I recently had my 5 series BMW detailed by Shahs. Wali was one of the brothers who serviced my car. He was adaptable to my schedule and the weather, as heavy rains kept delaying the work. I've had my Beemer for two years; this was the first time I ever cleaned the interior. It was way overdue, and I was way impressed with the results. The exterior cleaned up well, too. What's even more important and helpful is that they sent me photographs and videos of every step, clearly explaining what they were doing and proving that they actually did it. I made the mistake of going with another company instead and they ended up canceling on me at the last minute (and further argued with me that it was my fault). When I went back to DMV Detailing, they did their best to squeeze me in at the last minute but it didn't work out. I rescheduled and they showed up on time for the appointment. Plus, they did a quick and excellent job. The team is a couple of young guys who is clearly working hard to build up a business, and I'm more than happy to support. I ordered the Diamond Detail bc my CR-V was in desperate need of a full interior detail and wash. They left my car looking like new. There wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. They vacuumed up broken glass from an accident I had and they got rid of every single pet hair from my car. They responded quickly and provided updates on their ETA.
