Good communication, but technician damaged the tint on the windshield and the owner was hesitant to accept responsibility for it. Also, the rear-view mirror trim was not installed properly, I'm waiting on them to schedule a day to come fix it. This was by far the most expensive quote I got to replace my windshield, and so far it has not reflected in the quality of the work done. UPDATE: see attached screenshots, the owner texted me after initially publishing the review. You can be the judge as to what kind of business this is. UPDATE 2: after reviewing the work done now that it has been 3 days after the install, you can see that the quality of the work is sloppy. Best service! Handled everything online, flexible scheduling, professional installation, easy payment after the work was completed. I left my car and key for them, came home from work and it was finished. No distorted glass, it appears to be OEM or high quality aftermarket. The price was also cheaper than expected, especially for the mobile service. Worth every penny, can't recommend them more. One small note, my windshield wiper cowling rubber trim was brittle. It absolutely isn't their responsibility to fix this. But, the installation required them to remove this cowling and the rubber crumbled. In hindsight, I should have bought a new cowling trim and left it inside for the installer. Make sure to check any trim/panels near the windshield and order new ones beforehand. read more

In December 2024, some vandals broke into my year 2000 Grand Caravan that was parked in my driveway. They broke in overnight by popping the rear passenger quarter panel window off its closure, leaving it flapping in the breeze. They crawled into the van through the window, searched around, tossed everything around and left through the very same window. I found the damage the next morning. This was during a terribly cold time. I had difficulty covering the window with plastic and taping it down - the duct tape was not made for this kind of cold weather. I finally managed to get the window covered and reported the damage to my insurance company. Because it was a glass repair, I was immediately transferred to the company that oversees the glass repairs for (probably) all insurance companies. This company was not a pleasure to work with and after several fruitless interactions, I was ready to be done with them. They were unable to locate the proper glass for the repair; the management was rude and difficult and so I finally contacted my insurance company's adjuster on my case and explained what had happened. I was assured that I did not have to use this company. He also told me that the claim would remain open until the glass was properly replaced. I researched local auto glass repair companies and fortunately for me was able to locate a local auto glass company - Chapin Auto Glass. Dany of Chapin Auto Glass was wonderful, efficient, knowledgeable, engaged and supportive. It took many months, a lot of trial and error but Dany finally managed what the other company could not and he did it with a pleasant and helpful attitude. In October of this year (2025) he finally found a complete window set up from a similar van in an auto junkyard. The fit was perfect and the job completed by a highly skilled technician, in my own driveway. The price was right as well and Dany made sure to provide a proper invoice that I could send to my adjuster for reimbursement (minus my deductible of course). Hopefully, I will never have another glass issue with any vehicle I own, but, if I do, there is only one company I will contact, Chapin Auto Glass. I have alerted my adjuster and insurance company and provided them all the contact information for Chapin Auto Glass and asked that they keep the company information on file so they can recommend this company to others in my area that have need of a reliable, dedicated and efficient auto glass replacement company. I needed a windshield replaced because I had a little chip in my windshield, and when I blasted the defroster on it the other morning it finished the windshield off. I got quotes for OEM parts and aftermarket, which was a huge difference, but the same warranty, which is pretty rock solid. I had the installer come by my house this afternoon with advanced warning when he was coming and I don't even think it took him 30 minutes to have the old windshield pulled, and the new one installed. I got detailed instructions on how to deal with the installation of do's and don'ts and a really righteous deal for something that could've been easily double or more from the dealership.
