Had a great experience working with Frank and Beltway auto glass crew. Cracked my Tesla's sunroof (roof glass) on Saturday and Frank was able to come out with the correct part and replaced it on Monday morning! I know the piece is not a normal piece of glass to get replacement and Frank assured me they can secure the parts by Monday. I reached out to a few other business and either nobody can service the roof glass, or I got quoted a crazy amount. I bought a used Infiniti sedan 10 days ago and found water in the interior after a heavy rain. I suspected plugged drain lines in the sunroof. I can't say enough about how great the experience was getting my windshield replaced by these guys. Frank was quick to respond to my inquiry about the job and they had appointments available near term. The glass cost was in line with other offers, but they didn't try to push the "recalibration" of the sensors for lane departure and adaptive cruise control. Frank suggested saving the current calibration to use after the windshield replacement to see if it would work (they mentioned it usually does 95% of the time). It worked and saved me a few hundred dollars other companies wanted to charge on top of the glass replacement cost! They came to us, which made it super easy. I totally recommend them!! read more

I went when my windshield basically had a crack all through the middle and it was a really easy experience. I scheduled an appointment online, went in and said, "Hi I'm here to drop off my car for a windshield replacement." And they said what's your name, they said ok, they told me the process of how long it's gonna take which was only two hours, and then how much it was going to be, and what to do when I come back. Considering how bad the crack was on my windshield, the value was expected because I needed a whole new windshield. Not too expensive but still a little up there. It was worth it though. They gave me a warranty and the staff was very nice. read more

I called them in the morning about a large crack in my windshield that would require a complete replacement - I was told they could come to my house and fix it between 4-5 pm that same day. The technician arrived ON TIME as promised, and even gave me a courtesy call about 20 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. Since my insurance wasn't paying anything for the replacement of my windshield, I decided not use their suggested repairer, who was about $50 dollars more, and I would have to go to them, spend about two hours wait time, not counting the 45 minutes it would have taken to get there and come back. Beltway Auto Glass was amazing. 100% female friendly. I called at 11:00 am, Rico answered and gave me a cheaper quote, to me they would use a premium windshield, and would come to me. The appointment was set for between 3:00 and 4pm, with the agreement that the tech would call me. He called at 3:00, and they showed up 15 min later. The team was very professional, friendly, respectful, and competent. They finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Thank me for using their company! I had great conversation with Franco. So friendly and handsome. The window looks like a OEM, which I was promised when I called. Gave me instructions to wait 24 hours before washing my car and don't slam the door. Unless you want water damage in your vehicle, I suggest you go with a different company. I had them replace my windshield, and after a rainstorm, I had measurable water on the floor of both sides of the car due to the faulty installation. Frank refused to come fix the problem, and made me drive 1.5 hours to his location in order to "fix" his mistake. Frank then threatened my wife and I, stating that I should be careful about getting upset about the water damage to my car, because I "wasn't the only one who could get angry." The next rainfall had standing water again in my car, to the point where I had to fully remove the interior. Frank refused to come fix his second faulty installation, and would not issue a refund. Save yourself the threats and cost of a new interior and go with a different company. read more
