I hate doing this but hopefully the owner will read this and DO BETTER. I came into the shop two days ago and made an appointment to get my truck windows tinted this Saturday at 930am. The shop supposedly opens at 9..yeah right! I'm ALWAYS early so I got there at 9:15. The shop wasn't open so I stood outside to be the first one in first one out. It was chilly but I had on a hoodie so I was good.. Lol! 9:30 came, 9:45 came and once 10am came I was quite frosty and had to roll with no signs of them opening anytime soon. I love supporting minority owned businesses so I left this one and went to another just around the corner. They were open and serviced me promptly. Again, do better, there are hundreds of window tint shops in PG County and eventhough this one was recommended to me it was an epic fail! read more

I got there a lil early but the tech showed up early as well. At first he was a little off-putting but he apologized for being distracted during his opening process (I was thee early). Got my 2021 S580 window tint removed due to a ticket. Took it thru inspection and they put new tint back on the same day. I think I paid a fair amount for the service and same day turn around. Terrible customer service I came into the business at 11:20 am with about 2 people ahead of me I have been here for almost 5 hours for a single tint job terrible a** place I have never in my experience of owning 13 cars ever had a tint job that took too long , I hear them in the back talking and laughing when they should be working . They move very slow and I would not recommend anybody come here who has somewhere to be or pressed for time . The customer service is also very trash they gave me no updates during the process and seems like they just taking they sweet ole time . I've had my Infiniti G37X for about 2 years now and I finally decided to get some window tint. I knew from my quick response from the owner that this place was in the running. I live in Virginia and the pricing was a lot more than the places I contacted in Maryland. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to go with Tint Busters. They don't take appointments on Fridays and Saturdays, so I knew I was going to be in for a little longer wait than normal. So if you go on the weekend, definitely don't have anything planned. As far as the service, Randy greeted me (super nice) and Pug did my installation (super nice as well). I had to bring it back after 3 days for a final inspection to make sure everything settled correctly. Again, I would definitely refer their services to anyone in need of a great window tint job. P.S. Every person I encountered at Tine Busters treated me as though I was truly valued for my patronage. They did an excellent job on my car! Everything was done in a timely manner and I even added a quick detail service (car wash and quick vacuum and etc on the inside) for an additional $25. Like the other reviews mentioned they do quality work for the fraction of the price. I have no idea why some of these other shops charge $200+ to even $350 for window tint (I can say this because I've been suckered into spending this type of money with on my SUV and the back windows were already tinted smh) and they're probably using the same brand of tint. The service you pay for comes with a lifetime warranty so at the end of the day I think I found my go to spot. read more

The guys here are professional and they do great work! I would recommend going here to get your vehicle serviced the right way without breaking your piggy bank. The rates are reasonable and the work was top notch when I went to get my tint redone. My vehicle (2000 Honda Civic) still had the tint on from the original owner (17 years). Not only were they able to successfully remove the original tint and apply the new tint they left my 17 year old windows looking brand new! This is officially my go-to place for window tinting. Traditionally, I've never had a vehicle without tints. That was until I got my car a couple years ago. Within that time, window tinting became Hollywood in a sense. Terms & Conditions and ridiculous warranty tiers on top of an unreasonable price with shoddy workmanship. It turned me off for a long time. But like Michael Corleone, "just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!" So I started looking for places to get my car done and it was a lot of what I expected - illogical prices for tints. Then, I came across Tint Busters and sent a message to the owner. No less than 15 minutes after sending an inquiry via Yelp, Lynwood (the owner) responded with a price that was reasonable and professional. He was able to add me to the schedule for the next day. I got to the shop early and was greeted personally by Lynwood. He provided me with an ETA on the job, and I waited in the lobby while work commenced. An hour later, I was ready to roll. The car looked great and Lynwood informed me that the tints are guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. If there's any peeling or cracking, I can bring it back and get it fixed no questions asked.
