What's even more important and helpful is that they sent me photographs and videos of every step, clearly explaining what they were doing and proving that they actually did it. I made the mistake of going with another company instead and they ended up canceling on me at the last minute (and further argued with me that it was my fault). When I went back to DMV Detailing, they did their best to squeeze me in at the last minute but it didn't work out. I rescheduled and they showed up on time for the appointment. Plus, they did a quick and excellent job. The team is a couple of young guys who is clearly working hard to build up a business, and I'm more than happy to support.
