I have a membership with this car wash, and they always do a fantastic job, so when I decided I needed to get my car detailed, I knew I wanted to come here. I got both the exterior and interior cleaned, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out! Shawn did an amazing job on my interior and really took his time to make sure everything looked clean and refreshed. Shoutout to Shawn and all the other workers as well, everyone did a great job and was very friendly. Definitely appreciate the service and will continue coming back! read more

Been coming here for years now. Still pretty decent quality car wash, but they do not do a good job of following through with their complimentary manual tire shine. The last 4 times or so that I have been here over a year and a half I asked for a manual tire shine, but all 4 times they failed to deliver on their end. It is a service that they offer as part of the ultimate wash if requested. It's not like I went when it was peak busy hours. I usually go on weekdays around 11 am when it is not busy. No one seems to go above and beyond. I find the value in going and getting a car wash here has decreased and may find business elsewhere if lackluster service continues. read more

After having multiple bad experiences at a place that rhymes with Rag Ship, I decided to give this place a try. Prices are reasonable, staff were friendly and I don't mind wiping down and vacuuming the inside of my car myself , so I know it's done right! Really appreciated how well they wiped down my car after the wash. I'd definitely consider trying their detail service sometime. read more

We got a coupon for a basic wash. The machine did a great job. They prespray and hand dry as the blower is going. The car wash itself has soft cloth scrubbers and roller brushes. read more

The wash is fantastic and the staff is so kind. Tony makes the place feel like a small town business that knows their customer.

Shawn and the crew do a great job. Friendly and easy going, and my car always gets clean with my monthly pass. Thanks!

This is my favorite car wash, I like to come here, because they have excellent customer service. The boys working so hard all the time, very friendly environment, and specially rates are so resonable. I highly recommend this place.! read more

I absolutely love this car wash! For some reason, they tend to have the lowest prices and they do the best job all around! I wish they offered vacuum service, other than self serve, but other than that, bravo, was fair! Bravo! read more

Been going here for years. Best car wash in town. Tony always takes good care of me!!!

Not good- got an ultimate wash- dirt still everywhere- then got the inside detailed- tired and rims had soo many missed spots- they never rolled the windows down when they cleaned the windows- so that top section of windows where still dirty- then they said they would run the vehicle back in the wash due to the vehicular not being cleaned nor dried properly- (it never went back threw the wash- I waited across the parking lot and watched the whole time) when it was ready I walked back an they said they ran it back three the wash- I told him your a liar and that was your tip- no tip for the lie then no tip for the low quality work- and plus I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for poor quality- read more

This was my first time at this car wash, and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. Right from the start, the customer service was on point. Brian, the cashier, greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly energy that instantly made me feel like a valued customer. He recommended the Elite Wash, and I'm so glad I listened it was hands down the best car wash I've ever had. My car came out looking brand new, with every detail looking flawless. Shoutout to Brian for going above and beyond. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. You can tell he takes pride in his work this man needs a raise! I'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place, especially if Brian's behind the counter! read more

From owner Steve, to manager Shawn, and including the delightful lady at the order booth, everyone helped me decide how to clean the interior of an old SUV that was used over the weekend to haul a rather dingy cargo. They offer a la carte services and once we agteed on the menu, I came back three hours later for an appointment Pricing was fair, the result remarkable, and the interior spotless upon completion of the work. Being my first customership experience there, I was pleasantly surprised to the upside. Recommended with enthusiasm! read more

Service was excellent! Our car went thru the tundra of Western Pa. Car looks great, would definitely recommend them .

Edwin and his crew did an amazing job detailing and cleaning my car making it look brand new !!

For the price of $65, you get your whole vehicle squeaky clean. There's a lot of car washes in my area, but none are as good as this one. I make the drive once every 4 months or so, and every time I'm satisfied with the work. The people there are also very friendly and informative. If you're new to getting your car washed, I would recommend this place 100%! read more

Super fast car wash, you are done in less than 5 minutes for the basic! I was surprised, it actually cleaned our car and they did a great job. They have 2 people towel off the car to finish and you can pull over and dry more of your car with rags that they have. Basic wash is $9 and you can upgrade two more levels super is $14 and elite is $19. They have additional services that you can add on. If you need a vacuum, it is $1. You'll need quarters, but you can get that from the booth where you pay. read more

I came here after getting my son Troy's haircut. My car needed an interior cleaning. It was a complete mess. I was a little in a hurry...it was a holiday weekend, and i had just traveled back from Tidewater, VA ...so Bessie was very dusty and dirty inside. The service was excellent. Five to six young men tackled the mess. Within 35 to 40 minutes, I was done. Great Customer Service also. I'll "detail" the crew and give before and after pictures next visit. (I'm sorry, I had to, lol) read more

I wish I had a before picture of what my car was like when I brought it in. My husband and I have been gone for weeks and the car is been parked under a tree so it didn't look great. The boys did a great job scrubbing it down before running it through the machine and making sure that we were happy with the results. We come here often because our Subaru dealership works works with them and we are very impressed. I had four guys cleaning my car today and could not be happier with the results. read more

For the price of the car wash and to have an actual person drying your car it is great. And if you join there monthly email club you get $2.00 dollars off a month on one car wash. Above the base wash and better. Have been taking my cars regularly. I highly recommend this car wash. read more

One of the only reasonably priced car washes. All the Flagg Car Washes are a complete ripoff.

This will be a sad review sorry to say, but Wash Fair is not a car wash for Black people. From the white owner to the latin workers I have received nothing but bad service from top to bottom at this car wash and had tried to smooth over if any miss understandings to no avail. My pre-paid membership was wrongfully terminated and the entire situation was extremely messy to recount. Really, Really BAD! read more

My first visit today to Wash Fair Car Wash. This is the first time I stayed in my car while my car went through a wash, interesting watching from the interior of my car. I got the $11 exterior wash for this visit. Very efficient operation, I saw 5 employees: the cashier, two who work on your car before you go through the wash, and two who meet you at the other end of the wash to towel dry your car. After I got home I checked out my car, it was beautiful. They did a very good job in a short amount of time, so I now have a new car wash. I had gone to another car wash near my house for many years but new ownership, increased prices (I started cleaning my car's interior myself as a result), fewer choices, and after a while an increase in bad reviews had me looking for another business. Checked out reviews for a number of businesses and so glad I found Wash Fair. Prices are outstanding, they do quality work, so will try an additional service on my next visit. read more

I came here a few weeks ago after not having my car washed all year due to being at home most of the time because of the pandemic. I also moved away from my go to car wash in Herndon so I had to find a new one closer to Alexandria. I saw reviews for this car wash pop up on Yelp so I decided to check it out. For car washes, I always see a lot of 3-star reviews. Never have I seen a 4 or a five but here is the deal. Any car wash that is your typical drive up, pay, and roll through the wash, has potential to do damage to your car. If it doesn't do damage to your car, then you can't expect every inch of your car to be perfectly clean. Unless you pay for a premium detail, don't expect the wash or attendants to do a great job with your car. They often have a line building up behind them so they have to keep it moving. Especially when the weather is nice or after a snowstorm. With that being said, I took the reviews here with a grain of salt. Sure enough, I drove here, got the top premium wash for about $18 (I think), went through the car wash and left. I like how I didn't need to get out of my car. It was a quick process and I was satisfied for the clean I got for the price. They do use brushes for this car wash so beware if you are driving a newer car, especially a darker colored one. I would recommend washing it yourself or getting it professionally detailed if you can afford the time and money to do so. For this service though, my car is about 7 years old and has a few dings on it, so I wasn't too concerned about minor scratches. I just wanted a clean car. I would go here before I went to any gas station car wash. Those are often terrible. Especially the touchless ones. Those don't really clean well if you have months of built up dirt. Go check this place out if you need a quick wash for a decent price. The staff seemed friendly too. Oh, one ding that I did notice is that the other car wash in herndon that I went to would always check your antenna before you entered the wash. If it could screw off like mine, they would always ask to take it off and just toss it back in the window. Not a big deal, but a nice touch. Maybe something that could help make the experience better for some folk. read more

The wash left my car a little dirty still, and with micro scratches in the paint. Don't recommend going here if you have bright/shiny paint.

I was looking for a place that could do a complete interior detail and a friend suggested Wash Fair to me on Tuesday. I went straight to their website and saw the description of the detail and it was exactly what I wanted so I called to set up an appointment. Nobody answered the phone despite multiple attempts on Wed, Thu and Fri. The website very clearly states they do interior details on Wed and Sat, starting at 8am on a first come, first serve basis. So, living 30 min away in Reston, I rearranged my entire schedule and got up super early on a Saturday to get here for service. At 8a, after arriving at the cashier stand at 730a to make sure I was first in line, the guy who works here opens the window and after finding out that I want interior detail, he tells me that the detail service is not opening until 10a because of the weather. (It is bright and sunny and 35 degrees currently so rain is not an issue). I asked him how I was supposed to know that since nobody ever answers the phone and it isn't posted on the website and the guys shrugs his shoulders and says "I don't know." So then I ask him if I can schedule a 10a appointment since they did not communicate this delayed opening for cold weather in February (who would ever expect that to be an issue...) and he said no, that I had to wait around for two hours because it was still first come first serve. I was fully expecting to begin a relationship with this location after my friend's recommendation. but forget that. If this is how you communicate with and treat your customers, it truly is a wonder that you stay in business. read more

I don't trust automated car washes like this on my own vehicles, but I had a loaner Tesla Model X that was in desperate need of a bath, so I came through. I splurged and ordered their top tier wash, which to my surprise, did an *excellent* job. The attendants were very friendly and gave the front and back bumpers an extra blast with the pressure washer to get the bugs off. I still don't trust this type of automated wash long-term for paint longevity, as it has a tendency to cause paint swirls over time. That said, Wash Fair is top notch if this type of car wash appeals to you. read more

I was originally referred here by Grandma yearrrs ago I've been here over 20 times and have always had a great experience. The car wash options are reasonable with price, and I like that you can still self vacuum your car for $1 per 5-min ish. I can usually vacuum my SUV in 1-2 times. Staff is friendly and always smiling. I like the different options for the car wash and they have a team that does a quick dry at the end by hand. If you look up their website there is also a club you can sign up for for free and get coupons monthly to save a couple $$ read more
