The price was also cheaper than expected, especially for the mobile service. Worth every penny, can't recommend them more. One small note, my windshield wiper cowling rubber trim was brittle. It absolutely isn't their responsibility to fix this. But, the installation required them to remove this cowling and the rubber crumbled. In hindsight, I should have bought a new cowling trim and left it inside for the installer. Make sure to check any trim/panels near the windshield and order new ones beforehand.

My son got his car tinted and I drove over separately to the location so we could get lunch while we waited. Today the thermometer on my car read 100°. When I got into my untainted car, I felt every bit of the hundred degree heat. His car after the tint install was dramatically cooler. Their prices are competitive with other vendors I found, but I was thoroughly impressed with the workmanship. I see why this place has such high ratings. I didn't hear back for about five minutes (all this was via text), so decided to just head out. On my way, about 2:30, I was told not to come in, as they had decided to close early. Not sure why a shop would close early when there was a potential job on the way, but they did. I'm now looking for other options.

Yellowstone deserves 10 stars, really…read more I've been driving without incident for 18 years and, last week, 2020 decided that a rock needed to humble me as I drove down the highway. I watched in horror as the chip spread across half my windshield, making me ineligible for free Safelite repair. I reached out for quotes from local small business and the folks at Yellowstone quickly responded, talked me through the process, and dealt with the headache that is my insurance company. I had a hiccup (thanks to the aforementioned headache of an insurance company) and ended up having to spend all day at their shop but it was an insanely pleasant experience. Eventually, I drove off with a new, spotless, OEM windshield and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service, professionalism, and knowledge from the entire Yellowstone team. I honestly hope I never have to hang out with them again (at least not for another 18 years), but I highly recommend Yellowstone for all of your auto glass repair/replacement needs.
