Had a really good experience with these guys. Great on the phone, accommodating. Professional in the shop. Comfortable waiting room. Entertaining TV. Good price. Did more than expected inside of the car including cleaning a bit. read more

Great customer service. Linda was great to work with to get a quote and schedule the service. They have great pricing for their windshield replacement service. The technicians did a great job installing the windshield. The only issue I had was my car seats, center console, and dashboard had a lot of dirt/grease from the installation. Had they cleaned it up, the review would have been five stars. read more

Excellent service. Called them on a Saturday morning for a windshield replacement and recalibration. Not only were they able to see me that day, but they finished the work a couple hours earlier than was estimated. Front desk staff were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. read more

Super easy and professional experience. Called and they had me in and out in the same day. Shopped around and they easily had the best prices. Doesn't look like the fanciest place on earth but easily the best read more

Although I did not get my repair done, the technician was very honest about the risk of a total crack while trying to fill a chip that was fairly deep. He gave me my options and helped me to make a decision, and I did not feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn't need. read more

Professional Auto Glass was very quick and fast with replacing my windshield. Took them exactly 50mins, less than 1hr that everyone said it would take. I appreciate that the staff were very friendly and they even were able to mount my ez-pass and remote start sensor back onto the windshield. Reasonable prices as well and I love that they offer a lifetime warranty for the windshield. I would definitely refer them and go back if needed. Quick & fast service. Thank you! read more

I had taken my car here once before and the service this time like the last time was excellent. My vehicle was taken into the Bay Area at the time I was scheduled. Only had to wait for the glass to set after it was installed. Was told it would take up to 1 and 1/2 hours. And it was exactly what they told me when I scheduled the appointment. If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars I would. Great service start to finish. read more

I had the windshield replaced on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Price was good. Appointment was fast and they came to my work so i didn't have to take off. Installers were on time, in good moods (important attribute), fast and professional. i will defiantly call them again. read more

Like many Kias in DC my car was broken into. Because of this, many places no longer have windows to replace them, but not only did they have the window, they quoted me at one of the better prices. Dropped off around 10 and maybe 2 hours later, it was done. Great quality and professional business. read more

Highly recommend this business! Months ago a rock hit my windshield from a passing truck. I heard it and when I looked I didn't really see any damage. It was that small. Well then at least. As time went on, it became visible. It was still a tiny chip but I feared it would eventually become a crack and I would need to replace the entire windshield and that would be costly. I know that's possible because that very thing happened to my friend. Ignoring it wasn't going to make it go away. So since I have some down time during this quarantine I figured this was something that I can easily get taken care of so. Initially I did an online quote from Safelite and wasn't feeling it. Why not check Yelp?! Duh!! Initially inquired with Safelite and wasn't feeling that quote. Sure they can come out to me, but not worth it. I checjed with some nearby locations and this business stood out for it's prompt response, great quote and high ratings. I called right away and set up an appointment for the same day. Due to covid they informed me that their waiting area is closed. That was fine since I knew it won't take long. I was literally in and out of there within 20 minutes. The employee who helped me, I think his name was Mike, was great and assured me that the chip wouldn't necessarily go away, but at least it won't continue to spread and become a bigger problem later on. Thank you! read more

This is my go-to spot for any window replacements. This establishment is welcoming, friendly, and convenient. Someone broke into my car overnight and by 9:45 am that morning my window was replaced and was not super expensive. Additionally, they offer a mobile service for a small fee. read more

They do not do complete work My car was broken into and the window was smashed. Professional auto glass were available and on the list for my insurance company. They replaced the window the next day. The window they did a good job. Ans left all the broken glass on the seat, inside the door, and on the floor. I had to wait again until they cleaned that up and they were not plesant about it. read more

I wish I could give this place a million stars! Got a crack on my windshield on Sunday, called same day and they were able to fit me in and get me out in about 45 min. The staff here are so friendly and they did a wonderful job on the windshield replacement. Their prices are also the best in this area! Thank you again for everything! read more

The receptionist at this location has obviously never worked in a customer service. Completely rude and uninviting to someone paying 200 dollars for a piece of glass that wasn't even broken to begin with. She will be the reason no recommends this place return for repeat business. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!! Within 4 days of installing a new windshield driving on the highway the rubber seal just comes loose and flies off!!! read more

They were courteous, fast, and efficient. I will definitely come back here again if I have window issues. Great value!

Very good customer service and I highly recommend! The woman that answered the phone was very polite and offered a quick quote. I needed my glass replaced on Christmas eve and they were able to fit me in before closing early for the day. Once there her and the other woman up front were very hospitable, offering to share some food/soda they had for staff for the holidays. This was very generous of her to even offer to share. The work was done in a timely manner. I was in and out in 50 minutes!! Work has a lifetime guarantee too! They cleaned up the broken glass on the inside very well. Very pleased with their service and reasonable pricing. If I ever have another incident, I would definitely come back here again. read more

I had quick friendly efficient attention and service from when I walked in til I left with a new windshield! Satellite yanked me around! read more

The staff here was incredibly welcoming and did a great job installing a new windshield for me. They also made sure to move all of my stickers on my windshield and did a nice cleanup of the interior of my car before it was returned to me. They returned my car to me in much better condition than what it was when I showed up, which I feel like is rare for businesses in this industry. Almost all of my friends recommended safelite for repairing my windshield. I'm happy I did some more research on my own and came here. The price was almost half of safelites estimate and Professional Auto Glass offered the same coverage safelite did on the work read more

Same day service. Nice people. Great Mexican food across the street (see Alamo Yelp review). I don't advocate drinking and driving, but if I were you, I'd have some ships and salsa with a margarita at the Alamo. Have one for me, too. My wife has forbidden me from going there due to an excessive number of epic adventures. Anyway, whatever. Point is, Alamo has great margaritas. Also, Professional Auto Glass did a great job, has a forever warranty on workmanship, and came in a lot (over $100) cheaper than SafeLite. The chairs in the waiting area are really comfy, too. They got me in right away, finished in exactly one hour. That's just about the right amount of time to crush a pitcher of margaritas. If your wife will let you go to the Alamo, get your glass done at Professional Auto Glass. read more

For a great price, and A + customer service, I was in and out within an hour on a Friday afternoon. Of course I was a bit skeptical because of the location, but with all preconceived notions placed aside, my 2016 Honda Civic received stellar service from these guys. Best in the business. read more

A nice young man in DC helped himself to some items in my car by way of smashing the driver's window with a brick. After learning that my insurance covered none of it, I got a quote at over $400 from my local shop. Yikes. I then called Professional Auto Glass, and they beat the estimate by 50%! The work was done quickly and professionally, and the representative I talked to was very helpful and up front about the price. A great experience in all ways. read more

Highly recommend! My car's door glass was smashed during a break-in yesterday. I requested quotes from a number of shops between yesterday afternoon and this morning. Professional Auto Glass came in $50-$80 less than anywhere else AND I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. They were prompt, professional, and really demonstrated that they cared about the quality of the work. Amazing service all around! read more

I chose to try Professional Auto Glass on a Sunday morning after finding that my car had been broken into on the previous night. The customer service there is great and they quote quickly. Everyone is nice, my window was replaced in about an hour. The best part about this place is that they are opened on Sundays! It was a rainy day and they saved the day simply by being opened. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices are OUT.RAGEOUS. What actually drew me to this place the most is all of the reviews I saw saying that they only paid in the $100's for their window on newer modeled cars.. I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu LT, and I was literally quoted and charged $320 for a passenger side window.. Also, my speaker on the door now has a loud rattle . My car has always been in excellent shape, I'm very specific about my car maintenance and making sure it doesn't make any bucket sounds. Bottom line is, this place is super convenient but just check everything before you leave. read more

After having Safelite come to my car and assess my window breakage only to tell me that it was "special job" because it was a Volvo and that it needed an appointment in shop, I wasn't sure what to do! Having just moved to the DC area, I was a little lost. I decided to look elsewhere but needed a place that processed Geico claims. Ben, the gentleman that answers the phone for Professional Auto Glass was very helpful! He assured me that it wasn't a "special job" and that his technicians could come to me. Sure enough, they came the next day and were finished in 45 minutes. They were helpful on the phone, took my Geico insurance and were so speedy! It seems like they did a great job on the work! I definitely recommend. read more

I have never experienced such dishonest service from an establishment before encountering Professional Auto Glass. My rear window glass was shattered after a driver threw a glass bottle at me out of road rage. My father ordered a new glass and asked Professional Auto Glass to install it into my car. Their job was lousy and completely unacceptable as the glass was installed crooked and my trunk door was misaligned. The worst part was that they dented the molding on my car (probably as they were improperly trying to pry off the rear windshield wiper) and refused to take responsibility or accountability. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened as I write this post and I hope that no one encounters the same problem. read more

In sept 2021 i experienced poor service from this company. My front windshield was put in and the top linen strip came off on 495 express way, return back to get it fix properly and now my windshield strip is wavy and crooked. Should i return a third time? Went to a festival in DC and my car was vandalized, front passenger window shattered on a Saturday night. I desperately called around to find an auto glass business open on a Sunday.
