The two-person team did a fantastic job at getting my car clean! They arrived within their 1-hour window and finished in under 3 hours. I thought the price was fair compared to other companies that I looked at with similar services. I tipped the team both directly via Venmo. After filling out their online inquiry form, I was contacted within a few hours and was able to coordinate via text, to include a reschedule due to rain. The crew at ClubExec demonstrated something rare and genuinely valuable, and they deserve recognition for it. I had a fuel spill in my truck the same day a storm rolled through. With a hectic work schedule, I was stuck driving around with the windows down just to tolerate the smell. Fortunately, I found these guys. I initially set an appointment but was called into work and had to cancel. James was completely understanding. What really stood out came next. I explained that I couldn't make their standard appointment times because I don't finish work until later in the afternoon. Instead of shutting it down, James worked with me and told me to reach out once I was off so we could figure something out. That level of flexibility and professionalism is what earns repeat business. They took care of the issue, and now I can drive around in 18° weather with the windows up. Took my new car into the shop to get a ceramic cover and it came out amazing. Huge kudos and thanks to Edwin and Jonathan/James for making me feel comfortable with everything after having some issues at another shop for another service. Was in dire need of getting the tint on the my 2009 Civic fixed ahead of state inspections. The service I requested was a remove and replacement on the backlite. The guys here were able to completely strip off a 14 year old tint job, quite literally leaving no crumbs. They took special care with the install making sure the 3rd brake light was peeping out clearly (for state inspections). Under 3hrs from drop-off to pickup. Pulled quotes from about 4 or 5 other shops in the area, and this one had the most competitive pricing for this project Friendly, professional, and all around most pleasant to work with. Set up a mobile detail service with them but what a headache. This company has horrible communication and will waste your time hoping you'll take a $20 discount for inconvenience. Management called me 2.5 hrs after my scheduled time to let me know the tech was on their way only to then call me 30 min later and say they needed to reschedule. They then came out to perform the service on the newly scheduled date but then management called to say they needed to reschedule the exterior cleaning due to the tech having to go to school. Save your time and money. Management clearly doesn't understand logistics and time management. Sending a single tech to fully detail a SUV in 2 hours doesn't seem realistic unless corners are cut. Have yet to receive a call from management about rescheduling or reimbursement. read more

I've used ClubExec Auto for a while, and while the service started off great, but it has steadily declined. Recently, I've noticed major misses, like large dirt spots on the exterior, incomplete wheel cleaning, and no attention to the tonneau cover. The cleaning crews also often seem unaware of what service I've booked, which is frustrating. The tipping system is also problematic. Workers have told me they don't receive tips through the company's system, so it's best to tip them directly. After one poor cleaning, I emailed and provided feedback. They initially offered, unsolicited, to clean the car again but later changed their mind, offering only a $50 refund on a $350 service. The entire process felt unprofessional. In summary, the service is inconsistent, and dealing with customer support is frustrating. Be very clear with the cleaning crews, and tip directly to ensure workers are compensated. read more

I should be giving them zero stars. Somehow this company got a hold of my personal email address even though I had never been a customer of theirs. I reached out to their customer service and asked them to unsubscribe me from the DAILY emails that I was getting, and they told me they couldn't. That I would need to hit the unsubscribe button at the end of the email. See picture how they cleverly disguise the "unsubscribe" link. If you're saying to yourself there's nothing there, it's there you just can't see it. So if you're like me go to the bottom of the email and float over it with your mouse. You'll see it eventually. I wouldn't do business with any company that's trying to pull one over on their customers. This is pure spam. read more

ClubExec Auto was recommended to me from a friend who had glowing reviews. I'm not sure what happened with my team. I have a big van (12 passenger) and I got the ultimate detailing package. I was told when it was scheduled that the job would take 3-4 hours. They were barely there for 2. I have no problem with quick work if it's done well. However, when they told me they were done and asked me to look at it I was pointing out missed spots. My carpet and seats were wet but looked basically the same. Overall I felt like they were just phoning it in. Ready to get their weekend started. The more I look over the work the more dirt I find in corners. Next time I'll just pay my own kid they'd be thrilled with the extra money and could do the same quality of work. read more

Terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning for Tuesday and paid. Anavel then reached out and said that they double booked and it would have to be Thursday at 1. I made arrangements and agreed. She then called me the day before and said it would be 1-3 because they again had a scheduling issue. Then at 3 the day of the cleaning said it would be 3:50. She then called at 3:40 and said the crew "hit traffic" and has been advised to go back to the shop. I waited all afternoon. Terrible customer service. Do not use. read more
