They taped town my back windshield wiper and I waited my turn. After the wash, my car was FRESH AS NEW! No scratches, no damage, nothing wrong. Squeaky clean! And after the wash, they hand dried the entire vehicle! Free vacuums with great suction power after. It was great value for the money! I won't be returning to this car wash. I paid $46 for the Gold package plus additional charges for tire shine and spray wax. While they vacuumed and cleaned the windows, my husband politely asked (in Spanish) that they pay close attention to the back window, which had visible dog nose streaks. The attendant assured him they'd take care of it. While they worked, I went inside to pay. The price gave me a bit of sticker shock, but I figured it must be worth it--so I was excited to see the results. Unfortunately, the car was far from clean. As soon as I opened the driver-side door, I saw leaves still on the floor, streaks still on the back window, and dried drink droplets on the center console. I thought maybe they weren't finished--but then I was told I was "all done" and asked to get in. Why didn't I complain? Because I shouldn't have to complain to receive the service I already paid for. That alone was a clear sign not to come back. To make matters worse, the drying process was chaotic. Only two people were attempting to dry every vehicle using the same two soaked rags. My car was still wet in multiple areas. And while I had paid extra for tire shine, I noticed every car around me was getting it, regardless of what they paid for. I asked another customer what he was charged--he said no more than the basic Gold package. So, essentially, I paid for extras that others appeared to be getting without the added cost. This was my first time going to this car wash, I have 4 young kids and my car gets a bet messy , so my brother paid for my car wash and gave me the receipt to go there and get my car deep clean, he paid 75.00 $ and they just clean inside my car and didn't wash out side of the car, they were asking for more money to let my car run in side that car wash the have. Tried to go to the Splash N Dash on Irongate this morning. Their automatic machine ripped the tail light completely off my truck. 15 years of car washes with this truck and have never had this problem before. When I tried to talk to the employees they just shrugged and said they didn't speak English, and the person working at the front tried to claim "Oh, that could have happened anywhere", despite that I have security video from 10 minutes earlier showing the taillight in perfect condition. It snapped the plastic and is going to cost me around $100 for parts to fix this. Very frustrated! read more

My wife and I took her car to Splash and Dash for the Basic Service last week. They taped down the rear wiper on her Honda CR-V. Even the basic service still gets a little pre-treatment to your wheels and tires. The automatic wash itself seems to do ok. What the machine did not get the ladies at the end wiped off while drying. The best part about the wash is they now provide free vacuums with the purchase of any wash. It is super easy, especially for two people to quickly vacuum out the car because they have a vacuum on each side. In the middle of winter I shut off our outside spigots, so for $10 to get most of the salt and dirt off your car and then quickly vacuum the inside, it seems like a good deal. We will continue to use them until it is warm enough to turn our hose bibs back on. read more

I love how the staff members pay attention to details. After driving thru and paying for the selected service,the attendant immediately took out the antenna and placed a plastic bag over rear wiper blades. I opted for the "employee special" which is $39 includes a wash via the wash tunnel then hand dry and detailing. What they didn't do was to clean the rubber mats which was odd cause they did everything else. This didn't make any sense. I asked one of the attendant and she said that cleaning the mats is an added service. oh well, a little hiccup but I would rate this place better than most car wash places I have been to. My first Infiniti G37 sports coup, bright silver, always looked new when I got it washed here, my current G37 convertible the same. My wife's black Honda Pilot, always looks good after a visit to splash n dash as well. Today was the first time I had them do the $45 wash and interior detailing. Worth every penny! They did a great job, even on the speaker grills with the black shoe scuffs. They shampooed the car mats, washed and treated the leather seats which look absolutely great! I have a light tan interior so it shows everything and they took care of it as if it were their car. If you're like me and you park on the outer reaches of the parking lot to void the door dings; and you use touch up paint if you get a rock chip; and you sweat every brush of anything up against your car, but you want your car clean & shiny and don't have the time to hand wash it yourself.... this place is for you. read more

My first time to this establishment. I'm not sure what to expect. Came at 12:30om on a Sunday. There were probably 6-7 cars ahead of me. Gone through cashier and machine car wash at 1pm. Started waiting in line for interior detailing which cost $60 for oversized interior. (I have a RAV-4) There's one car in front of me also waiting for interior detailing. Please note that the $60 is only for interior. I also paid $20 for exterior premium wax package. (Simuniz hot wax) I asked Glenda (the cashier) how long does it take and she looked at the line and said 40mins to an hour. It's 1:12pm and the car in front of me finally moved up. Note also that there's only 3 people who's working on the interior detailing. After 15mins, it's my turn to move up and get interior detail cleaning started. So far, service is good, and friendly staff. Oh good thing they have a small waiting room in this cold weather. It's 3:45pm and it's done! Also while waiting, I got to talking with one of the customers and found out that they do a good job on the $29.99 as well. Maybe on my next visit I will get review their $29 service. read more

I chose this business based on reviews here. I am a long time loyal Embassy coupon customer since I moved to Manassas in 1993. I've never had a problem at Embassy, my only issues are the hours and location. It's not always convenient for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the service here. I chose the Total Shine w/Aftercare for $27. I like that they will vacuum your trunk for a few dollars extra. Something to keep in mind after hauling the Christmas tree home in December. Based on reviews here, I made sure to ask questions on where I was supposed to go after I was through the tunnel. Depending on what other service you are getting will determine which way you go. As others have stated, there are no signs so unless you ask. There was a yellow stick in my windshield, which tells the attendants what services I have. When I came out of the tunnel, I was sent to the right and immediately stopped to get dried off and then they sent me all the way down to park by the yellow cones near the entrance to the tunnel. There was only one car ahead of me so there was not much of a wait for a Saturday afternoon at 1pm in October. Two staff members really took their time and did a thorough job with the inside, a lot more than I was expecting for an additional $7. I have rubber mats, so they took those out and washed them with the power washer and dried them on the rocks before putting them back in the car. I had a great experience and this will definitely be my go-to car wash from now on. I felt it was worth the additional cost over what I normally pay for the time and attention they took with my car. read more

Wow how have I not done a review for my go to car wash? With a name like splash and dash I was hesitant that I would get a decent car wash from this place but after seeing their work this is my go to spot, and it's super close. I'm not sure how effective the different levels are and I usually get the "extreme" level which is one below the top but only $15. The key to getting your car looking good is to throw in the after car care for $7 bring you to $22. This last time I went was a nice Saturday and they were really busy. So like I said I'm not sure if they change the settings for every car when it's super busy but I'm super happy with the results, hence 5 stars. If you don't wanna drop the $7 they have a number of vacuum cleaners that I haven't used yet but I'm willing to bet you'll need quarters for so you can do your own after car care. Lastly the detailing service. When I considered doing this, again with a name like splash and dash, I thought either they're gonna be super expensive or they'll be cheap but not that great. Well neither is true, very reasonable price and wow what a great job. The employees at this car wash really do amazing work and I highly recommend them, so weather you're looking for a quick car wash or you have the time to have your car looking great this is an amazing place to get it done read more

First time I went I did a detail service that included waxing. It did look great for a few days and then the first time it rained, they'd used so much wax that it bled all over the black car trim and stained it with white. Literally all around the car. I ended up having to buy a special plastic restorer from car guys to get it to look normal again - and this was on a car only 60 days old. I went back maybe 6 months later for just a normal exterior wash, paying extra for the tires. When done, the rims still had dirt all over them and the step boards were coated in dirt that had run down and settled there, and the entire back door was still dirty like it hadn't even been touched. Paid to get my car washed and waxed for $58. Tipped beforehand since the people there were so nice - shouldn't have. They somehow chipped the paint on my car. This just happened and I've left them a voicemail. No official website or email, so the other only way to contact them is through their Facebook page, which has not posted anything since 2017. Will hopefully update this review soon. Update: visited them the next day. Thankfully, it turns out they had cameras installed and showed that the paint was already chipped when I got there. So to be honest I was not expecting to give this place 5 stars. I'm accustomed to getting a car wash/vacuum and wishing I saved my money as I drive away. Splash and Dash however left me feeling as if I was driving a new car as I left the wash. I decided to get the interior detail service. It came with a wash but I upgraded the wash so it ended up being $53. They had a few cars in front of me so I dropped it off and they called me as soon as it was done. The car was spotless! I have a dog who sheds ALOT and her white hair gets embedded on the seats. They seriously got ALL of the dog hair out of my seats! The interior looks, smells, and feels like a brand new car. Every penny was well spent on the service! My husband got the basic wash and interior vacuum for $27. We were so impressed with the staff and the job they did, even with the most basic service. Yes, the job wasn't as detailed and thorough as my car, but they did an excellent job. They even took the rubber floor mats out and washed them for us!
