As time went on, it became visible. It was still a tiny chip but I feared it would eventually become a crack and I would need to replace the entire windshield and that would be costly. I have never experienced such dishonest service from an establishment before encountering Professional Auto Glass. My rear window glass was shattered after a driver threw a glass bottle at me out of road rage. My father ordered a new glass and asked Professional Auto Glass to install it into my car. Their job was lousy and completely unacceptable as the glass was installed crooked and my trunk door was misaligned. The worst part was that they dented the molding on my car (probably as they were improperly trying to pry off the rear windshield wiper) and refused to take responsibility or accountability. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened as I write this post and I hope that no one encounters the same problem. read more

In sept 2021 i experienced poor service from this company. My front windshield was put in and the top linen strip came off on 495 express way, return back to get it fix properly and now my windshield strip is wavy and crooked. Should i return a third time?
