I was recommended to this place by a good friend of mine as they are the Wholeseller of all Automative glasses in Maryland. I called them this morning to replace my driver side glass as I drive a expensive german car I was not expecting them to have it in their warehouse.... They told me they have the glass and they can come to my house to install it or I can drive to the warehouse and they get it installed quickly. Oh man..... They installation was very quickly like 45 minutes and the service was prompt and extremely friendly I met the Owner Mr, Mahmoud and his son Ehsan and even the mom in the office. It was very pleasure to meet them there and very nice all Family owned business. They are such great people. They charged me very reasonably. I prob saved like $100 since they are direct and no middle man up-charging you! This place is highly recommended to anyone to get the precise glass job done with super friendly family owned owners. I hope you never get broken auto glass and never need to come here but if you ever need a car glass or windsheild installed in your car this place is the spot for your car! Initially the experience was ok. I went with them due to their availability. However, 6 months later, my rear windshield spontaneously blew out. The receptionist was rude and offered $20ish dollars off a new install. Mind you, I have a 5 year warranty. I requested a manager and was told that was Ceasar and that he doesn't get in until 3pm. I called and spoke with Ceasar and explained what happened; I got in my car, started it, and while waiting for it to warm up, the back windshield popped and blew out. Ceasar was about as rude as anyone can be. He initially tried to tell me that I don't know what tempered glass is; mind you, I've been in the window industry for 25 years, just not auto windows. I know tempered glass. He insisted that tempered glass will not blow out without impact because it's glued in. Complete BS because I have it on my ring camera footage, but he wouldn't even acknowledge that. Nothing came in contact with that glass! I 100% believe this was either an installation issue or a faulty glass. Ceasar told me to hire a lawyer and have my lawyer speak to his and hung up on me. read more

I had a very negative experience with Auto Glass Warehouse. I took in car in to have the wind shied replaced. After taking my information I was given a quote over the phone. Then when I got to the shop, they added extra percentage because prices have gone up. But I was already there and so I went with it and had the work done. When I went out to the car there was glass shards all over the cowl where the wind shield wipers were. Then I noticed that the wind shield cowl was broken with a huge chip in it. The chip was so big it went below where the wind shield stopped. The thing that made me so mad was not that they broke it, but they would let me drive out of there without mentioning it. First came the excuses and when I did not take the bait, they said they would order a new one and replace it. Taking the high road, I said that would be fine. I waited a week for a call .... I had to contact them and the response was that it arrived broken and they would order another one. And again, I waited a week and half and no call. Finally said they would give me $100 and I could go have it done somewhere else. They bought it for $59 and they would give me $100. I called two other shops for estimates. The part alone is $149. I get to the shop and they said they ordered once for $75 and once for $90. So, lies and more lies. This shop is just someplace I would NEVER go to again or recommend it to anyone. They do shabby work and do not make the effort to be honest about it. Truly the most horrible experience I have even had. Truly a shameful business. How they can even stay in business is beyond me. read more

This company are dishonest. They change my windshield 2 1/2 months suddenly I saw a line on my windshield during to weather changed the line went across the entire windshield. I setup an appointment for a windshield replacement. I was told the window was 9:00am-11:00am for them to come by and replace the windshield. At 11:00am after no one called or came I called to let the office know that my appointment had yet to be fulfilled. The lady at the desk said she'd have one of the guys call me "right back" to see what was going on and to make sure we could keep the appointment. Fast forward 45 minutes.... I finally get the call. Only for him to tell me he could be here within another 45 minutes to replace the windshield. Which, unfortunately, would not work for me. The gentleman didn't even apologize for the delay or for missing my appointment. He just said "oh ok" and hung up. I can't imagine that they would think this was acceptable customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am completely overwhelmed. Its 2:30pm Saturday afternoon, 8/31/19. The right rear passenger glass of my 2014 Equinox was broken by a flying rock. The first place I called, they had the glass in stock and could install it today. They close at 3:00pm on Saturday and would stay open for me if I came right away. I drove over from Ft. Washington, took about 35 minutes with traffic. They installed the glass, then cleaned & vacuumed the car in 45 minutes. Price with install, $196.00. Labor day weekend coming up and I was panicking, These people saved my weekend and were extremely friendly and efficient. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing glass replacement. Not only did they have the most reasonable prices but they came immediately and resolved the matter for me while I was at work, they did everything so quick and haven't had a problem since! They drove to my house to change my car's windshield and gave me a service window between 10am-12pm and arrived ahead of schedule at 9:55am which I loved. I have an older car that was broken into. On that Friday afternoon, I called around and couldn't find anyone who would have the door window glass for my type of car and who would be willing to do the job right away. This place was the one that could - and they did, at a reasonable rate. The people there are friendly and competent. I had a giant rock hit my windshield resulting in a crack that extended half-way across the entire windshield. They gave me a decent price of 175+tax installed with their mobile service with a time window of 10-12. Took off a half a day of work so that I would be there when they arrived. At 1:00 after no tech showed and no phone call, I called the office, and asked what was going on since nobody reached out and it was already well after the window. She said that she was unable to reach the tech and placed me on hold for almost 15min, just to let me know that it would be another 30min before the tech would be finish with the job he was at. So now after missing 5+ hrs from work and eventually taking the whole day off, I asked was there any compensation that could be extended since I was already inconvenienced with no end in sight. She put me on whole for another 5 min., just to inform me that the price I received was already low enough and there was nothing they could do. So I politely explained that there was a shop down the street that had the same price without the mobile service and I would rather lose another day of work and go there, rather than be treated like I had been. As a consumer, I have never received worst customer service. I was a recent customer at Auto Glass Outlet. I had a rock thrown through my front passenger window and called approximately 15 companies the next morning to get the best quote possible for repair. Unfortunately, one of the first calls I put in was to auto glass outlet and as a distributor they had the ability to refuse to sell the glass to anyone at a reasonable price so every quote I received from that point on was extremely skewed. I was quoted at $220.00 for a audi a6 front passenger door glass. Since they were obviously the lowest quote I had received and they said they could install any time that week as long as I came there (although most auto glass repair services are mobile) I chose this company. Upon arrival, I entered the warehouse office which was cluttered and full of disturbing conversation. I sat and waited 2.5- 3 hours for my car window to be installed because it was apparently a 'difficult type of glass'. As I was finishing up the owner verbally communicated with his receptionist that the payment was 225.00. I questioned without argument and said I was quoted at 220.00 on the phone and wondered why there was a sudden increase in price. He then agreed to go back down to 220.00. I went and got my car and sat in it and checked the function/integrity of the window. I put the window down once and up once and hurt a loud crunching noise. I thought there was still glass left in the window sill. I did it again and the window tracked fine with no noise. I decided to get out of the car and check the integrity of the glass and to communicate that there was a loud noise. I then released that the tracking piece of the glass had gotten stuck inside the car door. The business was closing and they were obviously ready to leave. The owner came and examined the door. He stated that he has never seen this happen and they would fix it if I could come back sometime this week. I already took off 3 hours of work and now had to come back. I requested a discount on labor costs since this was an obvious error of installment. He argued that his price was already too cheap so he couldn't. I made a point that I was eating costs now for 3-6 hours of work/costs since I had to travel back again for a full un-installment and re-installment. He agreed that "there will be a discount. fine. I have to check the price of the glass to determine what we can do". I agreed to come back. There was no discount. He argued that he didn't care and that his 3 million dollars in revenue made my 20 dollar refund insignificant but he wouldn't give it to me. I had my window uninstalled and requested a full refund. He was the worst manager I have ever worked with. read more

Finally got my windshield fixed! I made an appointment at satellite and it was gonna be over $350. My friend gave me the info for this place. I called Monday morning around 8 and my window was fixed before 2pm, I got there around 12:45. It was just under $200. Is recommended coming here for sure. read more

I looked around to get my windshield replacement for my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. I got a lot of quotes that varied a lot. I was going to get it replaced from Windshields To Go USA, but after they quoted me a price and I agreed to it they said that is was an error and that it would cost $170 more. I called Auto Glass Outlet (same as Auto Glass Warehouse) and they quoted me a decent price. I talked to Karen and she was wonderfully awesome! I needed another windshield replaced so she worked with the supervisor to get me a great deal on both windshield. She gave me options so I can decide what I want to do. They offered to come to me and do the work without additional charges. At the end they were able to move sensor from the original windshield to the new one saving me a lot! When the technician came to my house they were great in every aspect of the job. The recommendations, advise, and craftsmanship was excellent! The total price was cheaper than getting just the Santa Fe windshield replace from another place. HIGH recommend them! read more
