Quick response, super chill, great service, and very reasonable price - what more can one ask for? Highly recommend!

Good repair and service. Back quarter panel replaced with no problems and the area was cleaned up.

I had a crack on my windshield - about the size of a quarter and you can barely see it now.

Just had a windshield replaced by Zep. I'm super pleased with his work. I contacted him and got a very prompt response. We then set up an appointment. He arrived on time, was very nice and did a great job. His price is very fair for windshield replacement. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for windshield replacement. read more

Car was broken into (on Church Street NW) by smashing the right vent window. Got a few quotes on Yelp, and Auto Glass Central was cheapest at $240, and able to come by the quickest. The technician (I think it was Zepp), came by in his truck on the same day, fixed it in about 30 minutes. No one wants to deal with these hassles, but Auto Glass Central made it pretty painless to fix. Definitely recommended. read more

Omg Zepp totally made my day with his prompt response and great quality of work. My front passenger window was broken by attempted carjackers. Zepp literally came out the next afternoon (today) to fix my issue. I had a brand new window within a hour. He even handled the paperwork with Geico. Such a lifesaver! read more

The price was fair, and the work was WONDERFUL! It's a shame that I had to use them (smashed passenger window and theft of handicapped placard) but I am delighted with the work and the attempt to get the glass out of my car. read more

Zeppi was great! He made quick work of my broken window. I'm telling you if you need a window replaced on your vehicle don't fool around with the others this is your guy and a very fair price. Out of the 4 quotes I got... he was the only one who actually responded to a scheduling request. He came when he said he would. He replaced it. Fast and easy. read more

My Father's Toyota Camry recently had damage to the windshield that was not repairable. He is older and really appreciates any service that is convenient. I called a few big name businesses that wanted him to bring the vehicle in and wait while it was being repaired. I communicated with Auto Glass Central directly though Yelp and was able to schedule service at his house within 48 hours for less than other businesses quoted. Auto Glass Central communicated with me the day of the appointment to let me know when he was on his way to my Father's place. Once there he did a great job with the glass replacement. Overall the service was convenient, more than fairly priced, and dine right. I highly recommend. read more

Reasonable, responsive, professional and good quality. He made a very stressful situation super easy

The lower rear window of my Prius needed to be replaced and I was headed out of town. I messaged Auto Glass Central on Sunday and they responded the same day. After a few text exchanges for more details, they quoted a price that was more than fair. We scheduled time to come the next day and Zepp was on time. He finished the job in less than an hour. Zepp was friendly, polite, and got to working right away. While I don't wish to have a broken window on my car, if I did I would not think twice about contacting Auto Glass Central. read more

Zepp was quick in responding to my request to replace the glass in the back of my car. He's also quick in responding to my questions as well. The price he quoted me to replace the glass was great and lower than the price from another company. Another added bonus was that he traveled to where I live to provide the service. Zepp has great customer service and he did a great job replacing the glass. He finished in about an hour. We appreciate and are thankful for the work he provided. read more

Great service; excellent price; perfect installation of replacement front windshield on our 2005 VW Passat. I have never used a mobile auto service before, but Zepp exceeded all expectations. Very competitive on price. Excellent communication by text to confirm appointment and to provide an update on the day of the installation, and to let me know when he was enroute. Quickly did the installation. Immaculate cleanup. Very happy and will definitely use Auto Glass Central again for our glass repair needs. read more

I received a quote back in July that was extremely fair and more reasonable than quotes I received from other businesses for a windshield replacement. Shortly after, Zep was able to come and replace my windshield at my apartment while I was at work. He was very understanding, cooperative, and had great communication. Would highly recommend for any windshield needs! read more

I'm not a guy, who writes reviews, but felt this was a good start to do my first one. Zepp was very prompt with communicating & fixed my car window within two days. He was very professional & was reasonably priced. Job was done well & I can't highly recommend him more. Also, loved that he did a mobile repair, which was very convenient. He wouldn't take a tip, but rather asked for a positive review. Well, he got one now. read more

Just had Auto Glass Central (Zepp) out to replace a smashed window on my truck. They were about 40% cheaper than Safelite, super responsive (despite being closed and on a weekend evening), got the job done fast, communicated very well re: timing, and did great work. Also, Zepp was overall a very pleasant person to deal with, which is always a bonus! read more
