I had to get the tinting on the windows on my car removed to pass MD state inspection. Called that morning and Jose was great. We scheduled for that afternoon and he was ready when I got there. Pricing was $50 less than what my mechanic said his guy could do and the work was done quickly. There are a few chairs to wait in and a 7-11 and some fast food options nearby but just be prepared that there's no other place to go to kill time within walking distance. The lady at the front was very pleasant and explained all the options. I am not a car savant, but I do know that 3M tints are among the industry's leaders. That is the main brand they carry. After showing me the options with test pieces on my car I was able to design and price out my look. The prices was well within my $250-$300 budget. Only problem was that when my factory tint was considered with the shade I wanted it would have made my tints darker than the legal limit. Since I am not a scofflaw, I decided against tints. However, I did see CET's work on one of my good Yelp friend's car and it was high quality with no bubbles or unnecessary cuts. Came to Cutting Edge Tint because of extreme photosensitivity and chronic migraines. Customer service at this place is dreamworthy, for example they placed swatches of a few different %tints on the windshield and side doors so that I could do plenty of day- and nighttime driving BEFORE making my decision. They also accurately told me when my car would be ready. They gave me a ton of options and importantly did NOT pressure me in any way. Customer service, unbothered by my questions, educated me on how the different tint types are used to reduce heat as well as light. And no surprises on the final cost either. It's been over a month and the window tint quality/application is still the same. Best decision I have made for my car in an effort to take back driving. I would get my windows (for any car) tinted again at Cutting Edge Tint. PLEASE NOTE-- Search for "Maryland Window Tint Laws" to know the "legal" limit for tinting of windshield vs all other doors, as well as sedan vs SUV. If you require tint beyond the "legal" limit, go and get a doctor's certification to keep in your glove in case you are stopped and asked for justification for that much window tint. Naturally occurring bright lights and glare are unavoidable, but please turn off your high beams (while leaving regular beams on) when unneeded. Repeated exposure to bright light can lead to a full migraine - on the road. Even if you don't have a medical condition like me, high beams on the road reduce visual contrast, making it difficult to see pedestrians and signs. read more

I called twice and probably asked silly questions and he didn't get annoyed. (Sometimes this happens with car shops). The woman helping me was the best.
