Unfortunately, to my dismay, when I went to the shop, Like New was closed. I figured I would need to use one of the "provider" shops, or worse yet... trust a shop with few reviews (and few workers), to do a big job on my Infinity 2013 Infiniti M56 Sport. After I resigned to one of my less ideal options, I learned that Like New was not gone. They just moved closer to me, and into a much larger location. And sooo much easier to get in and out of (that was my only issue with them... That difficult parking situation on Broad Street). Once again, my car looks brand new, with real OEM parts, and lights and equipment recalibrated, etc. Their painting is second to none (to me, that's so much of the costumer experience. Quality paint/painters makes the difference. If it matters to you, which is the important question here... IF IT MATTERS TO YOU... Don't waste your time or your money on a lesser paint, or on a lesser shop. Or one that might not necessarily have your interests first in their minds (think about it). Not a lot of services seem to live up to my hopes, or even expectations these days. Like New has. Twice now. Thanks!

I read a bunch on the interwebs about how this was a bad idea, it was gonna screw up my low voltage battery system, the battery management system was gonna freak out. All sorts of horrific things were likely to happen. But Tim's had enough recent experience with EVs to know with the 12V batteries (not the Lithium Ion 16V or higher in some news EVs) - it was likely to work just fine. He whipped up a quote based on experience, and gave me the peace of mind to say, "Hey if it doesn't work - we'll customize according to some of the specs you're seeing online". Great! So I dropped it off a few months ago, the install went swimmingly and as planned, and I've had it thumping the hell outta my car ever since with not a single complain from the car's battery management system. I'm currently seeking legal help to get my money back including damages costing over $6k due to the fact he voided the recall on my car. Kept all the text messages from him trying to tell me I owe more, then admitting he was wrong and that he would pay me back in installments.

Then the liner inside the wheel was not properly secured, so my wheel was grinding when I went over bumps or turned too far left.
