What a great company! Easy to communicate with and came to my job and installed my car windshield. Highly recommend.

Called Gainesville Auto Glass to handle a windshield replacement due to a weird crack from someone throwing a coin out their window. Was pleasantly surprised that they came in nearly half the price than the big national chain with the catchy jingle. They were great! They came out and had the windshield installed in 40 minutes. Great service, great attitude and a great price! Don't go with that other big national chain and save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Call Gainesville Auto Glass! read more

Gainesville Auto Glass is absolutely squeaky clean! From the very first prompt response to the finished job, everything was excellent. Flawless from start to finish, and for a price no one can touch. It's rare to find such incredible customer service with such wonderful attitude. Highly recommend, cal GAG, you will not be disappointed. read more

Fantastic service. Gainesville Auto Glass replaced the windshield on my minivan, reattached the rain sensor on another vehicle, and fixed a chip/crack in the windshield of a third vehicle during the same visit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a great price. All of the work was completed at my residence and ahead of schedule. Note: If your current factory windshield has tinting along the top be sure to let them know so they can order the tinted replacement. read more

Hakar replied quickly with a competitive quote and got my windshield fixed up the very next day. When I first reached out I didn't realize how far Gainesville was and figured he wouldn't come to me but did so with no complaint! He was on time, professional, and polite. I appreciate how quick easy and affordable the experience was. I'd highly recommend him to friends and family. read more

Phenomenal service all around. Hakar was very quick to respond to the quote through Yelp and was easier to work with throughout the whole process. His prices were hands down the best I found. We went from chatting to him installing a new windshield in only a few days (and would have been less time but for my own schedule). Definitely going back to him if I need to replace another windshield, or really any auto glass work in the future. read more

Cracked windshield from rock truck. Called them up and Hakar gave me a quote WAY less than the big glass guys. He came out the next day and replaced the windshield in my Tesla 3. Great job and looks perfect! Hint to fellow Tesla owners: The camera auto-calibration routine in the car ran great. Don't let anybody tell you that you need to pay big $$$ for a "camera recalibration". Hakar didn't, but plenty of automotive glass places I called did! read more

Hakar got the job done quickly, with elan. Outstanding communication. requested the work in the evening, job was completed at my home in Fairfax City mid-afternoon the next day. New windshield looks just fine; no issues. Also pleased with yelp offering to send project quote requests to several service facilities. Clearly, Hakar not only used his strong linguistic/organization skills, but also bid a price that won the work. read more

Just like the other reviewer, I was skeptical at first because of low number of reviews, but at least the reviewer wasn't a bot, so I decided to give them a try. Even though he was late to the appointment, he did a really good job and made sure several times that everything was all good. Give him a chance. How else can anyone build reputation on yelp? One honest review after another. read more

I would like to start this review by thanking Hakar for being so attentive, professional, and punctual. Riding to work a pebble caused a few crack in my windshield. I have a 2013 Sonata and I used Yelp to get a quote, some of the prices were OUTRAGEOUS! The only person who responded who was in my price range but also lower than I though was this amazing one man band. We scheduled a day and time and the day of I was surprised because he asked if he could arrive early (Perfect!). He started immediately and was done at a perfect time. Truly a great experience with a great guy. 5 stars isn't enough! read more

My windshield had been hit with some rock or something while on my way home on the highway. After contacting them they not only gave me a fair price and thorough answer to all of my questions we were able to schedule an appointment immediately. Recommend to all as their quality, customer service, and punctuality are 10 out of 10. They can go to your house or you to them. They even went above and beyond to help with fixing my fence door that came off the hinge (because it's old, they didn't do anything to it). If I could give a 10 star rating I would! read more

Great price and very responsive. They put my new windshield in with ease! Highly recommend this company

Hakar was super responsive with upfront and honest communication about the prices and parts. He had the best quotes among the local shops I received the quote from. Only reason I didn't go with him was due to aftermarket parts vs oem parts. However, even aftermarket parts he was quoting me on were of comparable quality to oem and the only reason I went to oem parts was to ensure my dealership doesn't try to budge out of extended services package I've purchased from them over aftermarket parts. read more

When I requested a quote to replace the windshield on a 2006 Acura TL, and to repair a rock-hit on another windshield, Hakar responded quickly with a quote and the price was good. He came to my house on time (half hour early actually), and did a beautiful job on the windshield replacement. Rock repair on the other windshield didn't make it disappear, but it wasn't a poor repair - as you know, some chips fill nicely and some don't. I'm happy to recommend and would use again. read more
