I called around and around to get quotes....because that's what you should do of course! Then I spoke to Charles. He was very friendly and kind. Even took time to explain the process. While their price was not the absolute lowest, the customer service I received on the phone was great and I felt the price was fair. I told him I would call back and would probably want a Friday or Saturday service which he could accommodate either choice. They take cash or credit but prefer cash as there is a processing fee. They were easy to find and had a sign outside of the building and on its front. When I got there, a little after I should have because it's Friday and going to the bank on a Friday is horrible, I was pleasantly greeted and my car was taken to the service area. I waited in their comfortable waiting area. 45 minutes later it was done!! I was given instructions for the next two days. Thank you!!!!

Fast forward to recently, and that tiny crack had grown to about the size of a quarter. I scheduled an appointment for a mobile repair, but literally overnight, that quarter-sized crack expanded even more. When I called Safelite, they were able to move my appointment up, but at that point, a full windshield replacement was necessary. That turned out to be the right call, because the crack quickly spread from one end of the windshield to the other. Sigh! I arrived about 30 minutes early, and my technician was able to take my car right away. He let me know the process would take around three hours, and he was spot on. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, with a TV and a coffee/water station, which made the time pass easily. Once everything was completed and recalibrated, I was invited to inspect the work. They did an excellent job on my windshield, and I really appreciated the extra attention to detail. He was even able to transfer my car's insignia from the old windshield to the new one. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Safelite.

One has nothing to do with the other!! If they could change the windshield a couple of years ago, they can absolutely change the windshield now?! I made an appointment almost a week ago, so they wasted my time, impaired my ability to be mobile, and because I paid in advance, they wasted my money!! I rarely complain about anything, especially not in public, but this infraction is unforgivable I need remediation for what amounts to more than an inconvenience. Look at all my other reviews.
