However, the car wash itself was very disappointing. I rarely take my vehicle to car washes and decided to give this location a try because of the great reviews. At first glance the car looked clean, but when I looked closer later on, there was still dirt and debris left on my side mirrors, rear window, hood, and front windshield. Unfortunately, I also discovered that my car was scratched during the wash and paint was removed in three different spots. One of the scratches is deep enough that my nail actually catches in it. These scratches were not present on my vehicle prior to coming here. It's extremely frustrating to have paid for a wash that didn't properly clean my car and to now be dealing with damage that may require repairs out of my own pocket.
