He demonstrated zero accountability for his own incompetence and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the problem. That is not what I expect from someone in a management position. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the price increase prior, Grayson responded, "You didn't ask." Sir, why would I ask when I was already quoted a price? You should have integrity and be transparent. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of my time and money. A manager should be able to take ownership when something goes wrong--not make excuses and pass the blame. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with professionalism and respect. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.
