The repair part seemed to go well. From what I can tell, the new window looks like it was installed correctly. When Carlos announced he was finished, I gently reminded him that there was still glass in the car. He cleaned up some of it, at which point I started pointing out the areas that he had missed, both in and out of the car. He did a sloppy job inside the car, even in places where there was nothing "in the way". He cleaned a bit outside the car, then said that he was not responsible for cleaning outside the car. Mind you this was not glass from the crime itself (I moved the car to a new spot when he arrived, so he knew this, too), but from his sloppy work and failure to clean up after himself. He then refused to clean any further and demanded payment. I said I would pay him when he was finished cleaning up the broken glass. He again refused to finish cleaning up the glass and also refused to allow me to use his vacuum. He proceeded to call the police. The police agreed he should at least clean up the glass that had not fallen between the cracks in the brick, as that could be a safety and liability issue (after building management pointed out that I would be legally liable for anyone getting a flat tire). They also persuaded him to clean up more of the glass inside my vehicle, until he claimed that doing so wasn't possible due to COVID (which seemed like just another excuse, as most people would wear gloves if concerned). The police then persuaded him to allow me to vacuum up more of the glass. I wish I had thought to take photos, but suffice it to say, some of the remaining chunks of glass were so big they wouldn't fit through the hose attachment. Once I was nearly finished cleaning up the glass, I agreed to pay him (per police request). He charged me more than both the electronic quote and the paper invoice, claiming an additional tax or fee - which I later saw was not just misleading, but more than the grand total on the paper invoice that had spaces for taxes and such. Before I was finished vacuuming, the officers asked me to move my vehicle again because the car next to mine was a bit too close when I opened the door to vacuum. When I did, Carlos took his vacuum and drove off. So I ended up having to do most of the vacuuming myself, wasting a lot of time speaking with Carlos and the police, and getting charged more than the invoice - see photos.

My car needed a special windshield and they ordered it and installed within 24 hours. Exceptional customer service. He even saw my windshield wipers were broken and replaced them NO CHARGE. We noticed the van was leaking and water was coming in after the very next rainstorm. I called and tried to give them an opportunity to make it right. My father-in-law, who owns the van, took it into the shop and he got into an argument with Armin when he said the windshield wasn't replaced there and they refused to fix the leak. After producting sending them a copy of the invoice, they made an excuse that the vehicle's alignment was off and that the pinchweld was rusted. Well, if that was the case then why didn't they say something about that when they did the replacement and took my money? After the experience with my father-in-law, I tried multiple times trying to schedule an appointment for them to fix. They kept telling me the van had alignment and rust problems but they would take a look at it. However, after making several attempts at setting up appointments, Armin rescheduled three times. This is after I already took off work and made plans to bring the van in. Then he accuses me of threatening him for writing a negative review. I didn't threaten him. I just told him I planned to write a review. I'm done with this place. Save your money. Don't go here!

TOTAL RIP-OFF! I was rear-ended while waiting at the…read morestoplight with my tesla model y. The only damage was on a small portion of the liftgate. They took over three weeks for the repair. We asked for a shorter time since it was my daughter's spring break. At first they said it was ok but then they changed their mind. They insisted on a minimum of three weeks. I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.
