew. This is possibly the worst car wash service I've been to. Each time I've been here I've had to request a second vacuum since they fail to do even a halfway decent job the first time around. The cleaners also took the cup holders out of our baby seat and threw them out (thanks). Additionally, I overhead a customer complaining to the staff that his laptop was missing from his car. If so it must of been a dust buster from the 1970's because there is lint and hair still all over my seats. I miss the days when flagship Hadn't bought out all the nova car washes and we had really good car wash places that actually took pride in the service. Now seems like a money grab to me. My car was done in 10 minutes. How could you possibly thoroughly clean a car in 10 minutes? This was my very first time ever going to a Flagship Carwash location. It will be the last. I cannot believe that I paid $44 for the worst car wash of my life. They even took it back a second time and it still looks terrible. I have multiple pictures and videos of what my car looked like after they finished the second time. I won't be returning to this location ever. The windshield is streaked all over. I can barely see when the sun hits it. The dashboard was not touched....at all. There is dust all over it, and some stains that could have been wiped. The guy told me it is because my dashboard is melting, which is true, but it is still able to be cleaned. They didn't even attempt it. Even if they couldn't, they still could have cleaned the dust off the vents, the clock, the radio, and the odometer panel. There is a flip door by the roof lights that has dirty towel debris all over it. The console that lifts up is gross. They left residue from their towel all over it and it is brown with dirt. The handles to the door and the trim are filthy. Were not wiped at all. The seats weren't wiped. Just random wet spots of spray. The Odor-X I requested wasn't used. There is still debris on the carpet near passenger door. They didn't wipe the car after it came out of dryer. There is still bird poop on the window that was there prior to my arrival. It is still there. Customer service told me there is a no refund policy, but I won't accept that. My next step is disputing the charge if they don't refund me. read more

They took 9 hours to do only the INSIDE of my car, after I specifically called and asked if it could be done within 4 hrs bc I had somewhere to be. When they gave the car back it was drenched on the inside. They said to keep the heat on for one hour to dry it... it took 4 hours before I had to turn my car off bc it was night. The floor mats had not been cleaned at all. They allegedly cleaned my trunk but they caused a ton of chaos in there, just put everything in there without laying the mat back down the way it was. They also broke my phone mount, then "lost" my ring and took all the coins. Literal crooks. I would NEVER go back again!!! Horrible experience & the worst company ever! read more

Came here after a road trip to the beach. The car was nasty both inside and out. Food all over the place and in small hard to reach places. Unlike other car washes this place washes the outside of your car first and then takes care of the inside. After the outside is washed, the car is put on a belt and moving through as different workers clean the inside of the car and wipe the outside. We were really impressed with the thorough job done on cleaning the car. It was in amazing shape after they had finished. The car wash was a bit pricey $40. But wow it was totally worth it for how clean they got it!!! read more

I hate that flagship bought every car wash in the area and doesn't provide good service. I called and they gave me a free deluxe wash for my trouble... thanks for the free wash(when I already have a monthly membership) but I don't have 45min to an hour! Annoying! Super disappointed after my most recent visit.. Paid for the top wash option - $40 flagship wash/exterior & interior.. The interior service is typically hit or miss/very inconsistent, but it's one of the only super washes in the area and I like the manager (Jay), so I keep going back hoping for a better result. Exterior wash was good.. Run through the automatic cycle, easy.. Job on the interior was more than lacking - looked as if they barely vacuumed (SUV back/trunk wasn't vacuumed AT ALL), excess cleaning solution was drying all over the seats, crevices we're still dirty, dust/debris everywhere. Upon arriving home, I ended up re-cleaning the interior myself. Frustrating for that kind of $$. read more

Just want to make a comment. When I first stated the service was outstanding. After a year of service I have noticed that the service have been going down. Vehicles are been returned to the customer dirty. Not clean enough. The qualities control is not to standard. The cost is a little high in relation to how much clean de vehicle is upon returned to the costumer. Recommend that management conduct a meeting with all employees working at the site and emphasize how important is to customers the quality control of the service provided to ensure that customers receive their vehicle up to the expectations. As a loyal Flagship customer, I was so elated to find this new location so close to home. Getting there was a little strange at first, as the location itself is a bit hidden. However, there are plenty of signs to tell you where to go. Upon pulling up to the "starting point," the staff went through the different washes and sold me on the $32 package which includes mat shampooing and rain-x finishing. It's a bit pricey but I heard others have gotten deals which cuts this price down. The exterior wash was easy to pull up to and the operator was friendly. It's loud, as expected. No rainbow soap, sorry kids. Once the exterior wash is done, we turn into the interior area where the operator takes over the car through the belt. The waiting area has massive high ceilings and plenty of seating, however not much else. Once your car is done, a staff member comes in and calls out your car. I highly suggest inspecting the car before driving off because if there's anything, they'll take care of it right then and there. I was very happy with the wash! Car looks brand new. I did notice some streaks on the interior window, probably from a dirty rag. Alas, it'll never be as perfect as detailing. For a quick, good wash, Flagship is the place to go to! read more
