I highly recommend Patriot! They have excellent customer service and their installers know what they're doing. I started somewhere else (think annoying commercial...) to save a few dollars but the experience was a nightmare. Patriot luckily saved the day! They finished installing my windshield with zero stress or inconvenience. Patriot even helped me with another car issue that I had, just because I asked. Great group of people and nice to support a local business. read more

Had my first ever cracked windshield-- I thought I was cooked. I filled out the Google Form for a quote, and within ten minutes Mike got back to me via email. I had an appointment scheduled within minutes. Dropoff and pickup were both easier than I thought they were going to be-- short and sweet, nothing extra. It was just what I needed as a person with a job that has a less than flexible schedule. Thank you for making my car beautiful again read more

After a boulder (okay, large rock) hit my windshield, I knew it had to be replaced, not repaired. I reached out to Patriot and Anthony was incredible, quick to respond, quick to get me an estimate and to get me scheduled. Their quote was quite a bit less than the competition, so I choose Patriot. They were ready when I arrived and I got to hang out in their well equipped waiting room. Fast internet, free coffee, clean and neat. The finished product was outstanding, very pleased, and would highly recommend Anthony and his team at Patriot. read more

I've brought my vehicle to Patriot Glass twice -- once in 2023 and again in 2026 -- and both experiences were excellent. 2026: My ADAS lane camera was malfunctioning, so I reached out to Mike via email. He responded quickly and clearly explained that he would only charge me if the ADAS calibration was successful, which I found extremely fair and reasonable. At the appointment, he spent about 30 minutes attempting the calibration and ultimately determined that the camera itself was faulty and couldn't be calibrated. He was honest about it and didn't charge me. Instead, he recommended finding a shop that could replace and program the camera properly. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with communication. 2023: I had a cracked windshield and contacted the shop for a quote. Mike provided a fair price and mentioned he could work directly with my insurance. I told him I was concerned about potential premium increases and preferred to pay out of pocket. To my surprise, he offered me a very competitive cash price and scheduled me the same day. I was in and out in under an hour. It's been three years, and the windshield has had zero issues. Honest, professional, and efficient service both times. I highly recommend Patriot Glass. read more

Patriot Auto Glass - Replaced Front Windshield - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

Patriot Auto Glass did an awesome job with replacing my windshield in a short amount of time. It was really easy to call and setup and appointment. When I arrived staff was very friendly and quick. It only took about an hour for them to replace the windshield of my car and it was quoted cheaper than some of the other options which is amazing. Definitely recommend coming to them for affordable and fast service! read more

Needed the windshield on my 2019 Toyota Highlander replaced. It was damaged from a rock that fell off a cement truck. Patriot worked with my insurance company and replaced it. Their work was excellent and right in the time they estimated. I would definitely choose them again for Auto Glass repairs. read more

My wife's Jeep got a crack in the windshield during a cross-country trip. I picked them because of good yelp reviews and they were available through my insurance. Everything was easy, I picked them on my insurance and within an hour they called to set up an appointment. I picked an afternoon appointment so I could go around the corner to Lost Rhino for a beer and lunch. They finished way faster than they told me and used OEM glass. Couldn't ask for a better experience. read more

A rock-strike cracked the windshield on our RV the other day. I gave Patriot a call and they had a replacement in stock and set me up for the next morning. I arrived ten minutes late and they took the RV back right away and started work while I waited. It didn't take long before I was back on the road. Great experience. Quality workmanship at a price that beat the national competition (S******e). read more

Patriot Auto Glass came to my rescue again. Quick response for quote and scheduled an appointment for me the next day (note: subject to availability). They arrived at my home the next day and Cody (from Patriot Auto Glass) did quick high quality work. He answered all my post work questions (when can I drive car, when can I take off the tape) and he provided additional care and maintenance (e.g. no car wash for 3 days, ice and snow okay for now). Highly recommend. Prices went up a little since I last used them. But way better price than using auto insurance deductible. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. This company is extremely unprofessional. They didn't do the work necessary for my vehicle, then were extremely rude and dismissive when we pointed out that the work was not done.. please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs! read more

I got about 5 email estimates for replacing my 2021 HRV Honda windshield. All shops separate the windshield/labor cost from the calibration labor and also ask for the VIN in order to give a correct estimate. Patriot had excellent reviews on Checkbook and the cheapest price and so I made an appointment. After my car gets into their garage, the owner Mike comes out and tells me he can't do the calibration at his shop because off a sensor and his equipment?? I step aside and call the dealer who said they will calibrate an after market part, but "it usually doesn't work out right." The dealer mentions Windshield City which I had also gotten a higher estimate from! I call them and they promise me they can do both the windshield and calibration. I wasted a morning and I think this was a scam on the part of Patriot to get some business out of me, knowing they could not do the calibration part. Or if their calibration equipment wasn't working properly, they should have rescheduled. read more

This was my first time using Patriot. From the start they were pleasant knowledgeable and upfront with suggestions on ways I could lower my cost. They quickly scheduled my repair. Upon arriving at their shop my vehicle was taken in immediately and to my surprise the windshield was replaced in about 20 minutes. Everything looks perfect. My state inspection sticker was placed on the new windshield. Everything looked great. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company if you need a windshield replacement repaired. read more

We had a very big rock hit the windshield and I feared the worst. After some research into auto glass places, I settled on patriot based on the recommendation from Subaru. Unlike other places, they answered the phone and were very forthcoming about the cost and the wait time. I was surprised by its location in a strip mall but the shop is apparently around back. The repair took only 20 minutes (as promised) and the cost was $85 for the first ding and $25 for the second (also as promised). These prices included tax too! The proprietor was efficient but happy to answer questions. Thumbs up on Patriot! read more

My first-ever windshield replacement was through Patriot, and I'd be hard-pressed to say that a company could do a better job. Patriot was recommended to me by a fellow German car enthusiast, and from start to finish, Patriot did great. Not only was the owner quick to respond to my texts and emails about scheduling the appointment, he also was very clear and transparent about pricing and what would be done on my car. The technician, Russell, showed up to my house exactly on time the day of the appointment, and took amazing care of my car. He understood that this car is my baby, and I was nervous about the windshield replacement. He invited me to observe his work and talked me through everything he was doing. He was really friendly and communicative on top of being professional and an expert in what he does. Unlike many companies that I researched, Patriot will do "labor only" installs (I supplied the windshield from the OEM), and their pricing I felt was great (I did not go through insurance). Moreover, you're supporting a locally-owned a veteran-friendly business! read more

Very convenient, and reasonably priced. I turned to them for a windshield replacement after Safelight said they couldn't help me for another 2 and a half's weeks. Quick, no BS. I've used their services 3 times bc route 28 destroys my windshield every 1-2 years. They usually get it done within 2 days. This time, it took less than 24 hours. Researched pricing in the area and they fall right in between the low and high range. That being said, I don't mind paying more for a reliable company. read more

The dumbest thing I could say is, "I can't wait for my windshield to crack again so I can use these guys a second time." Pretty dumb thing to say, but I'm half serious. I can't recommend these guys more. They were quick, professional, on time, inexpensive, courteous, and extremely professional. Team PAG, I was appreciative of top quality, window installation near my home in Ashburn. So glad to see you could fit me in within 24hrs. Unlike a nationwide brand (Safelite) quoted me 7 days, followed up by them claiming supplier issues going to be an additional 2 more weeks, no thank you. Your manger Mr. Fisher, greeted me as I entered, offered me a seat and had my car in & out within the hour, a great value. You and your team of professionals run a clean professional facility without any of the BS the others offer. You have a customer for life, would highly recommend. Don D. read more
