I don't know what the hell was going on yesterday. Pulled into line around 6pm behind four cars waiting because the booth was totally unmanned. Even if we could order at the automated kiosk, apparently no one was even there to raise the gate. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to come out, but not before one driver moved the stanchions so he could drive away. Ymmv, but it usually bothers me that they hire a guy to read me through a completely automated process, reading me the choices, making my selections, and even swiping my card in the reader. I asked him if his sole job was to hold the hand of every mature adult with a college degree; he said that's what he's paid for. In effect, another living wage for doing nothing. I could tell the conveyor belt was faster than usual, and the results reflected it. My car was not completely dried, the inside glass was streaked, the outside glass was spotted, and in general a rather poor job. Seriously thought about going through the line again to make sure they did it right the second time, but my time is valuable and i had things to do. read more

I've been bringing my car to this location since it was a family-owned car wash, before Flagship took over. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. The manager, Alex, has been very rude and does not seem to value customer service or customer concerns. When issues are brought up, there appears to be little effort to address them. I strongly recommend that customers inspect their vehicles carefully after every wash. Take a few minutes to walk around your car and check for scratches, paint damage, or any other issues. If you notice anything, report it immediately and consider contacting Flagship's corporate office. In my experience, the brushes at this location do not appear to be maintained properly. Dirty brushes can trap debris and potentially cause scratches to a vehicle's paint. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the equipment would help improve the quality of the wash and protect customers' vehicles. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the service at this location. read more

Car is never clean, unlimited machine doesn't work so kid has to do it manually, and never fully staffed. Better ones around

My car came out of the wash dirty and wet! My car was the only car in line and there were 6 women standing around gossiping. I asked the manager to correct the situation. She then proceeded to wipe my car for a few seconds and asked me if I needed anything else while my car remained wet and dirty! This shift needs to fired! Get the old crew back in!! read more

I want to share my story. I usually just go through the flagship carwash and vacuum and wipe out myself. I decided to do the $44 wash/detail. What a waste of time and money. First of all this is 2nd time at this location where detail doesn't do anything much. So Im not letting it slide this time. First of all I have an Audi Q5. Basically mats are dirty, quick wipe and vacuum. None of it was done. They were done 1 car length before got to end where pick up. I went back through to vacuum myself again. Which was quick. Use the little sprayer before vacuuming get hairs from sides of car. These people are lazy, no class and it shows. The manager walked to me and had the audacity to say I dont come here enough and that is why not clean. I keep my armor all wipes in my door so I can do quick wipe after each carwash. Then called corporate and no refunds. I dont get it. Purr no customer service tactics. If you dont like your job find another one. Stop making excuses for pure laziness. read more

I so want this place to better. I have tried them on and off for years. Even had a monthly pass for a while. They just can't clean a car. The outside comes out okay but almost always there is something that hasn't been cleaned. The work they do on the inside is just awful. Are their vacuums on? Do they clean the towels they wipe down the interior with? Glass cleaner? What's that?! With all the poor reviews and the fact nothing seems to change, ownership just can't be worried. read more

Bad services , my daughter's car damaged and they didn't offer any kinds of help, it was Sunday afternoon and they were rushing cars inside

DO NOT bother. I swear the car looked dirtier after it came out than before it went in. Specifically the interior. Waste of time and money.

Flagship has let me down so many times I think this is it for me I need to find a new car wash that will do interior and exterior I pay $75 for the car wash and Tier Xterior these people didn't even touch the spray bottle to touch the seats to touch the console even my steering wheel I still see the same stuff on it when I took the car to them I have to go back and tell them hey come clean the car cuz the car is not clean They already came out a second time After the thing went through the inside where they didn't clean the car I am over this And this is not even enough to be detailed this is basic spray and white with tile when the guy seen the other side he started cleaning the driver's side even heat commented that they didn't do it this is just terrible don't do not go to Flagship I would not advise getting the membership because you will be wasting your money read more

I strongly encourage you to not come to this location. If you have a flagship membership you're way better off going to a different location like Leesburg or One Loudoun. Every single time I run my car through I have to send it back a second and sometimes a third time. read more

Am a member of the unlimited wash service and will be stopping the service because the last time I allowed them to clean inside the car, they scratched the 14 inch display with whatever towels/clothes they use. I didn't notice immediately (only a few minutes after I left) but I know they did it because I have not cleaned it myself. Very disappointing that now I get to see these for the rest of this car's life. If I could go to zero on the rating, I would. Also, they make the cancellation process difficult. Web site tells you to use options that do not exist. read more

I avoided coming to this location for a car wash for nearly two years because each time I've left disappointed. Today I needed my car washed so I thought I would give this place another chance. Big mistake. Still dirty exterior/interior. This place is a total rip off. You are better off taking your car through the touchless car wash at Sheetz off Loudoun County Parkway, and then vacuum and dust your car on your own. read more

The car wash does not clean your car very well. Not worth your time or money. The only reason i went through it, is it is the few in my area that offers under undercarriage wash. I went through it and something in the car wash cut my valve stem off, the cut was up near the tire. Flagship was more worried to find a way to claim it was not their fault. They claimed I had an after market valve stems so they will not cover any damages read more

This place is beyond awful. Half of the time they don't even vacuum and half of the time they cause some kind of damage. Not worth the risk at all. Horrible customer experience. read more

Overall, very good. The equipment seems to work as well as Flagship of Route 29 in Gainesville. However, at Gainesville, I feel they appreciate me a little more. The first time I went to South Riding and got an exterior wash, I turned left and went through the interior cleaning area. The guy seemed upset even though there were no directions posted. The second time, I turned the correct direction and got the exterior wiped down. However, they didn't apply the tire shine. I had to ask them to do it. Since I rolled my window down I now have streaks on the glass. read more

This flagship location did a very poor job. I paid for the full service, but the cleaning was sloppy and the place was still very dirty afterward. I would not recommend this to anyone. read more

We needed the car to be detailed in preparation for installing a car seat. Our wonderful furry family member - made sure that a simple vacuum from Royal Farms did not suffice. So I found myself researching places online and ultimately pulling into Flagship CarWash Center for inside and outside detailing. The process is super simple, you pull up to the booth and select from the menu options of what you would like. We did the highest one - I believe it was ultimate Flagship Car Wash. Then you pay and pull forward. We first drove thru a very colorful car wash that locked our wheel and guided us thru in neutral. There were employees thru out the car wash section ensuring the machines were hitting your car just right and spraying or adjusting as necessary. We then pulled out and went thru the turn around - where you exit your car and they put it on a conveyer belt. The manager notice we had no clue what we were doing, lol - and came out to direct us. He let us know we could watch the car go thru if we go inside the waiting area. So we did. It looked like a pit stop team going thru the car. Had to be 4-6 people with various vacuums, window cleaners, tire cleaner, etc - just going at the car as it carried on down the conveyer belt. When it was done - they take it around to either get vacuum a bit more or to return it to the owners. It was a wonderful experience! Normally we wash and detail the car ourselves at home. But this was such a nice luxury experience at an affordable and reasonable price - I will def add this to our quarterly budget to be able to just relax a few weekends out of the year. Thank you very much for the great friendly and professional service! read more

We went here for a car wash. The service was great! The price was competitive! The car looks amazing!

This Flagship is one of a family of Northern Virginia carwashes. While a bit smaller than Herndon, due to acquisition and rebranding of an old car wash, this has been updated and has the same great quality. All three of our vehicles are on one of the plans that allow for up to daily visits for personal vehicles but we go twice a month or every 3 weeks and the plan pays for itself once every 2-3 weeks. The car wash is also set up to be eco friendly and they will tell you about it if you ask the manager. However, they have a team that really enjoys cleaning your car and making sure you are happy with the service. They have a little tip box and my kids enjoy tipping the team for a job well done. read more

This is possibly the worst car wash service I've been. Poor services, vacuum wasn't done property.

My 2019 Subaru outback's passenger side rubber mat was forcibly pulled that the anchors came out and broke the piece that held the mats in place . This wasn't disclosed till I found out a day after the wash. I should go back and complain but I am not because they would deny any wrong doing. I would not suggest this place to my friends nor would I come back to this establishment read more

I was really happy with this place until today. I have a convertible that is professionally detailed and is in immaculate shape. Today I ran through the wash and once I got to where I was going I noticed marks and swirls all down the middle of my hood and trunk. I brought the car back only to be told by the assistant manager I brought the car to them like this and my "clear coat" went bad. He told me point blank this was my problem and they did nothing wrong. They offered to try to buff this out only after I became extremely angry. So now it will have to go to my detailer to be completely corrected. I definitely do not recommend this place. I've noticed recently bad reviews so I should have used my better judgement and stopped coming here. * manager tries to claim scratches were there prior to entering car wash... there were swirls/haze directly down middle of car. More upset on their treatment and basically being called a liar. I won't return! read more

Had a car part fall off during a car wash and despite the best effort of the manager there (Alex) to try and find it, it was to no avail. Alex apologized saying they should have taped it before entering the car wash. I filed a claim several weeks ago and called the management office several times but I have not heard back. I am going to have to file a small claims suit to get their attention and keep writing bad reviews. The part cost $400 and my family easily pays $600 to $700 per month there for a five car household. I hope it was worth us finding another car wash and going to court. read more

Old customer coming for 5 plus years, quality of washes have gone down so much in past few months, I always have to send the car back for a second time cleaning. There always something left, stains not cleaned up. Quite dissatisfied and disappointed. Paid for the inside and out car cleaning and see how the mats look, this is after sending it inside one more time. Officially ending this relationship good bye guys you don't deserve long term customers anymore just keep buying more branches and keep reducing the quality. read more

For $49, I'd expect my car to at least come out clean. Every single time I come here, I leave disappointed. The car in front of me had them take their car back through the wash because their car was also still dirty. I wish there were better options in our area. read more

This was my first and my last time here. So disappointed with the quality of interior cleaning. $44 for what? A wipe down? My mats were wet but not clean, my center console wasn't even touched, spots and dust still around the shift gear. My car wasn't even that dirty. I keep it pretty tidy but with this pollen, I needed a full clean due to my allergies acting up. I expected a fresh feeling but left very sad that I wasted my money. The only reason I gave 3 stars was cuz the outside was nice and the guy who checked me into the line was very pleasant. read more

I keep telling myself that you won't be satisfied with what you get for your money, but I didn't have time to do myself like I normally do. THE LAST TIME!!!! Avoid Flagship if you can. I have been to at least 6 locations in both VA and MD and the results are the same. SHIT car wash and interior cleaning. Paid $36 and you can't even get bird shit spot off car. At least 6 people touched the car today and didn't notice. Come on!!! Tried to get the guy who brought car around to me to do it, but just walked away. Go to a gas station. At least it's cheaper and you get better results. Oh and Flagship Corp. you can put all the bells and whistle's in your new car washes all you want, but the end product is still coming out like crap. You know the old saying about lipstick and pig. read more

Flagship Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. For roughly 40 bucks this is what you get. Half hearted wipe down of the interior dirt and mud still left in the vehicle. I think maybe they ran a vacuum? If so it must of been a dust buster from the 1970's because there is lint and hair still all over my seats. I miss the days when flagship Hadn't bought out all the nova car washes and we had really good car wash places that actually took pride in the service. Now seems like a money grab to me. My car was done in 10 minutes. How could you possibly thoroughly clean a car in 10 minutes? Also not sure if they removed my mats to spray them or left them in the vehicle but everything was soaking wet carpet and all. read more

They took 9 hours to do only the INSIDE of my car, after I specifically called and asked if it could be done within 4 hrs bc I had somewhere to be. When they gave the car back it was drenched on the inside. They said to keep the heat on for one hour to dry it... it took 4 hours before I had to turn my car off bc it was night. The floor mats had not been cleaned at all. They allegedly cleaned my trunk but they caused a ton of chaos in there, just put everything in there without laying the mat back down the way it was. They also broke my phone mount, then "lost" my ring and took all the coins. Literal crooks. I would NEVER go back again!!! Horrible experience & the worst company ever! read more

Came here after a road trip to the beach. The car was nasty both inside and out. Food all over the place and in small hard to reach places. Unlike other car washes this place washes the outside of your car first and then takes care of the inside. After the outside is washed, the car is put on a belt and moving through as different workers clean the inside of the car and wipe the outside. We were really impressed with the thorough job done on cleaning the car. It was in amazing shape after they had finished. The car wash was a bit pricey $40. But wow it was totally worth it for how clean they got it!!! read more
