No problem. The guys working there seemed chill and even welcomed my corny dad jokes. Nice. Total for all windows including windscreen was change under $850.00. NOTE: A Medical doctor's order, and registration with law enforcement is needed for legally using darker tints. Don't be caught without it.

Afterwards, I contacted Hot Tint in May 2022. They responded to me that day and told me to stop by the shop. I made an appointment for later that week. When I arrived, I asked them to install the unit and a backup camera. I can't recall how much time it took but it was done in a reasonable amount of time and I'm happy with their service. I called a few other shops around this time. A couple had other projects and couldn't get to me for a few months. A couple of others didn't want to touch the van because of its age, manufactured in 1989. Hot Tint was straight-forward. They said let them see what I have and they'll let me know if they could use what I had or needed something else. I appreciate that approach. I did have a couple of problems but they were responsive. While driving home, my radio rebooted twice. The cable came loose so they told me to return to the shop so that they could fix it. The second is my clock resets to 12:00 every time the vehicle is restarted. They told me to bring it by so that they can fix it but I haven't. I'm rarely on the screen to see the time and just had other priorities. I mention these items to show that they were responsive and willing to troubleshoot the problem. I rate them high also because there are many mechanics and technicians who can work on a classic vehicle but refuse to do so. There are a handful like Hot Tint that jumps right in and do the job. I'm finally ready to add an amp and subwoofer so I will be contacting them again soon.

This sort of forecasting and punctuality is rare in any business but Matt obviously has it down to a science. Tint quality is excellent. I waited a week to write this review just to wait and see how the tint dried. My car is not brand new so it had some potentially problematic debris buildup and oxidation on the window seals, but Matt put extra time and elbow grease into it to set me up for the best tint application possible. The end product is impeccable. I have not found any bubbles or imperfections. I have had tints done two times previously over the years and this is by far the best tint job I've seen on one of my cars.

Also I'd have had them completely replace the door handles instead of wrap them. The wrap on door handles tends to degrade over time. They're fine now but I'm seeing the signs of wear and expect I'll have to replace the handles at some point. Kunza was probably the best priced compared to competitors and he did a really great job with my truck. The tint was amazing, and all of the paint details transformed my truck into what I always wanted.

Instead, I wasted hours waiting around, had to eat cold food because of their poor time management. The problem isn't just the delay; it's the lack of consideration for the customer's time.
