Wait time is ridiculous,…read morei know it takes time but after 2 full hours of waiting, we were told 30 more minutes by one guy, and another guy explained he's the only one able to do my back window that's why it's taking so long.... it in fact was not 30 more minutes. They continue to pull cars in and work on those still while not finishing the cars that have been here for 3 hours......it's frustrating wondering why my car can't be finished in a timely manner while watching everyone else get their car worked on as well wondering what work is actually being done considering i've sat here for 3 hours. The employees seem to be more focused on having a good time with friends and speaking to the females rather than actually getting some kind of work done. A car that came AFTER me and had 5 windows(one more window to tint than me) PLUS added on the windshield last minute was done before my car. Then when i asked again how long, they just began the back windshield.......Horrible customer service they treat you like they don't care how long you have to wait they get to it when they get to it & if that means taking phone calls, giggling with the girls outside or just hanging out first then we just have to wait until their finished. no sense of urgency in this place and it's a shame because i am a patient person. It is now over 3 full hours my car not being done............. Unacceptable. 11am-2pm i feel isn't a crazy time for a car with 4 windows to be completed. I feel as though you shouldn't lie about wait times as it gets the customers hopes up that you'll stick to your word & now i'm the bad guy bugging you asking when it'll be done. Will never come back to this location...

Chris came out to show me the different solar film options and measure windows on Wednesday. Our 3…read morelevel house has a lot of windows and the top level is sooo much hotter than the lower levels in part due to so much heat coming in from all those windows. I picked one of the darker films because we prefer to filter all that sun light and also want a break from the heat. Chris was able to answer all my questions and didn't try to sell me on anything, he just explained what they do and let me decide on my own. Next we went around measuring all those windows. Price was a concern as we have just purchased this house and don't have alot of surplus money laying around so I eventually settled on just starting with the upper level to try and equalize the heat situation. Chris called the office and scheduled our install for the upcoming Monday. The order sheet is easy to read and understand, no hidden fees! The prices are also very reasonable for the product. Before install I was a bit worried, but it's worth every penny! On Monday the two man crew showed up right on time, were quick, friendly and professional. They took extra time to clean all the windows and were careful with all the beds/desk they had to move to access them. Once finished I was just amazed! The glare is gone, the windows look perfect, both inside and out. It is a bit darker, but that was the effect we were going for when we picked the darker film. And the temperature difference in the house is so much better. It's no longer a 20 degrees difference from the bottom to the top level! Now we haven't had a really hot day since the install but I feel very confident this was a great investment and can't wait to get the mid level done to reduce glare on our TV.

Good morning, I am…read morewriting to report a serious safety concern that occurred this morning involving one of Atlantic Sun Control's company vehicles. The vehicle was turning left from Polk Drive onto Old Centreville Road while traffic was stopped and there was not enough room for the vehicle to safely complete the turn. As a result, the driver proceeded into the intersection and blocked the intersection of Old Centreville Road and Polk Drive/Maplewood Drive. At the time, a school bus traveling on Old Centreville Road was carrying students. She had to brake abruptly to avoid a collision with the vehicle and then wait for traffic to clear before she could safely proceed. Having a vehicle turn directly in front of a school bus under these circumstances created a dangerous situation for both the students on board and the driver and other cars behind her. I understand that traffic situations can be challenging, but this appeared to be an avoidable decision. I am especially concerned because the vehicle was clearly marked as a company vehicle, and I would expect professional and responsible driving from anyone operating a vehicle on behalf of a company. I am bringing this to your attention because I believe the incident warrants review and, hopefully, a reminder to your drivers about exercising appropriate caution around school buses and when entering intersections where there is insufficient room to safely proceed. This in NO WAY reflects on the companies success and business practices as a whole, their work ethic precedes them and is a testament to their overall customer satisfaction, but the behavior of one irresponsible employee does not help this.

The pricing is also very reasonable, especially compared to most other shops in the area, which makes the quality even more impressive. One helpful tip: be sure to hold on to your receipt. Their system isn't fully updated yet to track previous services, and since you get a lifetime warranty on the tint, you'll need that receipt as proof of purchase in case you ever need to return for service.
