They really do a terrible job and they're unprofessional. I started going to them back in 2011 when I had a Jeep. I moved to New York and after coming back 11 years later, I started going to them again. I went once and it wasn't great but I let it slide. The next time I went, it was even worse (pic included) so I had to say something. I asked for a manager who they didn't want to get at first so I asked for a refund. The manager approved the woman at the payment desk to give me a refund but never offered to re-do my car. Anywho, a few weeks later, I was in a bind and said let me try this again but I'll speak to them beforehand so we're all clear. I arrived and the manager came out to say they cannot clean my car since I wasn't happy the last time they did it. Instead of trying to make it right and doing a good job, they said they don't allow people to come back who aren't pleased. The prices are decent if they did a good job but since they don't, it's not worth it. Do not take your car here! Go 1-2 blocks down to Pro Wash.

Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) They continue to pull cars in and work on those still while not finishing the cars that have been here for 3 hours......it's frustrating wondering why my car can't be finished in a timely manner while watching everyone else get their car worked on as well wondering what work is actually being done considering i've sat here for 3 hours. The employees seem to be more focused on having a good time with friends and speaking to the females rather than actually getting some kind of work done. A car that came AFTER me and had 5 windows(one more window to tint than me) PLUS added on the windshield last minute was done before my car. Then when i asked again how long, they just began the back windshield.......Horrible customer service they treat you like they don't care how long you have to wait they get to it when they get to it & if that means taking phone calls, giggling with the girls outside or just hanging out first then we just have to wait until their finished. no sense of urgency in this place and it's a shame because i am a patient person. It is now over 3 full hours my car not being done............. Unacceptable. 11am-2pm i feel isn't a crazy time for a car with 4 windows to be completed.
