Of corse the tiny crack spread to something the original repair shop ( you know their jingle!) advised could not be repaired! And they quoted me an outrageous price to replace. I called around and around to get quotes....because that's what you should do of course! Then I spoke to Charles. He was very friendly and kind. Even took time to explain the process. While their price was not the absolute lowest, the customer service I received on the phone was great and I felt the price was fair. I told him I would call back and would probably want a Friday or Saturday service which he could accommodate either choice. They take cash or credit but prefer cash as there is a processing fee. They were easy to find and had a sign outside of the building and on its front. When I got there, a little after I should have because it's Friday and going to the bank on a Friday is horrible, I was pleasantly greeted and my car was taken to the service area. I came out to check on him and he already had the door off and glass cleaned out. Mind you he was doing this job in the rain on top of everything...
