Every time I go to Pro Wash the staff is always pleasant and move with a purpose. I get the #3 and the wax and shine last longer than most other washes. The prices can get pricey in there fast lol but I'm ok with paying it for the quality of work I get. Takes about 10-15 minutes and they have a waiting room with AC and a TV that plays ads the whole time. Also have a membership which I advise to get because it just makes sense. read more

I have a truck in the "Graphite" Grey/Black matte by Mercedes. This is the only place that gets the matte clean without oily streak marks covering the car an hour later. My friend and I went to get our vehicles washed at 4:45pm and at 5:00pm they came up to our cars and said they can only wash the outside because they close at 6pm. My car baby needed a wash bad and I could not take neglecting her one more day. I had an overall good experience at ProWash. It is a bit tricky to get into. You should drive the back of the building. I went on a Friday after work(around 5:15pm) and there were only 2 cars in front of me. There really is no customer service. I was thankful to have read the reviews to somewhat know what to expect. There is a small menu to the right that gives options but no one checked to see which option I wanted. The folks working motion you to drive forward. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to turn my car off and no one told me otherwise so I kept it running. They first spray your car down and then wash all the way around and then rinse it off. I was then motioned to move forward so I moved ahead to where they started to dry my car off. I was confused on if I was supposed to get out and pay so I rolled down my window and tried to ask about payment. She asked if I wanted a vacuum and I declined. She then took my cash payment and I was on my way. Service was fast, not necessarily friendly. There were still some dirty spots on the car but I felt the price was decent for what I paid. I came here on the President's Day holiday which was a good day to come for a simple hand wash and interior clean. It was super slow and I was able to come when they first opened up at 9AM. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I just purchased my car back in November 2020 and now have scratches on the glass portion of my dashboard. For that to happen, that means the staff must of scrubbed and cleaned it very harshly. The main guy who works there has a bit of a condescending attitude. I am assuming that he is a manager. Please really check your car before pulling off. They will try to nicely, smooth talk you to distract you from doing so. As far as the exterior cleaning, they did an okay, mediocre job. Now I have to seek out a professional detailer to see if they fix the scratches on my interior. I do not recommend this business read more

Long long wait! I agree with everyone else lack of customer service. I mean 48.00 and you miss a whole spot. I don't understand the purpose of having a Yelp 5% off and the guy says you can't use it. Like cmon son wtf you thought I wasn't gonna try? Nothing to rant about but they need to organize the line more and allow customers to select their wash. I first brought my car in here a little more than 6 months ago and had no issues whatsoever. I knew there was rain forecast for the day but I really needed to get my car detailed and most other places would close due to rain. Thankfully, Pro Wash did not! They're pretty close to the Largo Shopping Plaza so I was able to hop an Uber over there to do some shopping while I waited. Car looked absolutely fantastic! When I needed a detail again, I of course remembered my great experience here so knew I'd bring it back. They updated their website to now have an appointment scheduler, so I thought this was great! I submitted my appointment and got both email and text reminders confirming everything for Saturday at 9am. At 8am on Saturday morning, I receive a call from Pro Wash. I figured it was confirming my appointment again, but the convo was weird. The guy asked me "When did you make your appointment?" I told him that I scheduled it on Tuesday and have all the confirmations for it. So he says "Oh ok, so you're bringing your car in then?" Um, yes. 9am. That is my appointment time. He responds "Ok great, see you then!" I get there 9am on the dot and tell them I'm there for my scheduled detail. Guy basically tells me I should come back another time because they're busy. It's going to take HOURS, not the scheduled hour and a half. I explain to him that I have an appointment at 9am and it had just been re-confirmed an hour ago! Dude has no idea what I'm talking about. They don't attempt to try to look anything up in the computer. I'm getting pissed and telling him that it needs to be cleaned, I have an appointment, so they will be cleaning it. PLUS they're closed on Sundays anyway so it's not like I could bring it back the next day. I basically had to force them to stick to the appointment that I scheduled! I went over to the shopping plaza as usual and called them later on, they told me it should be ready by noon. So I head back to Pro Wash at 11am and they're just then starting on my car. But they were right, it was done at noon. So the entire thing took 3 hours. I get that you guys got busy. But WHY have an appointment scheduler on your freaking website if you don't honor the appointments that have been scheduled?? They did a great job detailing my car again which is the reason this rating isn't lower. Will I be back? Probably not. I live in DC, it's hugely inconvenient for me to drive all the way out to Largo only to basically be told "sorry not sorry." read more

Went here on 12/24/2023 my Tesla drives side mat was misplaced and I didn't realize it was missing until I got home because it would have been under my custom mats. I was told by the car wash manager I had to replace it myself because his employees said it wasn't misplaced. Go here at your own risk but I don't intend to ever again, do so at your own risk; but critique ever aspect of your was before you leave. These folks are THE best. It's a hand wash and or wax and they will do drive in detailing if you get there before 2. No machines or brushes, just some meticulous brothas and latinas who do a great job. There's only one down side. You drive your car through the line, and it requires turning off the engine while it's being washed and keeping the windows up. On a very hot day you'll be drenched, but only for a few minutes. It's worth this slight inconvenience for the best wash around. Can't beat a hand wash. Plus, believe it or not, I left my brand new MacBook Pro in a bag in their shop by mistake. You KNOW I was going crazy because I knew I couldn't get back there before the next weekend. They found it and kept it for me. I expected it to be gone. Competent and honest! Wow! The employees are beyond unprofessional. One guy was scrubbing cars down with one hand and holding his phone in another while talking on the phone. They were all using foul language. The wash does take an excessive time so if there a couple of cars ahead of you I would leave and come back. Omg they are so fast and so great. I came in on a Saturday stressing they would not be able to fit me in and I was soooo wrong. Kerry who helped me fit me in the SAME DAY!!!!! I came back and was only here for an hour and a half. I also asked for a car wash while they were tinting my car afterwards and it was noooo problem. OMG! As far as I am concerned Pro Wash is the benchmark for auto detailing! I drove down to Md to visit Moms through crazy rain and my car was a mess. On a whim I googled Pro Wash. Their rates were really good so I drove a few minutes from my hotel to check them out. It was a Saturday and there were about eight cars ahead of me (good sign I thought). The line snaked all the way back and beside a Krispy Kreme Shop (sweet!). After awhile, a gentleman came to my car; described the services available on busy Saturdays and the fees and directed me to the lounge (grungy). I selected the $35 Express Hand Wash and added a $20 Hand Wax. Exceptional features: 1) You can view your vehicle on a widescreen tv as it moves through the stages of servicing; 2) staff goes over the interiors and exterior in excruciating detail... multiple times! 3) a manager inspects the outcome. I watched luxury cars come out looking fantastic. When my own car appeared everyone simply stared. I am so very happy with the results and the care and attention to detail Pro Wash provides. I have taken my car to this location 3 or 4 times, each time has been mediocre or worse. The only reason I have come back is because it's convenient and the online booking. I booked an appointment for an interior detail for 11:30am. When I arrived, the man who I presume to be the owner/manager told me he couldn't do my car today because there were 3 other cars ahead of me. We I explained that I had an appointment, he gave no other explanation that I could understand. But at the end said it wasn't his problem. ALSO...a couple visits back, they damaged my clothe ceiling by scrubbing it. I never knew what happened or why my ceiling was damaged until another detailer pointed it out to me.
