I had my Range Rover washed here this morning and they did a great job like they always do. I've probably been here five times since last spring, and the wash here has always been excellent. Today there were 4 people doing the final wipe down and finishing touches for the wash. Since I've never been sure how many times I would need the car wash throughout the year, I've been paying as I go. They do have semi-anual and annual packages that have a better value, and perhaps I will consider that option for next year. read more

Disappointed. Usually I go to Flagship car wash, and do the regular machine carwash on the outside and an interior clean on the inside; I can't remember how much I usually pay but it isn't more ~$50. I came to Three Cees for the first time and spent double that amount for a hand wash and interior "therapy"; they initially charged me $90 but saw I had a mini SUV (4-5 small seats) and charged me $100 instead. Being closer to almost a "detailed" price, I expected it to be spotless and clean! Unfortunately, they forgot to vacuum some areas, such as my glove box (which I emptied), and the side pockets. Also, they didn't fully clean the trunk inseams, which I had specifically pointed out; they had mud in them. The windows were also slightly smudged. For a price of $100 you would expect it to smell, look and feel clean; this was not the case. I am very disappointed and will be returning back to flagship or somewhere else. I suggest for those who are trying to find a car wash, go to a much cheaper alternative, but perhaps upgrade there with the options they have to get a better car wash. When you spend $100, there are baseline expectations, here, they were not met here. read more

This is my first time rating car washing service. In short, for car-wash I think it's fair to rate either a 5-star, 3-star, or 1-star. 5 star means they did a passable or bang-up job (pun not intended). 3 star for maybe they made few errors, or they charged too much. 1-star if they just sucked, and it's time to revisit where to car wash. So I think the rating's fair. The photos speak for themselves I think. That PLUS -- I drive a Tesla! I bought it recently, so it pretty new. I was nervous to get car washing anywhere -- prior to Three Cees, I had ONLY EVER HAND-WASH !!! But it was winter, and there came snow in VA, twice at least (yay!), and even though I park inside usually, stuff gets on car. If not falling snow, it's snow blowing your way from the cargo bed of an idiot's moving pick-up truck in front of you, or dirt puddles on road you run over, so on. So i don't gotta the time to hand wash that -- it's a seasonal thing, wear and tear on exterior. So I need it washed and pronto! In short, I let the photos speak for me. For $18, I think they done an OK job. Pretty solid. One general tip, remember to turn on Car Wash mode if your car has it, and enable "free rolling" mode so tires move along. I would come here again if my car was much dirtier again (though I hope not!) Anyway, Three Cees is now my go-to auto-car wash service to ever use "in a pinch". read more

I divorced my last car wash bc they consistently did a mediocre job so I decided to give Three Cees a shot. I arrived around 11am on a sunny day and it wasn't crowded at all. The outside cashier was friendly and when I asked him if it was possible to have an employee drive my car through (I literally hate driving through those car washes) he said it was and gave me instructions. A gentleman assisted and allowed me to wait inside while he drove my car through :) Once the exterior wash was done they began to thoroughly clean the interior taking their time to ensure it was spotless. Upon the employees completing the interior the Manager / Owner then inspected the entire cleaning both inside and outside and he touched up any areas that he felt needed a quick wipe, dry or more vacuuming, I have never in my life seen an inspection like this happen to ensure quality service was provided, WOW! I was amazed by the quality of the Titanium package. It was a bit pricy, but it was absolutely worth it. They got out some sweat stains, removed all of the dog hair and honestly looks better than the day I got it. read more

When I asked for the floor to be vacuumed on driver's side front carpets between console & seat, was told I needed to bring car in for a detail. Paid $40 for the Premium wash. Another great service found via Yelp! Went here for a car wash as well as interior cleaning of the vehicle and found the price to be reasonable and the work to be thorough. They have a decent sized waiting area inside and out and easily accessible and clean restrooms while you wait. My wait wasn't all that long, but it also wasn't too busy. Based on their level of service you may want to call ahead of time for wait times, as it seems like a place that could be popular during weekends. There are also a couple of entrances to get to this place, so if traffic is bad in the area check out your map app on your phone for a possible alternate route in. read more

If you take a dirty car to the Three Cees car wash on Baron Cameron and Leesburg Pike, it may still be dirty when you leave. I had been going there almost exclusively for over twenty years, but they seem to have forgotten how to wash a car. My car had dust and pollen on it, took it through their wash, but large swaths of the dust and pollen remained on the roof and rear deck after exiting. Instead of sending it through again, they said "speak to the manager". Manager wanted to sell me a wax job, but when I showed him merely wiping my hand across the residual dust takes it off, he still insisted he wanted more money. Save your money, and take your car to a still functional car wash, somewhere else. If you want your car waxed, take it somewhere they at least know how to clean a car before you trust them with your car's finish. read more

To Diana K. business owner. My wife and I had an awful experience recently on May 20, 2025 at your Three Cees Quick Lube - Reston. We are longtime customers but NO MORE. Who comes in for an oil change and gets hit with $563 bill - the answer is no one - certainly not repeat customers. My wife went into 3 Cees for her usual oil change. Both of us bring our cars here all the time. Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil change runs approx $150 +/-. But this time the manager (Steve) did the change (BIG MISTAKE). Steve told my wife a transmission drain & fill was needed for add'l $150. But Steve never mentioned he was also replacing the rear differential & transfer case fluids, almost doubling the final bill to $563. SHOCKER! I spoke to Steve later, but Steve is a fast and loud talker, talking over my words, not listening to me, only hearing himself talk. Very rude. Steve just walked away from me while I was still talking to him. Cannot believe you employ a manager who lacks "people" skills. Steve also changed his story to me, saying the add'l fluids were discussed with my wife before he did the work. WRONG. Caught him in a lie. My wife called me after Steve proposed only transmission service for $150 and I gave her my OK knowing the bill s/b about $300. Ultimately, Steve was keeping the $200+tax he charged for unrequested, unapproved add'l fluid changes and not offering any commensurate adjustments to future oil changes for the $200 gouging he gave us. I told Steve to enjoy the extra $200 he fleeced from us as he would never see any of $$thousands of future business at 3 Cees by this family. There's plenty of competition for this service from more ethical, up-front and transparent providers. read more

I paid $40 for the platinum package, exterior and exterior clean, and waited 45 minutes for a $10 job at best. 60% of my car wasn't even touched. They didn't have enough staff members to take on the volume they continued to accept and had 3 people checking on the cars every few minutes. Because people kept leaving the cars and not communicating what had been cleaned, a lot was missed. There was zero communication from the staff and a very unfriendly vibe. Everyone around me waiting for their car was frustrated. I've been coming here for a decade and this will most definitely be my last time. read more

I have lived in the neighborhood behind this car wash for 26 years and have been coming here since they opened. The service and quality has had ups and downs depending on how busy they are. Nevertheless, I believe in contributing to local small businesses. Today this sentiment changed and I'm done once and for all. After the wash completed I still had spots all over the car from bird poop and dead bugs. I asked the Asian-American gentleman (the manager?) to come and look and he said I had paint damage on my car!!! Some of the spots were on the front light!!! Paint damage? Twice I brought the company car for cleaning. Last year for a detailed service and a regular car wash recently. It took about 2 hrs for interior detailing, I did some work on my laptop while waiting so time wasn't an issue at all. I needed to get the car thoroughly cleaned and I was beyond satisfied with the result. The recent car wash was about 20 minutes even though there was quite a few cars being worked on. The guys here does an excellent job cleaning your car than the average car wash place. The older gentleman that was vacuuming the inside also found a missing credit card and left in my cup holder. This is a review that I could not wait to write. Those who have been here will co-sign without hesitation. Be prepared to be here for an hour or more. This is by far the longest I have ever waited for a carwash. If all you want is outside only wash, this is a ok place for you. If you are getting the interior done, you are screwed. After you get your car washed, they will have you pull over to the side or at the gas station next door. Then your car will air dry until they get to it. I still have the water spots because my car sat untouched for 35 mins. Also be aware this was not a weekend. This was a Monday around 1pm. Once they got to the car, it took an additional 30 mins. The reason why they did not get 1 star is because the interior was done good and they do a great job with your trunk. If this place could have done it all within 25-30 mins. They will get 5 stars. I do have a major problem with spending 30 bucks and have water spots on my car. read more

So I'm amending my original review. Anyone in the car care business, please step your game up. Because Three Cees can get my money all day long! I stopped by yesterday after traveling and needed a good wash/interior wipe down. I was pleasantly greeted again by the same professional gentleman - Roe (hope I spelled that correctly). Not only did he remember me, but had read my review and made sure everything was taken care of. He had the team double check for the smallest detail! It was another awesome experience! I know that every time can't be perfect, but real quality and service is when you see where there is improvement and you follow through to make it better. I love this place and will be back soon for the recommended wax. If you're looking for a place to take care or you and your car, make this your spot!! ----- I visited this location on Friday to get a much needed car wash. The prices are a little higher than some other places, but the end product is much better (usually). You know... you get what you pay for. During this visit, I was greeted very professionally and requested a premium wash. While I was waiting, I was encouraged to get a wax and sealant package to prevent paint damage. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and provided several details on why this would be beneficial. I went ahead with the service and surprisingly didn't have to wait very long. When I saw my car I was shocked! It looked like I had just bought it. There was a shine that I hadn't seen in years. And the interior was just as clean. The only disappointing factor (and why I had to give four stars and not five) was that my wheels were still dirty. When I got home, I noticed that there was still mud on my tires and 3/4 wheel wells were dirty. Normally I would say it was an honest oversight but someone put tire shine on so they must have seen how dirty the tires were. I'm going to chalk it up to someone off their game for that day. The customer service and the rest of the car were enough for me to come back. I'll just have to inspect it more carefully before I pull off. read more

I was in the area and was looking to get a car wash and came across Three Cees, and I must say so glad to have gotten my BMW X7 washed here. Everything about this place was impressive. The people, the customer service, the cleanliness, and the quality control was insane. The people and staff were friendly and inviting. The customer service was above and beyond detailing and wiping down everything both on the interior and exterior. The place was immaculate inside and they even had a nice lounge area with new furniture in the seating area. They even had massage chairs!! Lastly, quality control was the most impressive. After the car went thru the wash, the staff wiped everything down leaving no water marks or smudges on the exterior. The interior was vacuumed super clean and dust free. After it was done, another staff member came by to QA the work. And after the QA staff was done, the owner (Steve) even came by to QA the work. You can tell Three Cees really take pride in their work, and as a customer I'm beyond impressed. I've been to many car washes but never had an experience like this before. I have used Three Cees for several years. They are quick, do a good job and the prices are reasonable.

I went for the first time today for a hand wash and interior detail. The hand wash was very basic, but quite fast, for the price I think it was adequate and much better than harsh touchless or brush washes, I will definitely return for this between annual full details elsewhere. The interior folks did a nice job on my mats and door jams, but I probably wouldn't do it again, it mostly felt like a wipe down that I can do myself. All the employees were super kind and respectful, and were very patient directing me around in the lot which was sort of confusing to me being there for the first time. Good value for a quick wash, I've seen other reviews mentioning they are expensive, but try to find a cheaper hand wash within 30 miles I dare you. read more

I'm actually a little glad that (evil) Exxon's automated car wash wasn't operating this morning. The folks over at Three Cees totally took care of me. Even in the sub-zero* temperatures! Why didn't I come here more often? I'm sure that if I had, being in my car would have been an even -more- pleasing experience. Only $30 for both deluxe car wash -and- a basic interior detailing? Maybe it's because I don't have much in the way of car maintenance know-how, but that sounds like a deal to me. Comfy cushy seats to watch TV, gaze through the windows at the teams of detailers working, or in my particular case, frenetically jam away on my Blackberry. The staff have been proficient and polite in my experience, and the entire detailing process only ran about fifteen minutes. And made a serious impact on the cleanliness of my wheels. I snagged a spiffed up ride just in time for... a blizzard. And for the wrecker to pick up my car to be shipped home. Awesome. *In Celsius, that is. read more

$30+ for a full service car wash. Great service takes awhile and it took about 60 minutes this past Saturday to get the Honda Fit washed, vacuumed and polished. The car was spotless when done. The place was really busy on this sunny afternoon but the staff worked diligently and I never saw anyone just standing around idle. They worked. I have read some of the reviews for this place with gripe about how long it took. My suggestion is that if time is an issue, use the crappy car wash behind the Exxon station on Whiele Ave. You'll be out in a jiffy...but your car will still be dirty. read more
