Quick and efficient. I've used them atleast two times without issue and would recommend them.

Got here around 11 for window tint all around, my car has only 4 windows. Wait time is ridiculous, i know it takes time but after 2 full hours of waiting, we were told 30 more minutes by one guy, and another guy explained he's the only one able to do my back window that's why it's taking so long.... it in fact was not 30 more minutes. They continue to pull cars in and work on those still while not finishing the cars that have been here for 3 hours......it's frustrating wondering why my car can't be finished in a timely manner while watching everyone else get their car worked on as well wondering what work is actually being done considering i've sat here for 3 hours. The employees seem to be more focused on having a good time with friends and speaking to the females rather than actually getting some kind of work done. A car that came AFTER me and had 5 windows(one more window to tint than me) PLUS added on the windshield last minute was done before my car. Then when i asked again how long, they just began the back windshield.......Horrible customer service they treat you like they don't care how long you have to wait they get to it when they get to it & if that means taking phone calls, giggling with the girls outside or just hanging out first then we just have to wait until their finished. no sense of urgency in this place and it's a shame because i am a patient person. It is now over 3 full hours my car not being done............. Unacceptable. 11am-2pm i feel isn't a crazy time for a car with 4 windows to be completed. I feel as though you shouldn't lie about wait times as it gets the customers hopes up that you'll stick to your word & now i'm the bad guy bugging you asking when it'll be done. Will never come back to this location... read more

Well to start my back tint has bubbles, also has a 2 lines. my wallet was stolen. I asked for the wait time, I was told 30 minutes. I left 3 hours later. read more

When I bought my new toy I knew I wanted to paint it white and tint the windows. After the paint job it was time to black it out! Reliable Window Tinting runs like a well oiled machine! I must admit, I only came here because the shop that was recommended to me was a total debacle, so Yelp to the rescue. I promptly read the reviews and since I was less than a mile away, this was a no brainer This is a high volumn tint shop and they work on approximately 8-10 cars at a time. That being said, once they finish one rotation, your car is up and ready to roll. I was in and out in about an hour and fifteen minutes. The waiting area has two leather couches and several chairs and a nice sized TV for your enjoyment. The windows turned out PERFECT! I could not have asked for a more professional experience. Kudos to the owner, this is how you operate a business. You should teach a class because sadly some folks just don't get it, you I'm proud to report, DO!! read more

This team has tinted my last 4 vehicles. The woman who works the front desk is always friendly and the tint team is knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone, especially given their fantastic price point. I took one star off of my review because after returning home from my most recent visit, I noticed significant amounts of tint glue in various spots around my car (doors, windows, etc). I'm sure the team would've handled it if I had returned with a complaint, but I took care of it myself to avoid another trip. read more

Outstanding quality service and effectively quick! In short, it doesn't get any better than this! This IS the place to go for a superior window tint! I loved it and so will you! They don't call it reliable for nothing! Ask for Nephew and say the guy with the 370Z sent you! read more

Quick & affordable. Staff is friendly. And the best thing is they allow walk-in service. I pulled up straight from the dealership and was out of the shop in a little over an hour. I mean that's pretty good for a Saturday afternoon. read more

I brought in my car for a full set of tint (20VLT front two, 15VLT back two) And waited around 3 hours. I don't mind the wait whatsoever, what I did mind was that when I was given the vehicle back, it looked like this. The front side of the vehicle was a strange yellow shade of tint which wasn't 20% at all it was easy to see inside, while the back was completely dark, almost as if they'd used two completely different brands of tint. I noticed this problem initially when I first entered my vehicle but I didn't think anything of it. Also, they left some bubbles on the passenger rear side window & theres small cuts on some of the window films. Overall, the staff was pretty chill & they offer a comfortable lounge area to wait for your vehicle. I just wish they had some explanation for the different shades of tint because when I called to ask they simply told me to take the vehicle in to "look." I hate to be that guy so I just left it but I've seen better tint jobs for $100. This place was cool and all but not worth the $140 price tag for mediocre work. read more

Quickest and easiest experience I have had at a tint shop! They are efficient yet detailed... I called ahead to check the wait time, by the time I got to the shop there wasn't a wait anymore. I walked right in to a clean, well set up establishment and was promptly greeted. The employee explained my tint options and the differences and immediately had my car pulled back. The price was super reasonable, $190 for all my windows and the front window strip. I certainly recommend them after this stress free experience!! read more

They tint cars 6 days a week & only do fixes Monday and Tuesday. After 10 months tints at bubbling and peeling. I went back on two occasions and was told 15 minutes and one time waited 30 minutes, last time I went waited an hour. I don't like the fact you can only come two days a way to get warranted work. They didn't tell me until after I paid the days I can come back which I didn't care about at the time because I didn't image I'd have to come back. Seen women come up and they jump right to their attention. Unprofessional, cheap tint, poor installation. I event have cuts in my film as well. I paid $240 all windows including windshield. Without windshield would be $140. I'll spend the extra money and go to a more reputable tint shop with a better quality tint as well. In the process of taking all my tints off and having them done over. read more

I took my vehicle back to get the bubbles out since it was under warranty. I waited an hour and a half after I got off work. Then I watched them drive everyone's car in the bay then asked me to drive mine in myself. I then waited another 45 minutes for one window. He then decided to drive my truck out but parked on the other side of the parking lot to make me walk rather than inspect the rework in front. After waiting so long I was ready to go. On my way home I noticed that they removed my tint and put a lighter tint on. They were mad that I brought my truck back. They didn't want to honor the warranty. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! There are plenty of other places on the same street. Go to any other place than this. read more

Only tint shop I'll ever use. These guys are polite, patient and reliable. Perfectly matched my front to my rear rear windows on my SUV. Work comes with a warranty so that gave me piece of mind. Even told me to comeback on any Monday/Tuesday if a touch up is ever needed. Reasonably peoceNo appointment necessary. Called in with questions earlier in the day. Stopped by to see the shop and various tint levels. Owner walked me through my options and had me finished in 45 mins! Work in done while you wait. Work might be good. No idea, to be honest. They were recommended because my brother-in-law had previously used them. 1st issue, they don't allow appointments. I got there around 1:15 and was told it would be a hour wait before they could get to us. Please keep in mind, they take the last car at 3. So we waited and people that same after us were taken care of before us. We left at 3:15 because they forgot we were there. Came from Virginia and feel like my time was wasted. read more
