They taped town my back windshield wiper and I waited my turn. After the wash, my car was FRESH AS NEW! No scratches, no damage, nothing wrong. Squeaky clean! And after the wash, they hand dried the entire vehicle! Free vacuums with great suction power after. It was great value for the money! I removed my floor mats and left them at home to (hopefully) get a deeper vacuum. That was a waste of time. Had I not put some Meguiar's pre-wash treatment on it, I'm sure it would have looked even worse. Dust on the dash, fingerprints on the mirror, missed dirt and dust everywhere. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I call the number and they confirm the an employee signed me up for a membership at my last visit. I NEVER WAS ASKED OR WOULD AGREE TO A MEMBERSHIP at Flagship. They told me also that my account was activated, I was charged, and then the account was deactivated, basically they turned it on just so they could charge me, got the money, and deactivated it. Shady business. Do not go here. And guess what- this also happened to my husband a few months back at a different Flagship. Awful franchise.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location…read more First, I want to say the cashier was very nice, helpful, and informative. I truly have no complaints about him. However, the car wash itself was very disappointing. I rarely take my vehicle to car washes and decided to give this location a try because of the great reviews. At first glance the car looked clean, but when I looked closer later on, there was still dirt and debris left on my side mirrors, rear window, hood, and front windshield. Unfortunately, I also discovered that my car was scratched during the wash and paint was removed in three different spots. One of the scratches is deep enough that my nail actually catches in it. These scratches were not present on my vehicle prior to coming here. It's extremely frustrating to have paid for a wash that didn't properly clean my car and to now be dealing with damage that may require repairs out of my own pocket. I have taken photos documenting the damage and I am hoping management or corporate from Tommy's Express will reach out to me before I move forward with getting repair estimates.

I kept asking her in different ways to get her to state that plainly, since I suspected there was a catch due to her quick double speak. but she stuck to her script of jargon/sales phrasing. She did get impatient with me and devolved to "that's why I'm training to tell you". So don't get the works unless you want recurring charges. Also, I have a Subaru Crosstrek (a smaller relatively short SUV crossover). I guess they need to adjust the timing of the conveyor belt because the wash elements almost ripped my front license plate completely off. So I doubt I'll return. But yeah, my car seems clean I guess. And the entire process seems efficient.
