4/11/26 We stopped by to get our cars cleaned and were given a quote in person. At no point were we told you couldn't take us. Just two minutes after stepping out, I walked back in and was suddenly told we had to come back later. The communication was unprofessional, and the interaction itself was not kind. As a mother and daughter, it left us questioning whether we were being taken seriously as customers. We were ready to have two vehicles serviced one immediately and another scheduled- and had heard great things about your business, including your homemade air fresheners. Instead, we were dismissed without any attempt to keep our business. At the very least, you could have offered to schedule us or shown some effort to accommodate us. I don't mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to feel valued, and that did not happen here. First impressions matter. Being quoted, then turned away moments later, was frustrating and disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

He'll walk you through what services are included in each package and will introduce you to the person that detailed your car afterwards(in case you'd like to request this person each time). I took my SUV for a full detail before going on vacation. First: the positive thing was it was easy to schedule service. I called and was able to get in the next day and even get it quickly because of my travel arrangements. However, I paid a considerable amount to get a ton done and I can honestly say it didn't really meet my expectations. The inside was still dusty and the cup holders still held some debris. The outside was fine but clearly wasn't clay barred and didn't really "shine". The inside was to be shampooed and air freshener added (which I picked out) and that never was done. I blame it on my scheduling and having to get it done so quickly, however, if it was not able to be done then I wish I would have been told this. I probably would go elsewhere in the future, for myself. read more

The technician was on time and very patient with me. He reviewed the stipulations of the package and made sure I understand the process. This was about 9am and I received a text at 12:30pm letting me know that my vehicle was getting a final inspection and it would be ready. I was able to get to the building around 1:30 and my vehicle looked brand new. Jon did a walk through with me and finished up a couple things and I am now a bonafide new customer!! But as far as the cleaning i can say that i should of did it myself:/ or just pay $15 at a regular car wash place and finish cleaning the rest my self. My Jaguar SUV was only 2 weeks new when I went to Mo Betta Shine, so I was a little nervous about car wash service. Well, I'm not exaggerating when I say that when the Detailer had finished, my car was given back to me even shinier than it was when I left the dealership on day one. She said she wasn't the owner, but "Lady boss" I will just call her, even made sure that they didn't spray or clean it with any "smell goods" because I can't stand strong fragrances in an enclosed heated car (headache! lol). This is a nice amateur level car detail service shop. Price is cheap but you get what you pay for. There were regular coffee stains on car console not cleaned. Carpet and rugs dirty- but owner told me it was because of wear and tear. (not true, I got it cleaned perfectly elsewhere). There were also basic dirty tire rim smears. SMH. I've cleaned and detailed my car better my self. I really wanted to support this business despite being told it was average by friends. I will never try again. Now I understand why true details cost because un like MO Betta, they do a professional level job. Save your money and do your car your self or hire a teenager to do it for you. Amazing job on vehicles along with amazing customer service. I've been several times have not had one problem what so ever yet.

Went there for a car, carpet, and mats. The long wait was not a problem. When they finished my car, it was not clean good, nor was my carpet and mats and my mats did not fit my car right. I was told they do fit, went home a had someone check why my mats was not fitting and was told they are not your mats. Went back the next day with a complaint I had the wrong mats, I was told another person had my mats. I did not receive my right mats until two days later, with one missing. I was promised that they will take care of me and ordering me another mat and gave me a card and wrote on the back to come back for a free car wash! It has been a month and I have not receive another mat. I paid $60 for a messed up car cleaning and $109 fee to replace m own mat. Normally I clean my own car, but I wanted to do something different, but I will never go to another car cleaning place again, especially Mo Betta Shine in Waldorf, MD. read more

Went here thinking I was going to get a quick, okay carwash. Left thinking this is the place place ever. For $13 they really wash and clean your car. They hand wash and dry the car. The amount of detail and work they put into it was worth way more than $13. The car shined for days even in the snow. It is located and the ExxonMobil across from Andrews AFB.
