This is my third time getting a car Tinted and the customer service is always amazing.

I will preface by saying that I had pretty good service when I took my first car in to get tints. This is why I decided to come back with my new vehicle. I went in one day to get my tints done on all my windows except the windshield. The young lady, Shannon I think, informed me what the price would be and proceeded to inspect my windows. She, then, informed me that there was glue in the windows and that it would cost to get it removed. I was shocked because I wasn't aware that the previous owner had tints in - later to be removed before transfer of ownership to me. So, after she let me know about the glue, she told me that it would be a $15 charge to remove it. I said "that's ok, do whatever you have to do to successfully install the tint." So I went on to pay - no problem. The guys tinted my car and gave me the spiel about not winding down the windows for the allotted time period. I came back on the fifth day to show Shannon that there were still bubbles in the tint, scratches in the tint, and still glue in areas that they charged me to remove. At that point, Shannon DID NOT say anything about an extra surcharge to get the glue out of the rear window. So that day, I waited for about an hour to get the "touch up" but had to leave because work called. I came back for the third time. This time, I greet Shannon and she says that she'll be right out. Cool. I'm waiting in the car and two "tinters" come to look at my car. One tall light-skinned black guy and a shorter latino guy. I'm explaining the situation to them and suddenly the short latino guy interrupts me and says that I "didn't pay to have the glue removed from the back window" - Now, how did he know that? I don't know. Shannon didn't come out and he did not ask to view my receipt, and NO ONE up to this point informed me that the cost was separate. I then explained to him that Shannon did not mention and extra fee for the glue to be removed from the rear window - citing that why would I only pay to have the glue removed out of the side windows only if Shannon inspected the vehicle and gave me a price to get the glue removed. That day, I was not able to stay. They were swamped so I came back this week. They were swamped AGAIN, but this time I guess I had a chance to speak with a manager or owner. She looked at the tint and took pictures. She said that the scratches shouldn't have been there from the squeegee, so it must be the manufacturer's fault (defective). I also pointed out multiple bubbles in all windows and the glue that was STILL IN ALL OF THE WINDOWS in addition to the rear window. lol So today, the owner/manager called me to tell me that her team, referred to her as "they", said that I consented to them "only taking the glue out of the side windows" and that I would "remove the glue myself." Now, what sense does that make. If I had the ability to do that type of work myself, WHY WOULD I PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT???? Then, this owner/manager, says that I "they" were unsure who they were referring to concerning my issue. To which I replied "How can you be doing a customer service call if you don't know who you're even talking to?" She then said that I have a Jetta, which I don't. And she realized that she was communicating incorrect information. It is my summation that they all were lying to cover their tracks to not take care of my service properly. Why do I say this? Well, the day that I saw the owner/manager in person, last week, she took photos of my car and of the receipt. On the receipt there's my number and the type of car that I have. So she must have looked at it in order to get my number to even contact me. So how is SHE getting cars mixed up. This was terrible service and I do no recommend anyone to do business with these people again. They have no integrity in resolving BLATANT issues that they have created. I don't mind paying for services as long as they're rendered with some care and integrity. read more

My Husband got me a used car for just working and running errands. So when I saw the car it was a mess. It was filthy and dirty the inside was black should have been (tan). When I say CCK did the damn thing my Blue Bunny is looking real good. Like new on the inside. For real tho. The young lady that cleaned up the mess, the dirt, the germs, the whatever else, is no other like Marisol. She's a beast when it comes to cleaning cars baby. Service is terrible ! My truck was taken to get washed and it literally looked like it was just wiped down quickly ! Dirt was still everywhere , no shine anywhere , windows were dusty , old mud still in the front and back of my truck ! It was terrible !!!!! Giving one star is giving too much. The chrome trimmings were still dirty !! The back of the bumper Had something weird stuck in it causing it not seal and look like maybe it was hit by something, hard to explain . All I know is that my truck is brand new and that wasnt like that prior . I could have done a better job myself ! These are just a few photos there were more issues then what I photographed. Don't waste your time or money . I literally had to get the truck rewashed moments after leaving the lot . read more

I've waited about 12 days since get my car tinted. Honestly, the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. When, I got my car back right after they finished, I noticed a couple blemishes in the tint. Nothing majorly noticeable. But, when it's your money, you care much more. They gave no instruction on how to clean/care for the tint. When inside the car looking at the rear window. I can see the smear/ dry mark where they used solution to clean my windows before applying the tint. The positives are that my car looks great with tint. I had my car windows tinted at Custom Car Kings located at 7500 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd Clinton MD. I had bubbling problems with the tint and went to the business on three different occasions to have it corrected but was each time to come back because the person who does the tint was not at the location. The two woman I spoke to (one light skinned and one tall dark skinned) were very rude. I question if this company has any intentions on honoring their warranty. Had swirl marks in my black Mercedes that I tried myself to get out. Lo and behold I only made matters worse. I brought the car to these "professionals" who made me pay in advance, assured me that they could get the swirl marks out, and had me wait upstairs in this crappy waiting area. At this point I just walked around outside for the hour wait. Ok, my car was ready!!! I saw the car and it looked just like it did when I brought the car up there. I was dumbfounded but just took it and the guy who did the job told me it was the clear coat that was damaged. Long story short Mercedes of Arlington body shop $169 plain detail problem solved. My car was given to tint at around 10:00 I was the second customer there and so I went and told them the tint shade percentage and everything and paid then the lady said drive it into the back of the shop so I did then she said the rear windshield had sticky residue on it so I asked how much to remove it she said 50$ so I was like ok then I went in and paid another 50$ I just patiently waited as Time went by it was around 2:00 now so I had waited a long time and I asked how much longer she said almost done so once it was done I took a look at it and the rear windshield still had residue all around the edges and so the tint had bubbles and it wasn't sticking around the edges I'm like what did I pay the extra money for your guys lunch or something and the tint was scratched up as well so I asked what do I do she said it has to dry for like 7 days to fully heal so I was like ok so 7 days later no difference bubbles still there scratches and everything definitely recommend somewhere else we're you can save time money and get quality work these people are slacking! read more

I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews on Google and on Yelp. This place is horrendous. They do not know how to tint or wash cars properly. I had them tint my brand new Lexus truck to match the factory tint. They left bubbles in the tint, and they burned the plastic molding on my window when attempting to fix one of the many bubbles. The owner/manager just laughed it off and said it will dry out over weeks. As for car washes, they used one dirty rag and water to wipe the leather. What a waste of my time and money. read more

This establishment doesn't deserve the one star I'm giving it in order to write this review. When i arrived we went over what all would be involved in the detail service, price and time. The employee told me it would take him about an hour and a half to finish so I left my car there and returned in an hour and a half. I went to look at my car and from the outside, it looked like nothing had been done yet so I open the doors and saw that they indeed hadn't started on my car so I go to the man who was going to do the detailing service and asked him how much longer it was going to take. He told me I would be receiving a refund. When the women who I assume was the manager met me at the desk to give me the refund I asked her if everything was okay and why I wasn't receiving my service and she said that the man who was supposed to work on my car got upset and decided he didn't want to work anymore. read more
