Unfortunately my white car was completely covered with bird poop. It looked awful. So, I tried this car wash out. After I drove through the first time, there were still a few visible marks. The team allowed me to drive through again and that did the trick. The wipe down areas included vacuums and towels. Overall it was a great experience for me. read more

Club car wash is what most people call this. I've been a subscription holder for years. The only gripe I have is how the vacuums are always inoperative. Not a bad price point either. There is at least 4 different levels that you can get. And there's speakers playing music while you vacuum and lean the inside of your vehicle. I'm updating my review from a couple of years ago because this car wash has definitely stepped up its game. In the past, I was frustrated by issues like selecting a specific wash (e.g., the "Super" wash), only for the machine at the entrance to display "Basic." This happened a few times and was annoying, especially since I paid for the higher-tier wash. I often had to go through the wash again to get what I paid for. However, over the past few months, I haven't encountered this problem at all. The staff has also become much more attentive and friendly--they greet you with a smile when you drive up and even offer lollipops for the kids, which is a nice touch. One of my favorite features of this car wash is the drying station. They provide fresh towels for drying off your car and wiping down the interior, as well as trash cans and vacuums that always work reliably. There's also a mat-washing station, though I haven't used it yet. I'll probably give it a try when my mats get really dirty. The only thing I'd love to see added is a small storefront or vending area where I could buy air fresheners. Other than that, this place has improved a lot, and I've been very happy with my recent visits. read more

I've had a membership here since they opened and typically, I'm in and out. By that I mean, I don't even take the time to dry & vacuum my car out and just let it air dry. A few weeks ago, the weather was nice, and it was sent busy, so I decided to pull into one of their allotted parking spots for customers to clean and vacuum. Being a newbie to this part, as soon as I got out the car after closing the door behind me to safely retrieve the vacuum, my car doors automatically locked! Locked with all of my belonging's keys & cellie inside?!? While I stood there dumbfounded and shocked, I was approached by an employee Melanie asking if everything was ok and if I needed help. I explained to her what happened, and she took me inside where the manager and staff quickly came to the rescue. This place was so great when it first opened, but over the last few months it has really gone downhill. On the plus side, it's fairly convenient and even when the lines are long, they usually move fairly quickly (when the computer / gates are working, that is). The washes are usually pretty thorough and for the most part you get what you pay for. They also play really great music in the car detailing area: a pretty chill vibe as you're vacuuming your floor mats or glossing your tires. I ended up signing up for a monthly membership after a promotion they ran last April where if you pay for one service, you get that same service at no additional charge for the rest of the month... it was essentially a trial of the monthly subscription. Genius! I might not have signed up for it otherwise, but they hooked me, and I was happy about it. However, my biggest complaint is how they allow anyone to come from off the street and use the detailing area, whether or not they've paid for a car wash. This not only makes the car wash line ridiculously long (essentially incoming traffic gets backed up behind these non-paying "customers" who are holding up the line trying to turn into the detailing area), but also makes it difficult for people who DID pay for a car wash to turn into the detailing area themselves (because these same non-paying "customers" are blocking traffic). As a result, I've seen the car wash staff turn away cars exiting the car wash (who paid for a wash!) and usher them away from the detailing area only to let in cars that were simply turning in from off the street and had not paid for a wash. That is especially frustrating for those of us who paid for this service, and for those of us who have memberships. The owners need to restrict the detailing area to paying customers only, and they need to put up some kind of physical barrier up between the entrance line and the exit line that will block cars from coming in off the street and turning from the line into to detailing area. In addition to the traffic, the washes have not been as thorough lately. There have been a number of times I've come out of the car wash with the car wash's colorful soap still on my car. Sure, it's simple enough to just wipe the soap off, but over the past couple of months, it's been impossible to find a clean rag at any of the detailing stations. On top of that, I'm not comfortable with how closely the staff likes to pack cars into the car wash. Even though we're on a conveyor belt, some people don't drive off of the belts when prompted to do so, or traffic gets backed up as customers are turning from the car wash into the detailing area and it becomes incredibly nerve-wracking when you're on a conveyor belt plowing straight towards the car that's situated not even 3 feet in front of you. They really need to put some more space between customers and stop packing us in like sardines because that's a recipe for someone to be involuntarily rear-ended (especially because some people seriously lack situational awareness and/or a sense of urgency). I recently received a text message from the car wash stating that they're raising the prices of both single wash and monthly subscription services as of July 1st. Hopefully with the increased fees we can also expect an increase in services in the future... specifically more thorough rinses, more access to the the detailing area for paying customers, vacuums with sufficient suction, and a plentiful number of detailing towels. read more

The weather was beautiful and my car was not so I decided to take advantage of mother nature's gift and go get my car washed. It was a weekday late afternoon, so I was hoping it wouldn't be too busy. This car wash is located in the Richie station shopping area so it was pretty easy to find. However, whoever designed the layout did not measure correctly car is trying to come out to go over to the vacuums are blocking cars that are trying to go in so the traffic flow is very wonky. Once I was able to get through there was very few cars waiting to get washed so I paid at the window and went in quickly. However, once my car was done, there was a line waiting to get to vacuums, so I ended up, leaving without vacuuming my car, which means I didn't get my full moneys worth. Also, they put a cover on your back windshield wiper, so I had to pull over to take that off, it's unfortunate that that is just adding extra plastic to our environment. I've never had a car wash. Overall, my car was relatively clean on the outside. The price is decent. But try to go add an off hour so you can get your full moneys worth and don't have to wait in line for the vacuums. read more

I was ELATED when I saw Auto Spa Express coming to Ritchie Station. I really needed a great place where I can perform full service cleaning on my car. It's right next to the Panda Express in the corner. The staff at the counter when you pull up to pay are super friendly. I will give them an "A" for customer service. There is staff waiting for you when you pull around to the entrance of the car wash. They will help you get your tires aligned to pull in correctly. Just pay attention to the attendance and the signs posted. The actual wash itself is pretty smooth. They do have the different color lights as you go through the different phases of the wash. At the end, there are signs to show you how to leave the car wash tunnel. When you come out of the car wash tunnel, and come around the corner, you will see the different base for you to service your car. They offer vacuums, towels, trash cans, and even car mat cleaning. You can pull into any open bay and wrap up the final cleaning of your car. Overall this is a great location. If you're looking for a nice car wash to clean all of your car, this is definitely it! read more

CAR WASH CAUSED VEHICLE DAMAGE I went in a couple of weeks ago for what I expected to be a routine car wash. However, as my vehicle approached the "wrap" brush, I saw the rod of the brush strike my driver's side mirror, causing it to break off, exposing the wires, and dislodging the panel inside my car. I reported the incident to management and filled out a report. After being given the runaround, I was told they would not cover the repair costs because they believe it was existing damage based on camera footage. However, the footage shown was unclear, and what they deemed pre-existing damage appeared to be camera glare. I am deeply dissatisfied with the handling of this situation. A $30 car wash is now costing me $300. Judging by the reviews, others have had similar experiences. Additionally, the actual car wash was terrible! read more

I've visited a couple times since they've opened and they are perfect for a quick wash and vacuum. The super car wash is $20 so the value is great. They also offer monthly memberships for those who visit the car wash often. There are plenty of free vacuums available but they get crowded quickly. I've gone on a Saturday morning in the summer when the car wash was likely at its busiest and another time during the week. Both times there were a lot of people using the vacuum area but I was able to pull right in. The customer service I've experienced on both visits has been great. Whoever the lady is who works the cashier window (with the red locs) is so upbeat and hilarious. She makes the visit that much better. Overall, I think this car wash is great and gets the job done quickly. I haven't had any issues and I will continue to visit on my random car wash visits. read more

This car wash are knowingly cheating people out of their money. I subscribed to the super package that offers tire shine, but the tire shine does not work. They will tell you that the tire shine is water-based, but I will show photos of my tires after my car have been run through the wash twice. STILL NO GLOSS!!! I've been waiting for this location to open. They have monthly membership plans for all wash packages that allow one wash per week. There are no stickers required because they use a license plate scanner. They're open year round, which is a plus. I was in need of a car wash due to the salt on the roads after the winter storm last week. My car came out spotless. I hope the quality of the washes remains the same. This business was supposed to follow up with the individuals that experienced this operational failure but has failed to do so. Been to this location twice now. It's been pretty organized and efficient. I'll say that both times a fair amount of bugs and bird poop didn't get cleaned off my car. Also, the vacuums are nice and laid out really conveniently, but the suction wasn't very much, so definitely did not get all of the dirt. Was $17 for a mid-range car wash with undercarriage wash, and access to the vacuums and car mat washers. read more

Niiiice, nice automated car wash. It's brand new so everything is shiny, in operation and very smooth. This location has service levels, and membership inclusion. I would highly suggest going now, all of the facility is new. Therefore, the services and equipment for the car wash are all new and working. The car wash itself is typical with tiered wash options. You go through the wash cycle pretty quickly. Then you move outside to the free vacuuming, and drying (free towels) station. The station itself is a wide berth for your car, van, crossover, or suv. You get vacuum hoses on both sides of your vehicle. So as to not wear a singular one out and have to pull a dirty hose throughout your vehicle. There is also a very cool, floor mat washing station. They have a nice outdoor speakers playing plenty of jams to make the whole experience pleasant. I go early in the morning/day, because it does get crowded as the day progresses. read more

I went to wash my car in a busy Saturday noon I was trying to get of the tunnel but there was a line for using the vacuum all the way into the exit of the tunnel the manager Jason came up to my car saying the vacuum are open 24/7 I can used them other day, (I was on the phone speaking Spanish) I get out of the line and after that when I was living he told me to speak English. Like I never thought speak Spanish was illegal or some.
