There was one gentleman who kind of just stared at me when I walked in. Then another man came along, greeted me, confirmed my arrival, explained the service, told me how long it would take, offered me water, and directed me to wait in the lil waiting area. When my car was ready, in the amount of time they told me it would be, they let me know and I looked it over. The one part they forgot is the nooks in crannies in the back armrest but everything else looked amazing. I felt like my car was when I drove it off the lot. The owner did explain other services to me as well. They only have regular business hours so it will be few and far between when I can get out here. I don't feel like taking off work to get my car cleaned. But hey, do you. All in all I'd recommend this place as long as you understand that it'll be a few weeks out for an appointment, the location is no thrills and frills, but your car will be super clean and the people are nice.

Charles tried to up-sale me a $175 package, which I refused since I already prepaid for the detail. In the end, I wasted my gas and time. Charles wasn't willing to do any of the detail work that I pre-purchased. I could tell he was lazy and didn't want to take the time to clean my car. I am very disappointed in this company and DO NOT recommend this place.

He did the new truck first and after some PDR by Ryan at Dentless Touch, Gary made the new paint even better with incredible depth and gloss. He saw my 2019 Ram 1500 and noticed that it was in great shape for a 7 year old truck and had the same black paint code as the 2026. He said he could do paint correction on it and it would look as good as the 2026. Wow! He said when I picked it up it would be hard to tell which was the new truck and which was the 7 year old truck. That old paint now looks like it never had before even when new. It also has incredible depth and gloss. Gary is a master craftsman who takes great pride in his work and assures his customers get only the best living up to his name. Very thorough, and while their price is high it's in line with the area. The issue I had was with their tint jobs. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.
