Customer service has went downhill tremendously. I pulled in here and they had me wait in line and decided to come out 15 minutes to close after I'd been waiting to tell me they wouldn't wash my car. They only do detailing on the week days. I used my only day off to schedule a detail. When I came up here, they had no knowledge of my appointment, even though i scheduled it using their app (which is required) and paid a $50 deposit. This is my third time trying to get an appointment between here and upper Marlboro. It is always something -- either they don't do certain services on some days or, like today, they don't honor an appointment. I'm still waiting on the refund for my deposit, and will come back with an update here if that doesn't come through. I will not use this place or recommend it. read more

Not sure what the negative reviews are for. My car hadn't been detailed since I bought it more than two years ago. Between children, drunken nights, beach days, etc., it desperately needed it. Pro wash did a pretty good job on my baby. It looked, felt and smelled great when I picked it up three-ish hours after dropping off. SUVs are charged at the truck rate, but again, for the steam cleaning, $115 is worth it. I'd definitely return. They take cards and the employees are nice. read more

The wash was just ok, but when you asked for the $25 wash -only they pretend like they don't understand English. And before you know it they are vacuuming the inside which costs another $15 I keep my interior clean and don't require the extra charge. I won't be going back to them. read more

Dropped my car off for full detail... never asked how much, didn't matter. Needed my car cleaned... 3.5 hours later I pick up my car. Water stains all over the roof interior....from spot cleaning no shampoo entire roof. Cup holder still as dirty as I dropped it off. I asked for buff, didn't happen. Carpet still dirty.. no shampoo. He lied about buffing and shampoo inside. Took back my car the morning go get cleaned up. He cleaned stains but still no shampoo of roof and carpet. shampoo... mats dirty as I dropped off. At this point, I'm like dude what's up with this? He gets mad. Smh I paid him the first day, no problem. I wasn't mad I just wanted my car done right. If I pay you for a job, do it right. If it's gonna cost more, say that. I don't care about price at this point. But for you to half ass do a job and get mad when I say fix what you missed is bad. Trust, I won't be back. ***CHOOSE ANOTHER BUSINESS!!!*** We are a dual military active duty family that took our vehicles to pro wash to get cleaned prior to shipping them overseas.  We made appointments online for both vehicles.  When we took them in, they would only take one, and would not honor the other appointment.  The man at the counter said that happens because they have appointments booked online, on the phone, and then they get walk-in's.  In short, their appointment booking process is completely broken.  He pointed to a guy that just walked in and said that sometimes it's easier to walk in.  Yes--the walk in guy got his car detailed and I, with my APPOINTMENT, did not.  So, we got just one vehicle done done.  We came back three hours later and after $145 worth of work, they didn't vacuum under the seats, missed spots all over the car, didn't look like it had been washed, didn't get the wheels, didn't get the bed of the truck.  They did such a poor job, and then they argued with us about it.  I should have known and turned around when they didn't honor my booked appointment for my second car.  If you are looking for a half done job, this is your place.  Otherwise you should avoid.    I called up VIP Auto Appearance Center in Clinton (right down the road), and Charles got me in right away that day.  I told him how awful pro wash was.  They did an AMAZING job and laughed at the work pro wash did.  So skip pro wash and go see Charles at VIP Auto Appearance Center on Piscataway Rd. Update: After 2 weeks no one from management contacted me despite the complaint I submitted on their website. Poor customer service from the TOP (where it starts) down. read more

Great hand wash and dry, come early or drop it off, as they pay attention to detail here and u will have to wait for a quality wash. They also give out frequent customer cards where your 10th wash is free. With the recent weather, that free wash will come sooner than expected. read more

I had an appointment for today September 10th, 2021 to have my vehicle detailed. I arrived asked for the Giovanni whom I was told to ask for. Giovanni immediately said that he had to many cars and that my appointment wouldn't be honored. Giovanni had no empathy nor did he ever look me in my eyes or even offer an option. After not cleaning the interior of my car for about a year, you can imagine what kind of state the interior must have been in, especially after having a dirty, shedding dog climb in the back seat...I'm used to having a nice, clean interior but it was very difficult for me to do the cleaning myself ever since I hurt my back earlier in the year. Let me tell you...these folks not only washed and waxed my car on the outside, but they had to have scrubbed the inside to get it as clean as it came out. I certainly appreciate the amount of work that cleaning and conditioning the leather must have taken, too! I am sincerely impressed! The amount of time and effort they saved me is definitely well worth the cost of the detailing package I purchased. Also, next time I'll be sure to point out any specific details I want them to hit...stuff that's probably only important to me, but things I'd like to see if they can help with. If you've got some problem areas, I highly suggest you point them out specifically. This was my first time, so I just wanted to see the quality of work. They did a great job! Pro Wash came highly recommended by my best friend. And I must say they did a good job on the wash. They were efficient and effective at washing the truck in a very reasonable time. Truck looked brand new. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they didn't clean the interior rear window, as my kids finger prints were still visible..partly my fault for not checking over every aspect of the cleaning. The worst auto detailing shop I've ever been to. In the past I took one of vehicles there for a complete detail job, upon receiving my car back they lost my floor mats. After explaining this to the owner he was reluctant to replace them. So, I purchased a like set and took him back the receipt...he paid. Then, I took another vehicle to them to give them a chance to redeem themselves...they did. A week ago, I took another vehicle to them and here is where it all went bad. I made an appointment and dropped off the vehicle, 2017 truck. After a few hours I was called and notified my vehicle was ready for pickup. As the manager and I walked around my vehicle I noticed the following; running boards dirty, rims dirty, rear window dirty, front grille dirty, over spray on my console and in my door speakers. I asked the manager why wasn't my vehicle cleaned. He asked me to...get this..."bring it back on Thursday". On a day it was supposed to rain. His reasoning was "since it will be raining we will have time to clean it right". Furthermore, when I dropped the vehicle off I asked the manager if they would vacuum the bed of the truck; he said he would but didn't. Absolutely not! I will never, take another vehicle to this place. Take it for what it's worth and do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. read more

I don't generally write reviews. But I've had such amazing service from Pro Wash that I felt I needed to. My job requires me to get cars detailed. So I've taken about 4 different vehicles for full details. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a very thorough job. And the best part for me is, they are fast. A full detail on a mini van or suv is about an hour or two. The manager is very nice, and is great about accommodating the time restraints I'm often under.
