My biggest complaint with this car wash is the location and the layout. They're in this back corner lot so it's not easy to get to. Second it's not set up for large crowds. They have a 50% off for Election Day when you bring the sticker, awesome! Love it, but there's literally no where for the line to go, you get stuck in the full service line which I'm more than patient and don't mind but they didn't pick a good location and they didn't do a good job with the layout Service was good there was an employee at the register to help with the purchase and apply the discount so that was great, typical machine car wash so if you have a sensitive car like any other car wash it might not be the best option if you need a touch free wash. Also this flagship is different from others I've been to as they have the tire track instead of the flat conveyor belt so if you have the low rider this would be a no go for you. Also height restricted to 7'6 so if you have a lifted vehicle or a large vehicle again not available for you. Sadly the 50% off is what brought me here and the 36$ price for the full service wash (and 44$ for the ultimate full service) is out of my budget, I really hope they do the Election Day discount cuz I'll come back for that read more

I requested a one time Exterior Wash for $15.99 on May 1st, 2024 and was billed $34.99 on may 1st and have been being billed $34.99 per month since. I expect a refund to my card of $123.97. Be prepared for the hard sales push into their subscriptions. This is probably true at all of them as it's a big money maker. I find it extremely annoying and when I rejected it, the guy sent me to the exterior only line in spite when I paid for the ultimate. Very annoying. The exterior wash I will say turns out good most of the time, but $44 for a car wash is way too expensive. $14 for exterior is just fine. I have better things to spend money on. read more

Each month I have to email their office to get my bill correct. I should get $5 off each car on my account as they are on the same credit card per Flagships policy. Sometimes I get one discount sometimes no discount. I'll send the email to their office and never get a reply. I tried their chat service but they say they cannot help and I have to email from their website. Eventually the credit usually shows up after some time. Annoying and unprofessional. I have been to other flagships and they are OK. This one in Gainesville, convinced to purchase the unlimited package on March 3 and I've only been once. Today I tried to go and they told me that I have to remove my trailer hitch. I have no key and it would have to be welded off. They made me turn around and I couldn't use the car wash. That should've been something they told me when they convinced me to get the ultimate unlimited service a couple of weeks ago. They told me to try another flagship. read more

I've tried a lot of car washes, and good car washes these days are hard to find. I came here with a commercial (work) van, that was pretty dirty inside and out from hauling jobsite materials that week. A lot of car washes find every excuse in the book not to do an "express interior" clean + wash, for larger vehicles. But this place didn't hesitate, and they did an excellent job. The lady at the front was peppy and welcoming. The gentleman helping with the actual Carwash entrance was super patient. I have a new car and I couldn't figure out how to put it into neutral without it doing an automatic hold. He helped me to figure it out patiently. They vacuum the inside, clean windows inside & outside and wipe down the interior and dashboard then wipe the car from outside and completely dry it then put the tire shine!! Excellent service! Add hot wax to your wash for $10 or $7 if you're unlimited wash member. There is also detailing services interior , exterior or both for $90 each and a discount for the unlimited wash members! Shop for your car needs like windshield wipers blades ,air refreshners or buy an ice cream or soda from their cooler. I've been going to the Flagship in Gainesville with the clock tower since they opened which has been several years now. They've always done an excellent job at cleaning both the inside and outside of all my vehicles, 2 cars and a pickup. I'm also an unlimited subscriber. When I found the Herndon location which was close to my job I was happy to try them and was not disappointed. One time I even ran into the owner there and told him how pleased I've been using Flagship and that I lived in Gainesville and use both locations. When my work moved me to McLean and I found their Vienna location I was happy to try them and again, was not disappointed. I noticed they have acquired the former Top Shine car wash in Gainesville on Rt 29 so I tried them today. This location did not live up to my Flagship experiences. The drive-thru washing experience was as expected and acceptable. My problem is the drying, vacuuming, and tire shine portion of the wash. Definitely not what I'm accustomed to from Flagship. There was water left both on the car body, bumper, and on the interior door area of the body of the car. The dash wasn't wiped down very well and the back window was smeared. Definitely not the wash experience in accustomed to from Flagship. I can only attribute the different experience to the employees at this location. There seems to be mostly teenagers working here. Perhaps they need to spend some time at the other locations and be trained on the Flagship product. I may try this location again and hope for a better experience next time. Especially since I learned today the original Gainesville location with the clock tower will soon only perform outside washes and not full service. Hope you get it together soon Flagship. read more

I decided to try this place since I was disappointed in Whitehorse Carwash in Warrenton. Drove in, I was greeted very nicely, chose my option( great price) and added the wax. Drove my car into the automated wash tunnel and as I came out I saw that there were at least 5 stations with assigned employees. I was impressed. They took my car and begin to dry her off and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Flagship, and I myself will be returning. read more

3.5 stars For the price, it's not too bad. The car wash actually does a decent job on the exterior. Along with the employees spot cleaning it afterwards, my car looked pretty good. When doing the interior, the employees end up with a build up of cars. So I understand that they have to move fast. But there were a couple things that they did not even attempt. My biggest complaint was that when cleaning the windshield (inside), they did not do a thorough job (or the bare minimum). I had purposefully taken off my dash cam so they could clean the ring it left. I didn't notice at first because it was behind my rear view mirror, but the ring was still there and very prominent. I thought about getting the membership, but after this last time, it may not be worth it. Will return and try again though. read more

Top Shine used to do a much better job. Pricing is still OK, but it's half assed at best. Very little attention to detail, they will just spray cleaner inside of the vehicle on surfaces and not wipe it down so you have puddles of things and spray that has not been wiped down all over the place. If I'm in a pinch, it's fine, but if I have the time to do it myself, it's not worth the money, even with my employer reimbursing me for a car wash a month. read more

This is a convenient location for me so I use this car wash frequently. Today I made a big Christmas shopping trip and brought home a fresh pine garland and evergreen wreath so the trunk was full of needles and sticky with sap - Flagship to the rescue! One of my favorite things about this particular flagship location is they never have huge lines and long waits so I can get in and out quickly. Even though it was the weekend today was no exception. I got in and out and the car was spotless in a little less than 15 minutes. When I ordered the #1 wash I asked about cleaning the trunk and was told just show them what needs cleaning we'll take care of it. They were as good as their word. There was not a needle left or a single spot of sticky sap that I could find. Thank you Flagship! If you want your car spotless fast, Flagship is the way to go! I got my car washed here on Monday August 1st. I was very un happy with the "cleaning" done in my car. Still dirt on mats, coffee spills still in cup holder and the jams of the car were not wiped down. The previous owners did way better and my car was being washed for less then 10 minutes. And when the car came out no one came and got me. I walked out and tried to speak to someone about the mess still in my car and no one was around to help me. read more

They do an ok job on cleaning but do not completely remove water especially from the back of the vehicle. They could do a better job of keeping the area clean as well. I've been going to Flagship Carwash regularly for about 4 years. In 2014, I bought a brand new 2014 Ford F-150 truck. I noticed that every time I went through the "Exterior Wash" lane that the door jambs (the painted area visible when you open the doors) would be awash in soapy water. I never said or attempted to do anything about - but I made a mental note about the issue and resolved to eventually do something about it. You end up with dried soap residue on the painted area of the door jambs. So today I went to Flagship, got in line for the exterior wash, and before I paid, I asked the attendant about how to deal with the issue. She told me when the truck came out of the wash, to request they wipe the soapy water out before leaving - and that they would do this. So I made the request. The guys working at the other end refused. So I went back around and spoke with the young lady who told me they would do this. She called someone. A few minutes later - someone who I assume is a manager at Flagship - came out. I explained the situation and showed her what the insides of the doors look like. Her response was to tell me that I paid for an Exterior wash and if that I wanted the soapy water introduced into the insides of my doors wiped away, I needed to pay them for a full interior/exterior package. So let me get this straight Flagship - your "EXTERIOR" wash introduces your soapy water into an interior area and you won't do anything about it? The manager person advised she would pass my feedback along. And they did nothing about the issue at hand. Thanks a lot Flagship. Crappy policy and customer service. Not sure why $100 gift card isn't good for $100 in services or 4 months of the $23.99 unlimited washes. When talking to the manager today she said was it a white guy or black guy that told you that. Not sure, it was over a month ago. I do know that the employee that got you said this was a common problem and the employees outside did tell customers that the gift card could be used. I'm sure your company doesn't care, but I'll use my gift card on other services and then will go somewhere else. My twice a month washes for my 5 vehicles won't be seeing your car wash once the gift card is used. $100 gift card should = $100 in services of my choice. read more

This has to be the worst car wash ever. The few times I've went there is always something. The either half was the vehicle or throw stuff away that is not trash or steal something. My wife had a non-disposable mask they threw away. I had a Wal-Mart bag in the door that had something I was going to return and they threw it away. And my chrome wheels looks terrible. The photo attached is after they cleaned the wheel. This is the second time they have looked like trash. The first time I had them redo it and it still took two extra tries for them to understand the wheels were not cleaned. This last time I didn't feel like going to through the hassle. I'm done with them. For the price they cost they should at least know how to get grease off the tires. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience at Flagship. I went today for a car wash and interior detailing. I paid $114 for the flagship package and a seat shampoo. After an hour and 15 minute wait they brought me out because it was ready but my dashboards were still filthy, my trunk was not vacuumed even though they said they would remove my items to clean it (I offered to move the stuff myself). I spoke to one of the guys who I think was working on it by himself and he gladly redid it and sent it back through the detailing line but the majority of the problems were still there. I tried really hard not to be a karen but I didn't need to pay $114 for this, I could've cleaned the interior myself and save the money. But I guess in the end I am still cleaning it myself, just down $114. I think there's too much pressure on quantity instead of quality and that's what needs to change. :( The one star is for the boy who tried to help in the end, he deserves better. read more
