They really do a terrible job and they're unprofessional. I started going to them back in 2011 when I had a Jeep. I moved to New York and after coming back 11 years later, I started going to them again. I went once and it wasn't great but I let it slide. The next time I went, it was even worse (pic included) so I had to say something. I asked for a manager who they didn't want to get at first so I asked for a refund. The manager approved the woman at the payment desk to give me a refund but never offered to re-do my car. Anywho, a few weeks later, I was in a bind and said let me try this again but I'll speak to them beforehand so we're all clear. I arrived and the manager came out to say they cannot clean my car since I wasn't happy the last time they did it. Instead of trying to make it right and doing a good job, they said they don't allow people to come back who aren't pleased. The prices are decent if they did a good job but since they don't, it's not worth it. Do not take your car here! Go 1-2 blocks down to Pro Wash.

Luckily, I quickly ran to Yelp for an alternative option and then texted a good friend who also recommended Pro Wash. There was a long line which means they do a great job but they move quickly so don't let the line scare you. My car was cleaned thoroughly both inside and out and for a great price!

However, from the time I signed up, I immediately realized this place was nothing like some of the previous places I've been to. My car always leaves extremely wet, and spots are always missed. Even spots that should be simple to clean get missed somehow. Today, I had, two negative things occur. First, the attendant at the entrance mansplained to me and told me that I was too close to the car in front of me, and that if they backed up, I would be responsible for paying for their car and my car. I was nowhere near close enough to hit that car. I know this because my sensors didn't go off, and I still had space to get closer. He had a piss poor attitude and addressed me as "Sweetheart." Obnoxious. Additionally, he didn't guide me in as they normally do, so my car definitely was out of alignment, and I wouldn't be surprised if something is messed up now. The second thing that happened was that I got stuck just before the drying area for at least four minutes. You can catch a clip of that in the video that I posted. It's pretty ridiculous and I wonder if it has anything to do with the way he didn't guide me in. Overall, I will likely cancel my membership very soon. The washes are just not worth it and the vacuums are terrible. There is so little suction, that you have to go over things multiple times to get them up. Worst vacuums I've ever encountered at this type of car wash. I provided this feedback in multiple surveys and never see any change.
