Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines, etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !

I first went to Twenty Wraps after my husband found them in Winter 2025. I decided to move forward…read morewith wrapping my 2023 Tesla Model Y. I'd had the car for a while and she'd been through a few things, so I thought a wrap would give her a fresh new life. I already had clear PPF installed on the front from another shop shortly after purchasing the vehicle, and when Twenty Wraps ran a special, it felt like the perfect opportunity. I chose a beautiful golden-flecked white wrap that still looked close to the original white paint at first glance; which was exactly what I wanted because I love white cars. I worked with Alex throughout the process. He communicated well, helped me set everything up, and the turnaround time was excellent: about 2 days plus a few hours on day 3. He also explained proper wrap care, and I added windshield tint while the car was there. Overall, my first experience was very positive. Unfortunately, my second experience was very different. In March someone hit my parked vehicle and caused significant damage to the driver side and front bumper. Repairs required portions of the front bumper, quarter panel, and both passenger doors to be rewrapped. I contacted Twenty Wraps for a quote because I initially trusted them based on my first experience. I stopped by in person to discuss everything, received an updated quote, and reminded the employee to send me a digital copy for insurance purposes. I paid the full balance upfront; not just the deposit - so materials could be ordered and my appointment secured. Originally, I was scheduled to drop the car off on a Monday, but late Sunday evening I was informed the material shipment had been delayed. I adjusted my schedule and dropped the vehicle off the following day instead. I was told the turnaround time would be one day. However, my car appeared to sit untouched the entire Tuesday. I knew this from both my Tesla Sentry Mode notifications and the fact that I live literally down the street from the shop and could see the vehicle still sitting outside that evening. By Wednesday, I still hadn't heard anything, so I reached out to ask about pickup timing because I had appointments scheduled that day after already rearranging plans due to the material delay. I was told the car would be ready by 1 PM. When I arrived, they were still actively working on it in the back, so I waited. Because I needed to leave for another appointment, I didn't have much time to inspect the work thoroughly before driving off and honestly, I trusted them based on my previous experience. Later that day, I noticed the front bumper appeared noticeably more matte than glossy and did not match the rest of the wrap. I reached out via text asking why the finish looked different, but I never received a response. I followed up again a few days later...still no response. I eventually called, and the person who answered said they would review the messages and call me back. I never received a callback. I'm genuinely disappointed with how this was handled. The second install feels rushed compared to the original work, and the difference in quality is noticeable when comparing the old wrap to the newly wrapped panels. More disappointing than the issue itself was the complete lack of communication and follow-up regarding my concerns. My first experience gave me confidence in recommending this shop, but after this second experience, I honestly can't recommend them to my car-loving friends or family. Professionalism and customer service matter just as much as the work itself, especially when customers are paying premium prices and placing trust in your business.

All that water got in my car and my seat and car floor were absolutely drenched. There was also a nasty smell. I sent a message to multiple business on yelp and Ahmed from Top Shelf was one of the first to reply and even gave me an estimate. He also let me know that the smell is most likely mold forming and he wasn't going to charge for the drying part of the process. He was only going to charge for the shampoo and biohazard part. It was originally going to be a 24 hour process but there was much more water than expected so it took longer than I would've liked. But the job was done properly and that's what's important and Ahmed kept his estimate price the same when he charged me. If you are looking for a detailing place, I highly encourage you to reach out to Top Shelf Detailing.

Since then, his work has held up admirably and has contributed to the safety and security of me and my family as we've driven throughout South America and the Balkans. Overseas, window tinting is an easy way to help ensure the bad guys can't see inside your car at stoplights at intersections, identifying you and your vehicle--"phoning" you in as a potential carjacking target to their buddies waiting at the next stoplight. For this, I am deeply grateful for Jacques' quality of work and close attention to detail. Just today, he completed another tinting job on another one of my cars as I prepare to head out overseas again. He knocked it outta the park. Thanks Jacques!!
